Abstract

The research on the marketing strategy analysis of UKM Dupa Julungwangi aims to understand the marketing strategy of UKM Dupa Julungwangi in increasing its sales. It analyzes the strategies used by applying the marketing mix consisting of the 4P (Product,Price,Place,Promotion). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method because it aims to describe the conditions in the field. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Consumers are commonly referred to as the central point that must be considered by the market. UD Dupa Julungwangi is an MSME engaged in the retail sector, particularly incense and other worship supplies. In the production process of incense, UD Dupa Julungwangi has a very good development due to the curiosity strategy used, which can compete with other companies in the same field. This study uses qualitative research with the main informants being the owner of UD Dupa Julungwangi and several consumers/customers. The results of the study show that a good marketing strategy can increase product sales at UD Dupa Julungwangi. Thus, marketing strategy is very important to pay attention to in order to develop the company in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Bamboo Widia store. The population in this study were all consumers at the Widia Bamboo Shop, both male and femaleIn taking the sampel used in this study were as many 64customer Methods of data collection by using questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research and the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used the SPSS version 22.0 for Windows application. The results showed that price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count > t-table (3.310 > 1.669) with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. And product diversity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Widia Bamboo store, t-count > t-table (3.431-1.669) with a significance level of 0.048 <0.05.

Abstract

The phenomenon at the beginning of the researchers found a lack of awareness of UD Budi JayaAbadi employees. Employee performance requires awareness from employees to develop the company. Thisstudy aims to examine the effect of employee loyalty, employee benefits and work communication onemployee performance at UD Budi Jaya Abadi employees. The type of data used in this research isquantitative data and qualitative data. The population in this study were 35 employees of UD Budi JayaAbadi. The number of samples in this study were all employees of UD Budi Jaya Abadi, namely as many as35 people and used a saturated sampling technique. The findings in this study are (1) There is an influenceof employee loyalty on employee performance. Employee loyalty is able to improve employee performanceto achieve higher performance. (2) There is an influence of employee benefits on employee performance.Allowances or fair compensation can be a motivating factor for employees to improve employeeperformance. (3) There is an influence of work communication on employee performance. Workcommunication can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in achieving the desiredperformance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of LPDIseh Village using the Balanced Scorecard method. This research uses qualitative andquantitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviewsand documentation, in which the chairmen and employees of the Iseh Village LPD wereused as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptivequantitative. Based on the results of research on the financial perspective starting fromthe ratio of capital, liquidity, and profitability can be categorized as healthy according tothe valuation standards. From a customer perspective, as measured by acquisition,retention and profitability, customers can be categorized as healthy. In the perspective ofinternal business processes measured by the interview method can be categorized ashealthy. And from the perspective of learning and growth as measured by HumanResources (HR), technology systems and company procedures can be categorized ashealthy.
