<![CDATA[ABSTRACTOne form of management in medical records is diagnostic coding. The accuracy of the Tuberculosis diagnosis code refers to providing a diagnosis code according to the classification in ICD10, implementing a clinical classification system and codification of diseases related to health and medical actions according to the correct medical terminology, giving an accurate code that is in accordance with the patient's condition, or proven in Medical Record notes. Inaccurate codes can affect the quality of Health information and Health financing. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of coding the diagnosis of Tuberculosis in South Tangerang General Hospital. This type of research uses a descriptive retrospective approach. The population of this study is medical records diagnosed with Tuberculosis in January to March 2021, which have opened 144 medical record files. The samples obtained were 59 medical records using the Slovin method and the sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate the accuracy of the Tuberculosis diagnosis code from the 59 medical records studied. The results of the correct disease were 13 medical records or 22.03% and the incorrect ones were 46 medical records or 77.96% of them there were files that were not coded. 54.23% (32 files) and the diagnosis was codified 45.76% (27 files) of the 59 samples of medical record files for tuberculosis diagnosis at South Tangerang General Hospital. ABSTRAKSalah satu bentuk pengelolaan dalam rekam medis adalah pengkodean diagnosis. Keakuratan kode diagnosis Tuberculosis mengacu pada pemberian kode diagnosis sesuai dengan klasifikasi didalam ICD-10, melaksanakan sistem klasifikasi klinis dan kodefikasi penyakit yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan dan Tindakan medis seusai terminologi medis yang benar, pemberian kode akurat adalah yang sesuai dengan kondisi pasien, atau terbukti di calam catatan Rekam Medis. Kode yang tidak akurat dapat mempengaruhi kualitas informasi Kesehatan dan pembiayaan Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keakuratan pengkodean diagnosis tuberculosis di RSU Tangerang Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah rekam medis berdiagnosa Tuberculosis pada bulan januari hingga maret tahun 2021 berjumlah 144 berkas rekam medis. Sample yang di peroleh sebanyak 59 rekam medis dengan menggunakan metode Slovin dan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat ketepatan kode diagnosa Tuberculosis dari 59 rekam medis yang diteliti diperoleh hasil dari kode penyakit yang tepat ialah 13 rekam medis atau 22,03% dan kode yang tidak tepat sebanyak 46 rekam medis atau 77,96% diantaranya terdapat berkas yang tidak dilakukan kodefikasi 54,23% (32 berkas) dan diagnosa yang dilakukan kodefikasi 45,76% (27 berkas) dari 59 sampel berkas rekam medis diagnosa Tuberculosis pada RSU Tangerang Selatan.]]>
