Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self reward on self-satisfaction and work motivation in working Generation Z (Female Gen Z) women. This generation is known to have high attention to work-life balance and mental health, so self reward is one of the factors that can increase self-satisfaction and work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The results showed that self reward has a positive and significant effect on self-satisfaction and work motivation. In addition, self-satisfaction also has a positive effect on work motivation. These findings confirm that self reward strategies can improve the psychological well-being and work productivity of Female Gen Z. The implications of this study highlight the importance of implementing a balanced self reward in the work environment to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the work environment on individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers. individual performance with motivation as a mediating variable in expedition couriers in Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory research method, data were collected through surveys using questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. The results showed that SOP and work environment have a significant effect on motivation and individual performance. Motivation also affects individual performance, but does not play a mediating role in the relationship between SOP and work environment. role as a mediating in the relationship between SOP and work environment to individual performance. Abstract

This research aims to investigate how entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence influence business performance. Quantitative methods are used for this test. A total of 39 owners from Sidoarjo Batik, MSMEs, participated in interviews and were selected through a saturated sampling approach. Information is collected in a questionnaire that includes a Likert scale as a measurement instrument. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant impact on business performance, and entrepreneurial ability does not have a significant impact on business performance. Together, both entrepreneur orientation and entrepreneurial ability influence business performance. So it can be concluded that batik MSME owners need to develop technology that is used to develop innovation and expand market reach through social media so that customers are easier to find, can develop personal branding and keep up with the times.
