Abstract

Pedagogic competence has an important role in student learning motivation because with strong guidance and encouragement it is able to provide enthusiasm and encouragement so that students change. The success of a lesson depends on how the teacher manages the class and the students. Teachers are not only about how to educate children, but also can understand the characteristics, attitudes and needs of students in order to be able to design learning in the classroom well. This study aims to improve teacher pedagogical competence in class IV SD Islam Plus YLPI Riau. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. This study used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is according to Meles and Huberman namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification results. The results of the study show that there is a teacher's pedagogic competence that really needs to be owned by a teacher because it affects the way a teacher teaches.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how difficult students are in understanding mixed fractional material in class V SDIP YLPI Riau.This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. This study used 4 data collection techniques, namely tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there were several difficulties of students in understanding mixed fractional material in class V SDIP YLPI Riau, namely first students' difficulties in understanding concepts, second students' difficulties in using principles. Third, students' difficulties in solving verbal problems. The teacher's efforts to overcome the difficulties of learning mathematics are providing guidance on teaching remedia, providing learning motivation, using learning media, providing sufficient practice and teaching multiplication to students.

Abstract

Verbal bullying is defined as the act of bullying or insulting someone by using unheard words to make fun of, insult, or say unpleasant or inappropriate things. Victims of verbal bullying typically experience negative effects on their school, mental health, and social interactions. This study aims to determine the impact of verbal bullying on students' confidence in SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The method used in this study used quantitative descriptive and was carried out at SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The study used a sample of all 66 students. This research method uses questionnaires and interviews, after the data is obtained the data is analyzed with a quantitative descriptive approach with percentage data. Based on the results of research, verbal bullying has a serious impact on a person's self-confidence, with details of the level of self-confidence of students who are in the high category including 10 students (19.61%), then in the medium category has a frequency of 33 students (64.71%), and the lace category there are 8 students (15.69%).
