<![CDATA[Abstrak - Phishing merupakan teknik penipuan yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi sensitif, seperti kata sandi dan nomor kartu kredit, dengan menyamar sebagai entitas tepercaya. Meningkatnya ancaman phising terhadap e-commerce penting untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap keamanan jaringan komputer dalam konteks e-commerce, guna mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi risiko yang ditimbulkan oleh serangan phishing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan memahami berbagai aspek keamanan jaringan komputer dalam konteks e-commerce, khususnya dalam pencegahan serangan phishing. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review untuk menganalisis keamanan jaringan komputer terhadap ancaman phising. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis keamanan jaringan komputer sangat penting untuk melindungi pengguna e-commerce dari serangan phishing. Penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa phising secara khusus menargetkan sektor sensitif e-commerce, dengan faktor-faktor seperti minimnya kesadaran pengguna dan kebijakan keamanan yang lemah berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan serangan. Selain itu, edukasi pengguna dan penerapan langkah-langkah keamanan yang tepat dapat mengurangi risiko phising, sehingga kolaborasi antara penyedia layanan e-commerce dan pengguna sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman.Kata kunci: phising, e-commerce, ancaman dan keamanan jaringan Abstract - Phishing is a fraudulent technique that aims to obtain sensitive information, such as passwords and credit card numbers, by posing as a trusted entity. The increasing threat of phishing to e-commerce makes it important to conduct an in-depth analysis of computer network security in the context of e-commerce, in order to identify and reduce the risks posed by phishing attacks. The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand various aspects of computer network security in the context of e-commerce, especially in the prevention of phishing attacks. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach to analyze computer network security against phishing threats. The results showed that analyzing computer network security is very important to protect e-commerce users from phishing attacks. The research identified that phishing specifically targets the sensitive sector of e-commerce, with factors such as lack of user awareness and weak security policies contributing to the success of the attack.
