ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kinerja karyawan saat ini menjadi isu strategis karena memiliki pengaruh yang serius terhadap pelayanan baik di bidang ekonomi dan kesehatan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebuah organisasi seperti Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership, dan Organizational Commitmen. Kualita kinerja karyawan akan berbanding lurus dengan prestasi dan optimalisasi pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership dan Organizational Commitmen terhadap kinerja di RSU ST. Madyang Palopo. Metode: Penelitian dengan desain Cross sectional dan metode penelitian menggunakan analitik observasional. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu purposive sampling untuk memperoleh data primer mengunakan kuesioner dari karyawan di RSU ST. Madyang Palopo dalam rentang waktu Agustus - September 2023. Hasil: 104 responden berasal dari berbagai unit kerja di RSU St. Madyang Palopo telah berpartisipasi. Rerata usia 29,9 tahun; sebagian besar berprofesi perawat; didominasi jenis kelamin perempuan. 104 responden menerapkan Directiveness Leadership dan Participate Leadership dengan yang baik. 102 pada Supportive Leadership, 100 pada Organization Commitment. Hasil uji menunjukkan terdapat hubugan signifikan antara keempat faktor tersebut terhadap kenerja karyawan. Kesimpulan: Directiveness Leadership, Supportive Leadership, Participate Leadership, dan Organizational Commitment memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSU St. Madyang Palopo. ABSTRACT Background: Workers' performance is currently a strategic problem due to its significant impact on economic and health services. Several elements can influence worker performance in an organization, including directiveness leadership, supportiveness leadership, participative leadership, and organizational commitment. Workers' performance will be directly proportional to the achievement and optimization of health-care services. Objective: To analyze the relationship between Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership and Organizational Commitment on worker performance at ST. Madyang Palopo General Hospital. Method: Cross-sectional study design and observational analytics approaches were used. Purposive sampling was used to acquire primary data from employees at ST. Madyang Palopo General Hospital between August and September 2023, via a questionnaire. Results: 104 responders from various work units at St. Madyang Palopo General Hospital took part. The average age is 29.9 years; the majority are nurses, and the gender distribution is overwhelmingly female. 104 respondents demonstrated effective directiveness and participative leadership. 102 in Supportive Leadership and 100 in Organizational Commitment. The test results indicate a significant association between these four parameters and worker performance. Conclusion: Directiveness Leadership, Supportive Leadership, Participate Leadership, and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive relationship with worker performance at St. Madyang Palopo General Hospital.
