Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of understanding and empirical data on the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning leadership at the elementary school level. The general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and the learning leadership of elementary school principals in Lamokato Village, Kolaka District, Kolaka Regency. The research method used is Quantitative ex post facto. Data collection techniques use Likert scale questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the product moment test, a significance value of = 0.000 is obtained, which is smaller than  = 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the principal's learning leadership

Abstract

Abstract

Muliana M. Yunus, 2024. Pengaruh Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Tesis. (Dibimbing oleh: Rohana dan Latang).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Implementasi Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Untuk Mengetahui Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Pendekatan TaRL Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPAS di UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Berdasarkan analisis data, kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan pendekatan TaRL memperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar sebesar 84,96, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang hanya mencapai rata-rata 70,96. Perbedaan ini juga didukung oleh hasil uji statistik, di mana nilai signifikansi pada Independent Sample T-Test adalah 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. thitung 4,313 dan nilai ttabel 2,059, Hal ini berarti bahwa t hitung>t tabel (4,313 >2,059) berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco.

Abstract

The quasi-experimental research with the nonequivalent control group design model is based on the low of critical thinking ability and learning outcomes of students of State Elementary School 3 Lemba Soppeng District. The study aims to to find out whether there is a significant influence of the use of Project Based Learning on the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in the science and social learning of students in grade V State Elementary School 3 Lemba, Soppeng District. The sample consisted of 47 students, divided into 24 students in grade VA (without project based learning model) and 23 students in grade VB (with project based learning model). Techniques of data collection used are observation, tests, and documentation. The result showed that there was a significant influence of the use of the Project Based Learning model on the critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in social and science learning process of students in grade V State Elementary School 3 Lemba Soppeng District. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Project Based Learning has the impacts on improving critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in social and science learning process of students of grade V state elementary school 3 Lemba, Soppeng District.
