Abstract

The purpose this study is to find out Civics learning in fourth grade students of philantropystudents in grade IV SD Negeri 87 Palembang is still low which can be seen from indicators,such as aswa being ordered by the teacher to clean the classroom only a few students, thereare students who lend tubs to friends who bring food so that students are given food broughtby their freiends, there are students who are forced to donate with the teacher’s praise. Thisresearch uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collaction techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The result of this study indicate that the philantropic behavior of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 87 Palembang is include in the good category, but there are 5 students who have low philantropic behavior. This is proven based on the results the researcher’s analysis of the philantropic behavior of students who are still low, there are 5 people, namely on the selfless help indicator there is 1 student, the geneous indicator there are 2 students and the alms indicator there are 2 students.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of using the drill method (practice) on the ability to write descriptive essays for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 81 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the drill method (practice) on the ability to writedescriptive essays for fourth grade students. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental and the research method used by the researcher is quantitative. The type of design used in this study is "Nonequivalent Control Group Design". Sources of data or instruments used by researchers are tests and documentation. The research data analysis techniques used were normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The population in this study was class IV with 32 students from class IVA and 32 students from class IVB used as the subject. Basedon the results of the pretest research in the experimental class, the average value before being given treatment using the drill method was 52.41 and the average value after being given treatment using the drill method was 90.31.

Abstract

This research aims to improve critical thinking skills using the True or False strategy in social studies learning in elementary school. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative. Sources of data used by researchers are observations, interviews, essay tests,and documentation. The research data analysis techniques used were normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing, and N-gain test. The subjects used were 30 students from class VA and 30 students from class VB. The results of the research in the experimental class showed that the essay test could improve critical thinking seen from the posttest normality test in the form of Xcount 36.47 while for Xtable 42.557 which was marked normal, the hypothesis obtained was tcount 7.7 while for ttable 2.00172 which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the N-gain of the experimental class is 60.1 with a good category, the results of observations made by researchers are that students can receive lessons well using the True or False strategy. On the essay sheet in the control class using the lecture method and book media using vidcall, the results of the calculation of the posttest normality test in the form ofXcount 24.45, while for Xtable 42.557 which is marked normal, the N-gain of the experimental class is 46.9% including the low category. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of the True or False strategy can improve students' critical thinking in terms of the experimentalclass experiencing the effectiveness of using the True or False strategy and the control class not being effective because it uses the lecture method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model assisted by Mind Mapping on student learning outcomes in social studies class IV SDN 35 Palembang. This type of research is experimental research with a True Experimental Design design, while the research subjects are students of class IV SDN 35 Palembang, class IV. An as the experimental class and class IV.C is the control class, each class consisting of 24 students. Methods of data collection using tests and documentation. The test instrument is in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 20 questions to measure student learning outcomes in social studies lessons. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. Based on the results of the study, the average posttest score obtained from social studies learning outcomes using the Mind Mapping-assisted CIRC learning model was 83.33 and for social studies learning not using the Mind Mapping-assisted CIRC learning model was 76.66. From testing the hypothesis obtained t_count>t_table (2.084 > 2.012), with a significant level of 0.05, it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) assisted by Mind Mapping has an effect on social studies learning outcomes for grade IV SDN 35 Palembang for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru dalam menanamkan karakter tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan harian di SD Negeri 35 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 35 Palembang yang terletak di Jl. Pangeran Sido Ing Lautan, Kecamatan Ilir Barat II, Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. Dengan waktu pelaksanaan yaitu pada bulan mei 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah trianggulasi data. Sumber datanya adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas dan siswa, dan dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan penanaman karakter tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan harian di SD Negeri 35 Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menananamkan karakter tanggung melalui kegiatan harian guru berperan sebagai pendidik, pembimbing yang mengarahkan dengan cara memberikan latihan tugas untuk melatih sikap tanggung jawab. Guru juga berperan sebagai motivator untuk membangkitkan semangat belajar siswa dan menjadi teladan dengan memberikan contoh terlebih dahulu bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran PAPI PERGI (Papan Pintar Perubahan Energi) pembelajaran IPAS materi mengubah bentuk energi di kelas IV SD Negeri 34 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian R&D (Research and Development), menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji coba one to one berjumlah 3 peserta didik, small group berjumlah 7 peserta didik dan field test berjumlah 18 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kevalidan, analisis kepraktisan, dan analisis keefektifan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi angket dari ketiga validator, yaitu 2 dosen dan 1 guru angka presentase mencapai 85,33% kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil praktis angket respon siswa pada uji coba one to one terhadap 3 peserta didik sebesar 96% kriteria sangat praktis, uji coba small group terhadap 7 peserta didik sebesar 91.71% kriteria sangat praktis. Uji coba field test terhadap 18 peserta didik sebesar 93.78% kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil keefektifan hasil tes peserta didik pada uji coba one to one terhadap 3 peserta didik mencapai sebesar 85% dengan kriteria efektif, sedangkan pada pada uji coba small group terhadap 7 peserta didik sebesar 82.14% dengan kriteria efektif. Sedangkan pada uji coba field test terhadap 18 peserta didik sebesar 85% dengan kriteria efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme pada pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskritif . Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD NEGERI 03 Tanah Abang berjumlah 21 siswa dan satu guru mata pelajaran PPKn kelas V SD Negeri 03 Tanah Abang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Untuk itu , Instrumen yang dibuat berupa pedoman observasi siswa, pedoman wawancara untuk Guru . Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapat hasil yaitu: Dapat dilihat bahwa upaya yang dilakukan guru kelas V dalam rangka menanamkan sikap nasionalisme dalam diri siswa melalui mata pelajaran PPKn adalah, membiasakan siswa aktif ketika pembelajaran. Dalam rangka penanaman sikap nasionalisme melalui mata pelajaran PPKn adalah senantiasa  menggunakan produk buatan dalam negeri dan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar dalam menerangkan materi pembelajaran dapat menanamkan sikap nasionalisme berupa perilaku yang dituangkan dalam bentuk cinta tanah  air, sikap rela berkorban, menjunjung tinggi nama bangsa, bangga sebagai bangsa Indonesia, persatuan dan kesatuan, patuh dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945 , disiplin , berani, dan jujur,
