<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perlindungan hukum anak angkat melalui hak wasiat wajibah menurut hukum kewarisan Islam di Pengadilan Agama Enrekang dan untuk menganalisis mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perlindungan hukum anak angkat melalui hak wasiat wajibah menurut hukum kewarisan Islam di Pengadilan Agama Enrekang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum anak angkat melalui hak wasiat wajibah menurut hukum kewarisan Islam di Pengadilan Agama Enrekang jika dilihat dari putusan nomor 12/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Ek sudah terlaksana, namun kurang adanya pengetahuan hukum dari para pihak berperkara tentang penetapan anak angkat dan hak wasiat wajibah untuk anak angkat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perlindungan hukum anak angkat melalui hak wasiat wajibah menurut hukum kewarisan Islam di Pengadilan Agama Enrekang adalah faktor hukum, penegak hukum serta faktor pengetahuan hukum masyarakat.
