Minimum service for patient satisfaction is above 95%. Jambi Province has 195 community health centers. As many as 49.74% of community health centers provide services that do not meet standards. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between medical staff communication and patient satisfaction while receiving health services at the Kuamang Jaya Community Health Center, Bungo district. The methodology in this research is cross-sectional. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the research show that the implementation of therapeutic communication by staff at the Kuamang Jaya Health Center is quite good. Most patients are dissatisfied with the staff's therapeutic communication. There is no significant relationship between medical staff communication and Kuamang Jaya Health Center patient satisfaction, with a p value (0.289) > 0.05. Based on the research results, it is recommended that community health centers improve the Therapeutic Communication skills of officers by attending workshops or seminars on therapeutic communication in health services.
