Abstract

The purpose of this study (1) To determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah, (2) To determine the effect of facilities on patient satisfaction in RSI Siti Rahmah,(3) To know the Influence of Service Quality and Facilities to Patient Satisfaction at RSI Siti Rahmah. The method used in this research is Quantitative Method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using Label Scale. The population of this study were 100 inpatients in RSI Siti Rahmah in Room, Maternity Room (KB) and the number of samples in this study were 50 patients with random sampling method, using Slovin formula. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that service quality significantly influence patient satisfaction. thitung> ttable that is tcount 2.85 > t table 2.12. Significant level of 0.007 <0.05. The first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. T hitung 2.91 > t table 2.12. Significant value 0.006 <0.05. The second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Quality of service and facilities on patient satisfaction Fcount 1.834> Ftabel 0.012. With a significant level of 0.171> 0.05. This shows that there is no significant influence. The third hypothesis in this study (H3) was rejected.Keywords: Service Quality, Facilities, Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of education and training, compensation and work discipline on Front liner performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, Padang Branch. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear analysis. The population in the study was 89 Front liners. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires. To prove the hypothesis, t test and F test are used. The results of this study show that education and training, compensation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Front liner Performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Padang Branch. Partially it turns out that work discipline is the most dominant variable affecting Front liner performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Padang Branch. From the results of this study it is suggested that Education &Training (Training), Compensation and Work Discipline have been achieved partially and simultaneously which are relatively good to be maintained and even improved so that the Front liner's performance is increasing.

Abstract

The focus of this study to determine the development of UMKM products inencountering the West Sumatran market in 2016. Asia Economic Community studiedaspect is product quality and product branding UMKM in UMKM developmentfunctions of Bank Indonesia. The studies carried out November 2015 - February 2016..With qualitative research methods. The results showed that the function of BankIndonesia UMKM development program has been implemented in accordance with thedevelopment of UMKM products. In 2014, 18 out of 20 UMKM (90%) target BankIndonesia has been able to improve product quality, increase profitability, opening newmarkets as well as more innovation, but if in view of the quantitative that UMKM WestSumatra 501. 410 BPS data, the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Sumatra west(2015) shows the facilitation of 1.5% (7548) has not been optimal, temporary assistancefrom Bank Indonesia, 0.004% Sumaterra west has not been represented, so manyproducts can not increase the ability of UMKM to improve product quality, branding,capital and markets. Based on the research results suggested the Bank Indonesia theirbodies / organizations standardize UMKM products, as well as provide coachingkonfrehensif making UMKM more competitive on the Asian market economiccommunity.Keywords : Product Quality, Branding Quality, UMKM

Abstract

b> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan the axana hotel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 30 orang dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada karyawan Front office dan Housekeeping.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan:  Hipotesis pertama motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0.016 yang artinya nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari probabilitas atau 0.016 < 0.05, maka hipotesis (���1) diterima. Hipotesis kedua adalah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,041, yang artinya nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari probabilitas atau 0.041 < 0.05, maka hipotesis (���2) diterima. Hipotesis ketiga adalah disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,058, yang artinya nilai signifikan lebih besar dari probabilitas atau 0.058 > 0.05, maka hipotesis (���3) ditolak. Hipotesis keempat kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,000, yang artinya nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari probabilitas atau 0.000 < 0.05, maka hipotesis (���3) diterima. Secara Bersama terdapat pengaruh Motivasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja,  Disiplin kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan The Axana Hotel. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai fhitung diperoleh sebesar 36,006. Dengan ftabel sebesar 2,69 sehingga 36,006 > 2,69 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.Kata kunci: Motivasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja, Disiplin kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja</

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Saat ini industri pariwisata di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh pada tingkat hunian hotel di tiap-tiap daerah. Tingginya tingkat persaingan bisnis hotel membuat pemilik hotel harus berlomba-lomba untuk memberikan kemudahan, fasilitas dan layanan yang terbaik. Di era digital yang semakin canggih memudahkan para tamu memilih dan memesan hotel melalui internet atau aplikasi. Online Travel Agent merupakan perusahaan jasa penyelenggara perjalanan wisata termasuk tiket transportasi dan tiket wisata serta booking hotel yang berbasis online. Melalui fitur review yang pada Online Travel Agent (OTA) para tamu dapat menjadikan  hal tersebut \sebagai pertimbangan dalam menentukan keputusan menginap di suatu hotel.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari review tamu online travel agent,service quality dan fasilitas terhadap purchase decision di Grand Rocky Hotel Padang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada tiap-tiap individu. Penelitisn ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi untuk analisis pengaruh variabel lainnya.Kata Kunci:  review tamu online travel agent,service quality,fasilitas,purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract : Research Objectives to measure and analyze the effectiveness of Go-Jek online advertising on social media. This study uses a sample to residents who live in Padang City and are social media users. Sampling was done by Purpose sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the EPIC method, which consists of; empathy (empathy), persuasion (persuasion), impact (impact), and communication (communication). The EPIC analysis results partially for each variable are in the "effective" range because the average value of empathy = 3.9375, persuasion = 3.9273, impact = 3.8175, and communication = 3.92. And the EPIC rate which is the average value of the whole variable is at 3.9. This value is in the "effective" range on the effectiveness scale. This shows that Go-Jek online advertisements through social media are considered effective in attracting audience empathy, effective in influencing audience buying interest, effective in leaving a good impression on the audience, and effective in delivering messages clearly, well, and correctly. Abstract

ABSTRAK :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui orientasi konsumen dalam memilih aplikasibelanja online pada aplikasi Tokopedia, Shopee dan Bukalapak, sekaligus menemukan faktor-faktoryang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian adalah Studi deskriftif dimana Responden adalahmasyarakat kota Padang dengan populasi berjumlah 80 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Darihasil penelitian diperoleh pasar belanja online melalui aplikasi online dimasa pandemi Covid19 yangbanyak digunakani oleh masyarakat adalah aplikasi Shoopee.Faktor yang dikeluarkan dari analisisfaktor dalak penelitian ini adalah faktor budaya..Terdapat 1 faktor yang terbentuk dari 3 variabelyang di analisis,dengan. Nilai Eigenvalue komponen 1 sebesar 1,304 atau >1 dan mampumenjelaskan 43.466 % variasiKata Kunci: Market place, Transaksi Online,Aplikasi Online, e-commerce
