Abstract

Sharia banking is a bank that does not implement the system of interest as conventional banks, but profit and loss sharing. This is the main feature in the financial management of sharia. This study aims to determine the public perception of Kelurahan Sukaresmi Kecamatan Tanah Sareal Kota Bogor on Islamic Banking and the factors that influence its perception. From the research data showed that sharia bank simply known by the public. The level of trust and satisfaction for sharia Banking and service is quite high.

Abstract

In the Islamic economic wealth distribution mechanism is closely related to the moral values of Islam as a tool to deliver human well-being. Zakat can serve as a source of socio-economic fund for Muslims. Education is essential for humans. Education is not just a transfer of knowledge, but also the transfer of value, i.e. moral intelligence. Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarut Tauhid (DPU-DT) is a nonprofit institution engaged in the collection (fundraising) and the utilization of funds ZISWAF (Zakat, Donation, Charity and Endowments). The purpose of this research is to know the contribution of zakat managed DPU-DT in education development efforts. Throughout the years 2010-2013, DPU Daarut Tauhid Bogor has been contributing to the development of education in Bogor. It is evident from various educational programs launched and continues to be developed as well as the allocation of Zakat funds increasing from year to year. The name of program is: Beasiswa Prestatif, Beasiswa Mandiri (BEM), Beasiswa Tunas Cita ( BTC), Santunan Pendidikan Anak Yatim (SPAY), SMK IT DT, Beasiswa Bahasa Cuma-Cuma (BBC) dan Adzkia Islamic School (AIS). Such programs is a program that focuses on the formal and informal that has helped many circles mustahik to get the opportunity to obtain a proper education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh etika pemasaran islam terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan metode pengambilan random sampling pada seluruh nasabah BPRS Ammanah Ummah Leuwiliang. Analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear dengan alat bantu. Adapun hasil pada penelitian ini dengan nilai p value (0,000) < α (0,05) juga membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Selain itu jika dilihat dari koefisien determinasi, sebesar 57,4% kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh etika pemasaran Islam sedangkan sisanya 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Service quality is the key to loyalty members (consumers). To achieve a good quality of service, the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor is required to provide excellent service to its members by taking into account the dimensions of the quality of services that include direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Professionally managed institution will give priority to the quality of services because it will affect customer satisfaction (members) which would then affect the level of consumer loyalty (members).  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty of cooperative members in the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor, to determine whether the quality of services that include direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responciveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy) berpenngaruh on member loyalty  The sample used a number of 50, the sampling technique with purposive sampling. This research is a field research with quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained based on respondents' answers to a questionnaire distributed to the members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression, descriptive variables ananlisis research and hypothesis testing (test t), and data processing using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.  From the results of the research data processing simple linear regression Y = 4.623 + 0,187X and the magnitude of the direct influence of service quality to loyalty members was 33.8%. Based on t test showed that the number sig. alpha of 0.000 below 5%, which means service quality significantly influence the loyalty of members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Kota Bogor. Based on the coefficient of determination can be seen that the independent variables explain the dependent variable of 33.8%, while the remaining 66.2% is explained by other variables which in this case is not the subject of the study authors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of the BOPO (Operating Costs to Operational Income) and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) ratios on the profitability of Islamic banks registered with the OJK for the period from 2015 to 2022. Using the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method, the research employs purposive sampling to select relevant data. The findings reveal that, for Bank BJB Syariah, the BOPO ratio does not have a significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a probability value of 0.2047, which exceeds the 10% significance level. Similarly, the CAR ratio also shows no significant impact on profitability, with a probability value of 0.9785, again above the 10% threshold. These results suggest that, within the context of Bank BJB Syariah, both operational efficiency and capital adequacy do not directly influence profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). This study contributes to the understanding of the financial dynamics of Islamic banking, highlighting the need for further investigation into other factors that may affect profitability in this sector.
