Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Melalui studi literatur Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, ditemukan bahwa kompensasi(X1), lingkungan kerja(X2), dan stres kerja(X3) secara individual memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Selain itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja dan, Produktivitas kerjaAbstractThis research explores the influence of compensation, work environment, and work stress on work productivity. Through a study of Human Resource Management literature, it was found that compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and work stress (X3) individually made a positive contribution to work productivity (Y).
