Abstract

This research tries to ascertain how service quality influences fuel purchasing decisions at SPBU Coco 11.201.107 HM. Yamin Medan. This research uses explanatory research which uses descriptive statistical methods to verify whether there is an influence between the services provided on customers' fuel purchasing decisions. The research results showed that respondents' responses regarding the quality of service were considered good. Respondents rated the services and facilities provided at the Coco HM gas station positively. Yamin. Similar research can be carried out between regions for the next stage of the research process in the same environment with different characteristics and with changes in research variables that can be developed for further research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of interest rate collection behavior and the quality of micro business credit services at Bank BRI, HM Medan branch. yes. This research uses explanatory research, where descriptive statistical methods are used to assess whether there is a relationship between the influence of services provided and interest rates on people's business credit customers. The research results showed that respondents' answers regarding service quality were considered good. The interest rate determination is in line with customer expectations and the results of the credit decision category show that respondents did not experience difficulty in determining the BRI HM Bank branch. Yamin Medan as the bank that submitted the KUR microcredit application.
