Determining the beginning of “Qamariah”that was known as “hilal” among moslem people because the order of doing fasting and breakfasting were dobe if they seeing the hilal. If they could not see the month, they had to complete (Rukyat) the on going month. It seemed that seeing the hilal was not the only one way in determining the beginning of “Qamariah”. In society, they could choose one of them that contribute to different result of determining the beginning of “Qamariah”. The happening of “Hadits”about the order to complete (Rukyat): “Berpuasalah kamu bila melihat hilal dan berbukalah kamu bila melihat hilal.” Different opinion among the moslem priests (Ulama) in Indonesia in understanding that “hadits” might forced moslem people to be in one side or the other side in doing fasting.

Hadirnya Bank Islam dengan sistem bagi hasil, disinyalir dalam prakteknya kedua bank baik itu bank Syariah maupun bank konvensional tersebut sama saja hanya beda istilah yaitu sistem bunga dan bagi hasil. Kemudian penerapan mudharabah yang diterapkan di bank Islam tidaklah semurni konsep mudharabah dalam fikih dengan adanya azaz keadilan, sedangkan di Bank Islam bila terjadi kerugian modal tetap dikembalikan dan memakai jaminan ketika meminjam.

To measure the accurate direction for prayer (kiblat) is not a simple matter for every Moslem, especially for the ordinary ones. Therefore, this article is intended to explain and give simple understanding on how to use and practice as well the nature of Qiblat measurement wherever the moslems are. Actually, there are some ways to measure the accurate direction of qiblat. However, many of them are quite complicated to practice. Finally, using compass is believed to be easier and others seem to be forgotten.

This study investigated the contribution of the success of local migrants (perantau) from Atar toward the economic development of the community in the region of origin, and the factors contributing to the success . This study was a quantitative research that sought the extent of the contribution of the success of perantau to the economic development of communities in the area of origin. The data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using linear regressional analysis. The findings showd that the influence of solidarity on economic improvement can be seen as follow: Y = 23.326 + 0.014. X. This showed that each one unit solidarity increased the economy of 0.014. Factors contributing to the impact of the success were the desire to develop Atar community in the business of photocopying. In addition, seeking independent work and not becoming employee forever.

POLA AKAD DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT PERANTAU ATAR Leli, Maisarah; Arianti, Farida

This paper discusses about the pattern of contracts in the economic empowerment of the Atar migrant community. Many migrants are not easy to get a job that later nomads can be independent. They are looking for work to other areas to be able to get a decent job that will provide their lives. In this section, the writer takes a qualitative descriptive approach by describing the contract pattern in empowerment carried out by the nomads, while the technique is snowball sampling in interviewing the main character until the information obtained at the saturated level, no more new information becomes data in this paper. The results achieved were that the nomads patterned contracts that were used in empowering the nomads community with qiradh contracts, and grants.
