The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the 5C + 1S principle on murābahah financing in terms of saddu dzari'ah. This research is a field research, with the type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis which consists of 3 (three) flow of activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification/conclusion. The obstacle faced is that in its implementation in the field there are several things so that the use of 5C + 1S in the analysis of financing provision cannot be carried out optimally, this is because when assessing the feasibility of prospective financing customers, especially in exploring the character of prospective customers which when analyzed is very good, but in the middle of the trip, starting to look less good, so the ability to pay obligations is not smooth
