<![CDATA[This study aims to discuss the impact of communication and the work environment on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah KKM 10, Serdang Bedagai. The research utilized a quantitative method, revealing a significant and strong relationship between communication and the work environment with teacher performance at KKM 10, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Correlation analysis indicated that communication (X1) has a correlation of 0,878, and the work environment (X2) has a correlation of 0,899 with teacher performance (Y), indicating a strong relationship between these factors and teacher performance. The multiple correlation analysis also showed a simultaneous correlation coefficient of 0,911, with the independent variables contributing 91.1% to the dependent variable. This finding supports the research hypothesis, which posits a positive relationship between communication, work environment, and teacher performance, and it has been empirically proven in the context of KKM 10, Serdang Bedagai Regency.]]>
