The aim of this research is to determine the attitude of religious tolerance and moderation by the Ministry of Religion of South Labuhan Batu Regency, to determine the development of the da'wah planning that has been implemented by the Ministry of Religion of South Labuhan Batu, and to find out the role of the Ministry of Religion in planning da'wah for the young generation in South Labuhan Batu Regency. Thus, all the da'wah planning carried out by the Ministry of Religion of South LabuhanBatu district can be said to be effective because it produces changes in a positive direction. This research uses qualitative methods which aim to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon being studied. The young generation's lack of understanding regarding religious tolerance and moderation is reflected in the chaos during a major event, namely the birthday of South LabuhanBatu Regency. Every time there is a celebration, young people are often involved in arguments caused by religious differences. They forget that the spirit of religious tolerance and moderation should be a bridge, not an excuse for conflict. This research is guided by Asy'ari theory, namely missionary planning, tolerance and religious moderation, teaching to continue to do good to everyone despite different religions and the foundations of moderation between religious communities in Indonesia, namely unity, brotherhood, tolerance and religious moderation. The results obtained from this research are that there is a plan that has been neatly prepared by the relevant ministry of religion regarding the attitude of religious tolerance and moderation of the younger generation in the South LabuhanBatu district area
