This study explores the impact of communication and the work environment on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah KKM 10, Serdang Bedagai. Using a quantitative approach, the research reveals a significant and strong relationship between communication, the work environment, and teacher performance. Correlation analysis demonstrates that communication (X1) has a correlation of 0.878, while the work environment (X2) has a correlation of 0.899 with teacher performance (Y), indicating a robust connection between these factors. Furthermore, the multiple correlation analysis shows a simultaneous correlation coefficient of 0.911, with the independent variables accounting for 91.1% of the variance in teacher performance. These findings support the hypothesis of a positive relationship between communication, work environment, and teacher performance, providing empirical evidence in the context of KKM 10, Serdang Bedagai.
