Abstract

Scholars have different opinions regarding MLM business schemes, some forbid and some for conditional permissibility. As for the juhur of contemporary scholars, many of them forbid it. However, the DSN-MUI through Fatwa Number 75 of 2009 allows MLM business schemes on condition that the implementation of a contract is in accordance with sharia principles. Therefore, this study will analyze the implementation of the contract in the MLM business scheme. This research includes sharia economic law research using a descriptive method of literature with a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of DSN-MUI Fatwas. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study reveal that based on the substance of the DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 75 of 2009, MLM business schemes can use several contracts, namely murabaha, wakalah bi al-ujrah, ju'alah, ijarah and other contracts determined by DSN-MUI according to sharia principles, one of them is the Samsarah contract. However, the contract that is widely used in MLM business schemes is the ju'alah contract. Meanwhile, if you look at the MLM business scheme, which contains elements of intermediary services, services for selling products and recruiting new members which are part of the achievements that must be completed, then the appropriate contract is a hybrid contract between a samsarah contract and a ju'alah contract.

The International Monetary Fund projects that the global economy will shrink by around 4.4 percent in 2020, the worst recession since the Second World War. Abstract

The agricultural sector remains one of the main pillars in supporting food security and economic growth in many countries. However, access to financial services in the agricultural sector is relatively low. One of the main factors causing problems in the agricultural sector is the low level of financial literacy and inclusion. The aim of this study is to analyze what factors influence the level of financial literacy and inclusion in the agricultural sector. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with a library research method, namely reviewing and re-analyzing previous research related to financial literacy and inclusion in the agricultural sector. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the factors inhibiting sharia financial literacy and inclusion in the agricultural sector were the level of education, access to sharia financial institutions in rural areas, and low public awareness. The factors in this study are still limited, so it is hoped that there will be more extensive development in further research.

Abstract

This study describes a model of community empowerment by integrating MSMEs and nadzirs in using IPR waqf funds. Considering that MSMEs have a fairly central economic base and can be said to be the saviors of national economic development, support is required, especially in access to capital because internal capital is still a major problem for MSMEs to overcome. In the present. A conceptual model or framework is provided as part of the qualitative research methodology, and secondary data from systematic literature reviews, academic papers, and survey findings are utilized as data sources. IPR is considered one of the haqq maliyyah (property rights) in Islamic law that is legally protected in order to be waqf, specifically waqf in the form of moveable things other than money. The more royalties that are donated, the more money is gathered to be used as capital assistance for MSMEs so that more and more businesses can be run by the community. In addition, it can also create a healthy economic cycle, open up new jobs, lower unemployment, and speed up the economy. so that it may aid the neighborhood in meeting its everyday requirements, particularly its dharuriyah demands. For MSMEs to operate at their best, additional strategic actions must be made in addition to granting them access to financing. These actions include offering training and repair skills, business advising, enhancing product quality, markets, business networks, and technology
