Abstract

XYZ is a company that sells services and solutions to customer problems, services and solutions sold are products that have been developed previously by PT. XYZ and will continue to be developed to adjust the addition of functions according to customer demand. To be able to achieve the vision and mission of an organization, PT. XYZ must have a good software development business process. Currently, the service and solution development process still not have a written Standard OperationaI Procedure (SOP) that can be the problem in evaluating system performance and the passing of a product from a predetermined time limit. Therefore, we need to carry out further evaluations so as not to have a negative impact on the product development process. EvaIuation is done by using interview sources and event logs that use process mining methods to further process and analyze event logs with the help of Disco and ProM 6 Tools. After that, the evacuation process will be continued by using the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) to compare the target values with the interview results and event log values. The evaluation results have 13 quality factors were concerned, 4 quality factors including those that were not in line with the company's target because the processing time recorded in the event log exceeded the target. The activities listed in the event log are not procedurally appropriate, such as processes that were not closed for a long time and processes that have the same start and finish time.

Abstract

The lack of interest in student learning and the less effective and interactive teaching and learning process is the impact of the lack of available facilities and infrastructure. In fact, only the guidebooks and LKS are supporting tools in the current teaching process. Augmented reality technology is a solution to help solve these problems. The 3D concept in AR technology can be applied in the world of education to develop abstract anatomical learning. By designing a mobile application the introduction of human digestion systems using the single marker method the author hopes to help the learning process and improve the quality of student learning in understanding the material provided by the instructor. Based on the results of effectiveness testing shows an increase of student learning outcomes of 10.25% which originally obtained average results from the pre-test of 75.75 to 85. By using the System Usability Scale method, usability testing points to satisfactory results. Based on the questions submitted to 10 respondents with an assessment weighting scale of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree), the results of usability testing were 83.25 with Excellent and grade A ranking qualifications.

Abstract

The Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya uses a website as a media service to facilitate the work of the campus. Based on the results of interviews and observations, problems were found on the website of the Faculty of Animal Science, namely there were user complaints about the appearance of the website and its functions (icons and links) and some menus could not be used as expected by users, from these deficiencies related to usability problems. Evaluation was conducted to determine the level of usability of the website using the usability testing method and using the system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire. To measure the usability level using usability metrics, usability measurement uses aspects of efficiency, effectiveness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. For aspect satisfaction, use the SUS questionnaire, while efficiency, effectiveness, learnability and memorability aspects are tested by usability. Usability testing is performed on groups of student and prospective student users by providing several tasks, from the test data will be obtained in the form of success of the user working on the task, time spent by the user in working on each task, number of steps and number of clicks and errors made by respondents completing the task. The results of usability testing will be calculated using matric usability. The usability testing, observation, interview and questionnaire methods are used to measure the level of usability on the Faculty of Animal Science website, and explore problems regarding usability. Usability problems found when testing, observation and interviews were then given recommendations according to the usability guidelines. Recommendations are given to improve the website of the Faculty of Animal Science.

Abstract

The judge is an official who can try in a court of law in a country. Every day the head of the court makes a judge's decision to handle cases of various types and classifications. Cases that are registered by the plaintiff for each day have an average of 8 to 10 cases and for each week 35 to 40 cases. Whereas the judge's appointment time is quite short, which is a maximum of 3 days and at least 1 day. The head of the court experienced a difficulty in making a judge's decision because of the fairly short amount and timing of the stipulation. Then a system is needed that hopes to help the effectiveness of the selection of a judge so that the determination of the judge is faster and does not exceed the predetermined time limit. The method used in determining this judge is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The criteria used are leadership, cases handled, and length of decision. Each criterion has sub-criteria, namely: cases handled have the same type and classification sub-criteria, different types but the same classification, different types and classifications. The length of the verdict has sub-criteria is not good, the decision is long enough, long the decision is good, and the decision is very good for a long time. Leadership has sub-criteria of chairpersons, member judges, and single judges. The system output results in 5 alternative order judges with the highest to lowest values. Spearman rank correlation method as a method of testing the results of the system with results from experts. From the tests that have been done, it is obtained a correlation value of 0.646, the value means that the correlation obtained from the comparison of system results and experts is a strong correlation.

Abstract

Malang District's health service offices own a pilot project whose objective is to record in the form of causes of death in the region Gondanglegi and Kepanjen. One of the ways to record such data is through verbal autopsy which is done by interviewing family members of the deceased on visible signs or symptoms of a certain individual before death. The ongoing process of the verbal autopsy is still recorded manually using paper, which when gathered is vulnerable to being lost or damaged. Otherwise, there was no system to record the data that has been gathered. Based on the above-mentioned problem, an information system is needed to ease the recording, storing, and processing of data that contains verbal autopsy. The development of the information system uses a prototyping method which presents a picture of the system in general toward the client in order to gain feedback in the form of advice or critique. Development is started with the modeling of the business process and requirements of the analysis, prototype designing, prototype evaluation, continued designing, which is finished with implementation and testing. The implementation results in a web-based verbal autopsy information system. The system is utilized to record, verify, manage, and manage verbal autopsy data and to present general information. The next step is to test the implementation results with validation testing which shows valid test results which are in accord with the identified requirements, tests towards the compatibility of the browser show that the error issues were at 9% and the system was run on a variety of browsers without any problems whatsoever.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a very popular field of research in text mining. The basic idea of ​​sentiment analysis is finding the polarity of the document and classifying it into positive or negative. The text documents used in the research are reviews on the Google Play Store regarding the mobile banking application. Support Vector Machine is a method used and added Lexicon Based Features as additional feature besides using the Bag of Words. The research data is 500 data by dividing 90% training data and 10% test data. The system evaluation results obtained with a combination of Bag of Words and Lexicon Based Features are higher than the results of system evaluations that only use the Bag of Words and systems that only use Lexicon Based Features. The evaluation results obtained by the combination of the two features with testing using 10 fold cross validation are accuracy = 0,846, recall = 0,846, precision = 0,864, and f-measure = 0,855 with the Support Vector Machine parameter value used is the best parameter value of sigma kernel RBF = 3, lambda = 0,1, gamma = 0,001, complexity = 0,1, epsilon = 0,001, and iteration = 50.

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) are common and popular attacks on the SDN layer, namely the data plane. In this study, Athena-based Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) is applied to prevent and reduce the impact of DDoS attacks, especially TCP SYN flood and UDP flood. Two test scenarios were carried out to determine the IPS performance. The first scenario, comparing the impact of DDoS attacks without and with applied IPS to throughput and CPU usage on the controller. The second scenario, comparing the speed of the prevention function based on features in the detection model. The first test results show that IPS is able to prevent DDoS attacks as proven by the decrease in the throughput. The throughput when normal and IPS is applied against TCP SYN flood and UDP flood attacks for transmit parameters of 3956 pps, 4045 pps and 3919 pps while for receive parameters it is 4720 pps, 4793 pps and 4692 pps. IPS is also able to reduce the CPU load on the controller when those attacks are carried out each at 4.95% and 7.9%. The second test result concludes that the more appropriate and correct features are used for training, the faster IPS in recognizing the characteristics of dangerous hosts. This is proven by the average speed of prevention for each attack using 10 features each at 5.78 seconds and 5.99 seconds while the 5 features each at 12.42 seconds and 11.42 seconds. Moreover, IPS can be applied to hardware with specifications as in this study.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the problems faced by parents in guiding children. Juvenile delinquency has often happened in the world of primary education in schools, this is a concern for parents, besides parents, teachers as mentors in schools actively participate in guiding students in schools to avoid juvenile delinquency and to behave positively and positively in the school environment and outside the school environment . To avoid delinquency in school prevention is done by detecting delinquency that might occur in children based on factors or behavioral symptoms that are often carried out by children. In this study a system was created to detect juvenile delinquency especially in schools to prevent delinquency that might occur using the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) method. MKNN method is a developmental method of the KNN method, which distinguishes the value of validity in training data to produce better values. The results of this test used as much as 60 training data, and the accuracy of the variation in training data obtained the lowest level of accuracy when the value of training data variation was 30% the accuracy was 76.78% and the highest level of accuracy when the training data variation value was 90% the accuracy was 100%. In this test the average system accuracy was obtained at a maximum of 86.7%.

Abstract

Ragnarok M: eternal love is an online game that released on October 30, 2018, is a mobile game version of the Ragnarok computer. Ragnarok is a popular game in Indonesia until now the players in this game reach 62 million people. With it, this game has the potential to attract old and new players to play, even though the platforms are different. So the user experience is important for the success of this game on the market, especially if the application has just been released. Applications that are made poorly and are difficult to use will make it difficult for users to use and learn, so it will rarely be used and not sold in the market. To get a good user experience, an evaluation is necessary. The Cognitive Walkthrough is a user experience evaluation method where evaluators provide scenario-based tasks and questions to users to find problems that interfere with the learning and understanding process. The method is well used in new applications because they can find the cognitive processes of users when they first use the application and get the weakness of it. The results of the evaluation show that the problem that occurs is the lack of understanding of the game in the gameplay tasks, displays that are difficult to understand on the task of logging and hidden key issues in gameplay tasks. Even though there is a problem, the problem is a mild problem that does not affect the main function in the game.

Abstract

Puskesmas Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo is one of the community service institutions of Health that has 12 poly for its service. Total patients of Tarik are listed in approximately 15,000 people and have 82 doctors. The number of patients arriving per day averages as much as 100 to 250 people, so there is always a buildup of queues in the Puskesmas building and resulted in a decrease in the comfort of patients who come. The Puskesmas has therefore developed facility information about the Puskesmas Tarik and has the feature of booking queues in a mobile platform named SIAP TARIK. after 2 years of SIAP TARIK-use application of the Puskesmas Tarik Sidoarjo, Parties The Puskesmas receives feedback from its users. After analysis of the problem, researchers draw conclusions related to the usability of the system about the user's ease of the system. Therefore, summative testing is conducted on the system using usability testing methods and system usability scales by assigning tasks, filling questionnaires and conducting interviews. The results of usability testing and system usability scale indicate the level of usability SIAP TARIK is at the rating OK-good, grade "D" and is at the marginal high with the score SUS 66.5 that the results still need improvement to improve Its degree of mobility. With existing guidelines will be a reference in providing recommendations for the development of applications SIAP TARIK to forward.
