Abstract

Situbondo Tera' is a portal application of the Situbondo Regency Government that can be accessed by the public. Based on the researcher's experiment and interviews with the developer the application is still not running optimally and has never been evaluated. This study uses 3 methods, those are Usability Testing, Cognitive Walkthrough, and Heuristic Evaluation to find usability problems and see the comparison of the problems obtained from each method. The study used 10 respondents on Usability Testing, 10 respondents on Cognitive Walkthrough, and 3 experts on the Heuristic Evaluation method. From the analysis it is known that total of 41 problems were found. The Usability Testing method found 27% of the total problems with an average of 2.4 problems per respondent. The Cognitive Walkthrough method found 29% of the total problems with an average finding of 3.7 problems per respondent. Meanwhile, the Heuristic Evaluation method found 44% of the total problems with an average finding of 8 problems per evaluator. There were 8 similar problems found and almost all of them appeared in 3 methods at once so that it needed special attention. The results of the Usability Testing method got an average value of 95% effectiveness, 88.32% efficiency, and the satisfaction gets 5.76 from scale 1 to 7. In the Cognitive Walkthrough method, it was known that the problems that often arise were minor and most types of the problems come from Text and Icon (T) and User (U). The Heuristic Evaluation method found problems that were spread across all 9 heuristic principles.

Abstract

Electric Powered Wheelchairs or EPW has been used for many disable patients and still developing. EPW was developing to achieve flexibility to control its movement. EPW can be moved by eyes and head nowadays. One of the main accidents that often occurred to EPW's user is falling from EPW due to some obstacles that blocking the road or some descents such as stair descent which user did not see before. Hence, EPW needs a system to increase the user's safety. In previous research ultrasonic sensors were used to detect objects. But it needed a lot of sensors to detect obstacles on wide range and did not able to detect descents. Regarding that, researchers began to use camera to detect obstacles. This research use image processing methods to detect stair descent and generate warning sound through a speaker. HOG was used as a method to extract features from data and SVM algorithm as machine learning classifier. Pre-processing such as cropping, resizing, and blurring were used. Total features for each data were 3.780 features which generated from an image with 128x64 pixel size. This system had 80% accuracy of recognizing object and had 0,679672 second average computation.

Abstract

Simpleton Studio is a game developer from Indonesia who has released several games. Simpleton Studio is developing a new game called PawPawPaw which requires an evaluation of the user experience before being released. The method used in this study is the Game Experience Questionnaire with a questionnaire-based instrument with the aim of knowing the dimensions that are less targeted to the user. This Game Experience Questionnaire method has 3 modules. The first module is the Core Module which produces an average value above 3 in the Competence, Immersion and Positive Effect dimensions and the lowest value is in the Negative Effect dimension. The second module is the Social Presence Module which produces an average score above 3 for the dimensions of Psychological Involvement - Emphaty and Behavioral Involvement and the lowest score is on Psychological Involvement - Negative Feelings. The third module is the Post-Game Module which produces the highest score on the Positive Experience dimension and the lowest score on the Negative Experience and a high enough score on the Tiredness dimension. It can be concluded that the user experience of the PawPawPaw game is quite good, but there are several problems because the game is easy to forget and quite tired after playing.

Abstract

Security is a condition that is free from danger, danger word can be related to the form of crime , accident, and others. All peoples always trying to fulfill that condition, but there are some age who cant fulfill this condition. One of them is children safety, children tend to be careless than adults. This is due to an immature mindset and unstable emotions, therefore it triggers crimes againts children. So that it requires strict supervision by parents, on the other side the parents cant monitor their childs safety all the time because they tend to be busy with theis jobs. Seeing this problem, the author would like to recommend a solution in the form of IoT (Internet of Things) with the topic of child safety system GSM based module using HTTP protocol. IoT allows system to communicate or transfer data by themselves using IP connectivity. The System cant do full supervision, but this system able to provide information about location coordinates of their child when the child is in danger and pressing a push button on the system. This system uses a GSM module so it can directly access the webserver to transmit data that has been read by the GPS module and processed by Arduino Uno. The data that has been read will be sent to the webserver and then forwarded by the registered user. Based on the research results the GSM module has the best network strength value in outdoor conditions with value 22 (-69 dBm), the GPS module has data accuracy with an average difference value of 3,15 meters, Telegram chatbot has a perfect data accuracy value with 100% success rate without experiencing lost data.

Abstract

Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) has now spread rapidly throughout the world since December 2019, so quarantine is carried out to limit the spread of the disease. The implementation of quarantine raises pros and cons from the public which makes the public express all their opinions and criticisms via Twitter. However, every tweet uploaded by the public does not contain the appropriate meaning so a sentiment analysis is necessary. The classification mechanism can be used to determine the polarity of sentiments but classification has its drawbacks. In the classification there is an unsupervised classification or clustering. The K-Means method is often used for clustering, but it still has weaknesses. Therefore, this study conducted a sentiment clustering on Twitter about public opinion of quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic using the DBSCAN method. Based on the results of tests carried out with 200 data, the best silhouette coefficient value is 0.32 at an epsilon value of 20 and a minPts value of 15, while the best davies bouldin index value is 0.10 at an epsilon value of 15 and a minPts value of 15. This research also gets more analysis results on neutral sentiment, which means that the public is of a neutral opinion towards quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The easy use of information technology is demonstrated by the number of various sectors that have implemented information technology, including the government sector. The Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANG) of Tapin is a leading sector that coordinates the planning of Regional Work Units in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. The coordination is implemented by developing an electronic system for regional development under the name E-Tamasa. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2016 concerning Information Security Management System, a government agency that manages an electronic system must implement information securities. Due to vital informations that are managed by BAPPELTBANG Tapin, this study aims to analyze the level of readiness of information security with Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) 4.1. This framework consists these following 7 evaluation areas, Electronic Systems Category, Information Security Governance, Information Security Risk Management, Information Asset Management, Information Technology and Security, and Supplements. The research result shows that BAPPELITBANG Tapin received the status of "Fulfillment of the Basic Framework" with a score of 291 for the level of completeness of the application of ISO 27001:2013 standards.

Abstract

The Quran covers a variety of sciences so that it serves as a guide to the lives of Muslims. In reading the Qur'an, Muslims must reading the interpretation of each verse in all chapter that has similar meaning, in order to fully define the Qur'an. To make this easier, the study used the Fuzzy C-Means clustering (FCM) and Vector Space Model (VSM) algorithm. The initial process that is text preprocessing to produce the terms so that it can be used in the next process is tf-idf with normalization. Then the clustering process is done using FCM and VSM processes for interpretation search based on queries in the group of verses that have already been formed. In the test, the best value in the FCM algorithm used silhouette coefficient of 0,005146488 for all parameters including the number of clusters which is 2, the smallest error 0.001, the weighting value 2, and the maximum iteration 3. Then for VSM testing using 6 queries tested with precision@k showed that k-rank 7 produced the best precision value of 0.8333. Based on these results, it can be concluded by using FCM and VSM can be used to look for interpretations of Qur'an verses that have similar meanings.

Abstract

Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC) Arrhythmia is a condition in which the heart beats irregularly. The PVC condition causes the heart to beat too fast or be too slow than it should be. PVC Arrhythmias appear in the lower part of the heart or commonly called the ventrical (chambers) of the heart. Patients with PVC Arrhythmia have a risk of experiencing heart failure, coronary heart disease, and other heart diseases if the PVC Arrhythmia condition occurs continuously. Currently, PVC Arrhythmia can only be detected in the hospital at a cost that is quite expensive. Therefore, research in detecting PVC Arrhythmias is needed in order to solve the cost problem required. There are several parameters that can be used in detecting PVC Arrhythmias, in this study the QRS Interval, QT Interval, and ST segment were selected as parameters. These parameters are in each cycle of the ECG signal which will be read using the AD8232 sensor. Reading the ECG signal requires 3 electrodes attached to the user's body. The placement of the electrodes is on the chest by attaching 2 electrodes and on the stomach by attaching 1 electrode. The ECG signal obtained by the AD8232 sensor will then be processed on the Arduino Uno to reduce the noise obtained and classified by the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The use of training data as much as 46 heart data with 23 types of PVC data and 23 types of normal data will be embedded in the SVM method. SVM classification testing was carried out with 20 cardiac data. Classification test results are in the form of class "Normal" or "PVC". Every 3 SVM classification results will be used to determine the type of heart condition. Types of heart conditions include "Normal", "Bigeminy", and "Trigeminy" which will later be shown on the LCD so that users know the condition of their heart. In testing the SVM accuracy level, it was obtained a value of 85% with 1.79 seconds of average training time and 2.49 seconds of average testing time.

Abstract

SMAN 105 in current state still minimize the use utilization of information system to carry out learning activity or administration. On that basis, research carried out at SMAN 105 Jakarta in order to develop school information recording system needed by SMAN 105 Jakarta. As of time of the writing, SMAN 105 Jakarta only have a website only for displaying general information of the school and is also configuration on the website limited by the direction of ministry of educational indonesia. The software development life cycle used to develop the sistem are based on waterfall. On the framework side, the sistem is based on codeigniter framework and using UML as a base to develop the diagram used to build the diagram like use case and such. For testing the software, blackbox testing were used to test functional and non functional requirement which gave valid result as test were rolled to test the system. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) used to the stakeholder gave a 100% acceptance result using Guttman scale which mean that the system is accepted by the stakeholder.

Abstract

Software project management is very important to the success of a software project. KS is a company that specializes in developing software projects. The main problem that happens with Karya Studio concerning software project management is that project managers often have difficulty monitoring the progress of tasks that are carried out by programmers. The cause of this problem is the lack of a system that records the progress of tasks that the programmer is doing. All progress reports from the programmers are stacked in one report in the group chat. Another issue is that the client cannot directly monitor the progress of the project and therefore cannot provide early feedback if there is a work error in the project. A software project management system was built to solve these problems. It is expected that with this system, a software project can be managed in one platform so that coordination between Karya Studio team members and clients can be carried out in a more structured and systematic manner. This system is developed using a waterfall model software development life cycle. The phases of this study include literature review, requirements engineering, system design, implementation and testing. This system is developed on a web platform using the single page application (SPA) concept. This system has been tested using unit tests, integration tests, validation tests, and compatibility tests.
