Abstract

Interactive learning is one of the most popular learning methods, especially during a pandemic like today. One of the interactive learning methods that is developing very quickly is e-learning-based interactive learning. For now, the e-learning learning method is a learning method that is developing rapidly, where this method minimizes face-to-face between educators and students. In e-learning learning, students can leave feedback in the form of comments, which will later become the basis for educators to make improvements to the teaching system they are working on. Thus, this study tries to classify comments on e-learning learning, in this case e-learning. - learning English. So it is hoped that the classification of comment text documents will result, whether they are included in negative or positive opinions. The classification process is carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. In this sentiment analysis process, there are 4 main processes, namely Text Processing, Term Weighting (TF IDF), Cosine Similarity calculation¸and finally classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. From the test results, it is known that the best accuracy results of 87.71% are obtained when the value of k = 1, and 71.42% using the value of k = 2.

Abstract

In this era, information technology is growing rapidly and applied to almost aspects of life, including transportation. One of the applied technologies is the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET). VANET defines as a smart transportation system, where a vehicle communicates with other vehicles to exchange information and recognizes road conditions simultaneosly in real time. VANET network is an ad-hoc network that does not have a fixed infrastructure and a rapidly changing network topology. This makes VANET network security vulnerable to various attacks both from inside and outside the network. This paper is intended to explain several comparison analysis of the AODV routing protokol without any attacks, with Blackhole and Jellyfish attacks, and was carried out with various speed of the node, that contains 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 220 km/hour. This research is simulated using Network Simulator 2 to model the network and use random mobility on nodes. The analysis is reviewed by using QoS parameters, such as Packet Delivery Ratio, Throughput, and Delay. The results of the simulation shows that the scenario of changes in speed of the node affects the performance of the VANET network. In normal scenario without any attacks, the highest PDR value is 98.00%, the Throughput is 128.16 kbps and the Delay is 39.05 ms. In scenario with the Blackhole attacks, it shows the highest PDR value is 64.25%, the Throughput is 84.03 kbps and the Delay is 521.14 ms. Furthermore, there is a scenario with Jellyfish attack, the highest PDR value is 61.39%, Throughput is 80.28 kbps and Delay is 641.47 ms. This can be concluded that the addition of attacks on the AODV routing protokol can affect its performance, as evidenced by the decrease in QoS quality on the VANET network that has been built.

Abstract

E-learning is an alternative for the world of education where to increase the ease in the teaching and learning process, the aim is to determine the level of independence of students, success in understanding the material and the ability of students' communication techniques. Weak monitoring of student conditions and psychological factors are limitations in e-learning learning. The psychological side includes motivation, self-discipline and emotions, therefore it is necessary to develop a system to help monitor the condition of students in using e-learning. Data mining to see the physiological condition of students on the use of e-learning aims to determine school stress (source of stress from the educational environment) in a student. The development of the model used is the waterfall and object oriented (OO) approach. The system designed is able to display physiological conditions with parameters of body temperature, heart rate and also skin moisture. The system is implemented using the model view controller (MVC) concept with the help of the Laravel framework and the HTML, PHP and Javascript programming languages. The Internet of Things (IoT) devices used are ESP32, LM35 temperature sensor, pulse sensor, galvanic skin response (GSR) and use the Sukamoto fuzzy logic algorithm.

Abstract

PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara is an Indonesian telecommunications and information satellite company and operator. From PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, they already have a website that provides information on products & services being sold. However, the website is lacking in helping to make it easier for consumers to be interested in using the products & services provided by PT Pasifik Satelit Nusantara, because the way to access it by manually typing the website address makes users lazy to visit the website, and when the user is in a place with minimal network. , it will be slow loading. To overcome the obstacles that occur, assemble an online business site using the Waterfall technique complete with an order, customer and payment management framework. Not only that, it will be integrated using Midtrans, which is a payment gateway service provider, for automatic payment systems. The implementation of theisystem is builtiin the form of aiwebsite application with the help of the Laravel framework and will also be integrated with progressive web app technology which can be opened on various devices. System testing is done by blackbox.testing and usability.testing. Where in black-box.testing all test cases get valid status. Then the next test, namely usability, was carried out using the usability scale system and got an average of 69.5 in the acceptable category. Testing using Compatibility, the website can be run on various types of browsers. And the test uses Chrome DevTools to test service worker performance on progressive web apps running offline.

Abstract

PT. Mulia Perkasa Kontraktor (MPK) is a service company whose head office is located in Cirebon City, West Java. The services provided include Cleaning Service, Landscaping, Security, and other services related to property management and maintenance. Based on the results of the study, there were problems found that were related to the processing of PT. MPK. Some staff complained that it was less effective because they had to access several separate applications where the data was stored, some even still doing it manually, namely writing on paper documents. To overcome this, a solution that can help is needed is to design a user interface for data processing information systems PT. MPK which focuses on 4 divisions, namely HRD, operations, logistics, and finance. The design process will use the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which aims to be a user-focused approach in design. There is a task scenario assessment process using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and a usability evaluation process using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The average score obtained using SEQ from the four divisions is 6.3, and the average score for the SUS assessment is 81.6.

Abstract

The rapidly increasing use of the internet today will of course have a major impact on the performance of a web server. The web server cannot respond quickly so that it can hamper the communication process. The availability of a web server that is not supported by a method can hamper the performance of a server, due to the accumulation of requests on the server which can cause network failure. For this reason, a dynamic web server implementation planning process was formed by implementing a docker system with the failover method to be able to dynamically take over the connection when one of the servers is down is proposed to overcome this problem. Based on the research on the implementation of dynamic web servers by implementing Docker, it can be concluded that the implementation of dynamic web servers with Docker as containerization management on virtual networks. With the facilitation of the web server image, it can be used to run an open source service as a web server by implementing the PHP language to be displayed on HTML pages that are directly connected to the data base as storage media. With loadbalancing and failover mechanisms in the docker environment, it is very helpful in distributing web server services from node manager to node worker as a backup server in the event of a system failure on one of the servers. Then the dynamic web server in failover testing has the lowest average response time at node worker 2 with a value of 18.90ms, the time obtained is certainly influenced by the delay time interval that has been determined during load testing of the web server service.

Abstract

Quadcopter is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) that is deployed to operate in areas that are not maximally accessible by Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) in geographic structures that have been distorted due to natural disasters. Quadcopter requires the ability to recognize the surrounding environment by using a map. A map is a set of features that describe the environment such as walls, obstacles, landmarks, etc. Maps are relatively easy to make in a static environment, but in a disaster-damaged environment, maps will be more difficult to create because the environment has changed. The solution to this problem is that the quadcopter must be able to build its own environmental map. To build a map, a mapping process is needed that can be done using Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM). Hector SLAM is one of the SLAM algorithms which works based on scan matching technique and without odometer. Simulations were carried out to test the 2D mapping results from the Hector SLAM algorithm. The mapping was carried out with a LiDAR sensor embedded in the quadcopter and tested in 3 different environments. Simulations were carried out with 3D Gazebo and Rviz simulators based on Robot Operating System (ROS). There are 36 test scenarios carried out with the best map accuracy obtained with a Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) value of 0.78, Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 5344.1, and Pixel Matching percentage of 89.59%.

Abstract

University of Brawijaya (UB) implements single tuition fee (UKT) system based on the students' economic background. Students at FILKOM UB who have difficulties to pay for UKT can apply for UKT aid to the faculty through Advokesma BEM FILKOM who will do selection for the submissions. The large number of data that must be verified in a short time span makes it difficult to select the submission to be recommended. A data clustering system is needed maket UKT aid submission selection easier. Clustering is done using K-Means algorithm using economic condition data of active students in FILKOM UB who enrolled via SNMPTN and SBMPTN. The number of clusters produced is six, based on the number of UKT groups in UB.. Validation test using Calinski-Harabasz index shows that six is the most optimal number of clusters with a score of 74.84. The K­Means algorithm groups student data into UKT groupsfor later analysis. The presentation of the results of clustering uses Google Data Studio in the form of a dashboard that presents information on the distribution of data and the results of clustering. Usability testing using System Usability Scale (SUS) produces score of 72.5 which indicates the dashboard is acceptable with a good rating. From the data analysis, Advokesma BEM FILKOM can determine priorities in recommending the UKT aid submission based on the comparison of the student's clustered group and the student's UKT group..

Abstract

College students in these roles are usually required to be capable of public speaking, such as giving a presentation in front of a class or hosting a big event with a high number of attendees. Many college students are nervous about speaking in public for several reasons, including a fear of being laughed at, a concern about affecting other's perceptions of them, or a poor/bad public speaking experience. As a response, the researchers developed an app to help public speakers reduce anxiety symptoms by providing instructions for breathing and progressive relaxation techniques that can be practiced anywhere. In order to create applications that meet user demands, this design employs the Human-Centered Design methodology. Usability testing was performed on 5 participants during the testing stage. The findings reveal that the efficacy aspect is 88,50%, the efficiency aspect is 0,061 goals/second using the Time-Based Efficiency calculation, and user satisfaction with the SUS questionnaire is 81,80 with an A in the excellent adjective and acceptable. Furthermore, UEQ was used to conduct user experience testing, with the attractiveness aspect scoring 2.16, perspicuity scoring 2.10, efficiency scoring 2.28, dependability scoring 2.15, stimulation scoring 2.39, and novelty scoring 2.10.

Abstract

In this digital era a lot of people looking for a knowledge and study through internet networks, one of the example is e-learning. E-learning not only used by college student but now a lot of school also use e-learning to teach their stundents. Grasshopper application is one the elearning that used to study javascript programming language. But grsshopper also has its own weakness acording to users complain. That is why the grasshopper aplication will be evaluated. The purpose of this evaluation is to know how good is the user experience of the application and also for consideration in the future uodate of the application. UX Honeycomb indicator is used as a basis to measure the level of user experience. In this study the respondents are divided into two categories that is <19 years and 19-24 years. Respondents in each category contained 30 people and the total respondents there are 60 people. Questionnaire is used as the metode in this study. The data from the questionnaire will beprocessed using statistic descriptive metode. The result of the processed data shows that the usable aspect in in good category because it has an average of 66.75%. the valuable aspect is in the good category because it has an average of 68.37%. and the useful aspect also in the good category because it has an average of 74.6%.
