Abstract

Batu City feels tight competition in the tourism industry as one of the tourist cities in East Java Province. As a token of appreciation for their loyalty to an organization or company, loyalty programs provide benefits or perceived value by members. As a company engaged in the tourism industry, especially in the Go Kart business in Batu City, East Java, CV Indi Karya Teknik implements and offers program membership services to their customers at their ride agency called Indigokart Indonesia. The implementation of the Indigokart Indonesia membership program has faced challenges in the form of cases of membership cards changing hands from card owners to their acquaintances, losing membership cards, and forced membership program members with tickets at normal prices, not at membership promo prices. CV Indi Karya Teknik requires an approach or substitute for implementing a membership card-based membership program as a solution for implementing their loyalty program. The use of mobile device technology and facial recognition technology can be used as a solution to solve the problem of implementing the Indigokart Indonesia loyalty program. the existence of the results of this study, changed the basis of the Indigokart Indonesia game vehicle membership program from membership card-based to facial recognition-based.

Abstract

CV. Kisah Kita Event Organizer is a company engaged in services in organizing events in a professional manner. In running business processes, companies still do it manually by inputting data into Google Sheets in the ongoing project monitoring process. This causes problems such as not optimal service due to human error and requires excessive time estimation. From the urgency of the problem, we need a system that can monitor the project and provide convenience in data documentation. The system is integrated with the Trello API to make it easier for users. The analysis and design carried out on this system obtained 17 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement. Then modeled in the form of use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, physical data models and user interface design. Then it is implemented into a project monitoring information system that implements the Laravel framework with the Trello API. And tested using the Traceability Matrix test to track the suitability of the system design with the results that all functionality of the system is in accordance with the design that has been designed. Then tested using the Blackbox testing method in the form of testing the validity of the functional system when it is run and getting the system results as expected. For non-functional testing, use the Sortsite tool and the system results can be accessed through several web browsers.

Abstract

PT. Deliv Technology Indoraya uses metabase.com for monitoring business transaction data on the Deliv Kios Application. But many of the internal company, especially the directors, are not familiar with the user interface and how to access metabase.com. When they want to monitor data, internal parties always ask the engineer/admin where it will burden their work and the information will not be realtime. Because all business transaction data of PT.Deliv Tehnologi is in the metabase.com so that only directors, engineers, and admins are given access so that access permissions are not evenly distributed in each division of the company. Based on these problems, an Android-based Deliv Kios Dashboard Application is needed in order to assist internal companies in monitoring business transactions that are easy to use and in accordance with the organizational structure and user functionality. System development using the waterfall method, resulting in needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system. All system development data information is based on Key Performance Indicators that have been determined in the needs analysis. The system implementation uses Laravel as the web service framework, and Kotlin on the Android implementation. The results of the implementation of the system are then tested using validation testing, mobile compatibility testing, and usability testing methods. The results of the test show that the system runs according to functional requirements and is able to assist internal companies in monitoring business transactions according to user functionality.

Abstract

Split payment is a payment method that uses the distribution of payment methods using more than one payment method. This payment method arises because of the consideration that in this day and age, buyers tend to have more than one account or digital wallet. Media Ar-Raihan is a bookstore located in Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency, East Java that sells various Islamic book products, including Islamic Books with Salaf and reliable translations, Original Arabic Books, Arabic Learning Dictionary, and others. Based on the results of interviews with the owner of the Media Ar-Raihan bookstore, the ordering process at the Media Ar-Raihan bookstore is still manual using Instagram as a promotion and using WhatsApp as payment confirmation and the owner of the Media Ar-Raihan bookstore wants a payment method that makes it easy for users. From these problems the author intends to develop an e-commerce website that utilizes split payments as an alternative payment method and uses a payment gateway API. In its development, the author uses the waterfall method, starting with a literature study on e-commerce websites, payment gateways, and split payments. Then the needs analysis and system design are carried out where the authors describe UML diagrams, database design using Physical Data Model (PDM), and User Interface design using wireframes. Then the implementation includes the implementation of the database using the MySQL DBMS, the implementation of the program code using the PHP programming language and utilizing the Laravel framework. Then carried out 3 types of testing including Blackbox testing. In this test get an assessment of 100% accepted. Then there is the Compatibility test. This test got major issues and minor issues on several browsers such as IE, Firefox, and Safari. But this does not interfere with the integrity of the content submitted. Then the next test is User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The test got a value of 90% on the admin actor and 86 on the user actor

Abstract

Water Drinking Store application designed to help store owners in providing good service and help customers make transactions easier. This research conducted to design a good user experience for its users. In making this design using the HCD (Human-Centered Design) method that has 3 main stages, namely inspiration, ideation, and implementation. Application testing is carried out using usability testing and filling out User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) for 2 types of users. The test results for the owner's application show an effectiveness value of 92.5%, an efficiency value of 0.12 goals/second, and a user satisfaction value of 82.5. Meanwhile, the customer application shows an effectiveness value of 90.18%, an efficiency value of 0.216 goals/second, and a user satisfaction value of 81.43. Then the UEQ results on owner's application, showed excellent value in the attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty aspects and had good value in the perspicuity aspect. Meanwhile, the customer application had good value in the attractiveness, efficiency, and dependability values and had above average value in the perspicuity, stimulation, and novelty aspect. These results shows that the design solution is acceptable with good usability values ​​and has user experience values ​​that each aspect is above average.

Abstract

Covid-19, known as the corona virus, is a zoonotic disease that is transmitted from animals to humans through viruses in the form of droplets and aerosols. And in 2020, the director general of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has announced that COVID-19 has become the official name of the corona virus that originated in Wuhan, China (WHO, 2020). And also announced that the risk of transmission through air and touch can be much higher in places that are bad at regulating health rules and protocols, such as restaurants, canteens, and food courts in malls and so on. Where many people spend a long period of time. Therefore, this study aims to help efforts to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus by implementing a minimal touch or touchless device system in public facilities that require direct contact with devices such as electronic keyboard-mouse, remote control or also in choosing a device. menu display with LCD screen. In this study, a head movement detection system was applied to the selection of six food menus using the Nvidia Jetson Nano- based optical flow method. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemic that not only affects the physical condition, but also the mental condition of a person. For students in particular, the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on student acceleration in experiencing a quarter-life crisis so that students become anxious, insecure, and stressed. Therefore, researchers designed a mobile application user experience to help the community, especially students with an age range of 18-25 years, to reduce the stress experienced by consulting online and offline experts. The method that the researcher uses in this research is Design thinking because this method focuses on the user experience so it is suitable for mental health consulting applications. For validation, usability testing was carried out on 10 respondents by getting the success rate effectiveness aspect value of 90.5%, efficiency aspect using Time Based Effieciency calculation of 0.078 goals/second, and satisfaction aspect by getting a score of 83.25 which classified as B, Excellent rating, and acceptable category. Furthermore, user experience testing was also carried out on 20 respondents using the User experience questionnaire (UEQ) questionnaire with the results of the attractiveness aspect of 2.16, the perspicuity aspect of 2.06, the efficiency aspect of 2.28, the dependability aspect of 2.15, the stimulation aspect of 2.08, and the novelty aspect. of 1.43. Then the test results become the basis for researchers to make improvements to the interface in accordance with the feedback given by the respondents.

Abstract

The thing that is usually done in determining a dress size is to try out several available sizes in order to get the size of the clothes that you want and fit your body. To try on various sizes of clothes, a fitting room is provided which is used to try on the clothes. This system is made to make it easier for users to choose the size of the clothes without trying each size of each shirt and this system can replace the function of the fitting room. This system is made using the KNN with digital image processing methods. KNN or K-Nearest Neighbor is an algorithm that compares the value you are looking for with the value of those that have the same characteristics or are closest to the value you are looking for. In this system the input is the form of an image captured using a webcam camera which will later be processed digitally using a Raspberry Pi which is the place for data processing. This system works with a webcam camera to detect the user's body size, namely the height and width of the user's shoulders, this data is obtained using a function from image processing, namely the bounding box, which functions as a determinant of the height and width of the user's shoulders taken from the height and width of the bounding the box . The output of the system is that the user can see the size of the shirt that best matches the size used on the 16x2 LCD. Based on the testing, the system gets 92% accuracy and the computation time is 3,07641s.

Abstract

Every year, the death rate caused by traffic accidents increases sharply. One of the biggest causes of traffic accidents is drowsiness experienced by vehicle drivers. Therefore, researchers are interested in developing a drowsiness detection system using low power in the hope of reducing the rate of traffic accidents caused by drowsiness. The system is designed using the FC-51 Infrared sensor embedded in the glasses as a detection of the driver's eyelid position. The system is built with a threshold parameter that can be reconfigured such as the duration of closed eyelids. This system is also built using a finite-state machine algorithm, where this algorithm will create several states with different operational modes. One of these states is the Low Power On state to save power. This is necessary because the system will work continuously. In the Low Power On state, the method used to save power usage is to make the 800L SIM module enter sleep mode by slowing down the clock its used. The system will send a notification in the form of a buzzer and an SMS message containing the driver's coordinates to relatives when sleepiness is detected. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the system can carry out each of its functionalities and succeeded in reducing the use of current consumption by 30% when in the Low Power On state.

Abstract

The number of requests for freight forwarding services has increased every year. This increase in demand was triggered by the escalation of online shopping trends. As a result, many packages need to be managed in the warehouse. For this, an autonomous distribution system is needed in the warehouse so that warehouse management efficiency occurs, especially in time and labor. The system consists of a sensor encoder, IMU GY-521, RPLIDAR A1, and Robot Operating System (ROS). Systems with robotic characteristics like this can be classified as a type of autonomous mobile robot (AMR). The specialty of the research is the application of the hoverboard as a robot propulsion system. The local spatial map creation process is carried out by the Hector SLAM algorithm. Global and local path planning was created using the Navfn algorithm and the Dynamic Window Approach (DWA). For localization and finding the robot's current location, the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization (AMCL) algorithms are used. The test results show that the hoverboard can be used in the system as a propulsion system with the ability to carry a maximum weight of 40Kg. The performance of the odometry, IMU, and RPLIDAR sensors get a sensor accuracy count of 99.61%, 81.93%, and 99.84%. For map making, the results obtained accuracy of 80% success using the Hector SLAM algorithm. Unhindered global navigation test achieves 80% accuracy. While local navigation with moving obstacles reaches 80% accuracy.
