Abstract

This article is entitled Implementation of SECI's Knowledge Management Model in Household Scale Creative Industries. This research is motivated by the problem of mastering the knowledge of craft workers faced by SMEs. Where one step of the solution is to apply Knowledge Management. Nonaka and Takeuchi's knowledge model is a spiral knowledge model known as the SECI model – Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization. The focus of this knowledge model emphasizes knowledge transfer, learning transfer, and innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze: (1) the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Creative Industries on a Household Scale; (2) Obstacles to the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Creative Industries at a Household Scale; (3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles in the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Household Scale Creative Industries. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Technical analysis of data is done by descriptive narrative. Based on the information obtained from the informants and the results of data processing, the results were found that: (1) The socialization carried out included weekly routine discussions, barriers to lack of mastery of knowledge, the solution was training and brainstorming; (2) Externalization is proven by the presence of meeting minutes, the obstacle is that there is no guidebook, the solution is to make a pocketbook; (3) The combination can be seen from the activity of categorizing various handicraft products, barriers to the availability of technology, solutions by procuring production machines and the internet; (4) Internalization can be seen in the existence of product data, barriers that have not been integrated, solutions by implementing knowledge repository as an integrated database collector.

Abstract

The study is backed up because of a delay in problems that are successfully identified as follows. The faculty cannot create innovations in learning. The faculty can't collaborate on something that can create something interesting in learning. It cannot create a pleasant learning atmosphere. Low use of the learning media in the teaching process. In this case, according to the interview with the Ciamis district head of education, the study still uses a simple approach. So it does not enhance students' enthusiasm for learning. Thus the purpose of this study is to know the impact of training on increased creativity educators through increased competence with high-technology based steam in Ciamis participants of the 2021-2022 district training program. The methods used are descriptive and verifiable research methods. Research shows that training has a positive and significant impact on the increased creativity of educators with steam technology-based students in Ciamis district 2021-2022, meaning that if training is carried out continually, the increased creativity of the educator will be increased. Increased competence has a positive and significant impact on the increased creativity of more educators with steam technology-based coaching in Ciamis district 2021-2022, meaning that if competence is carried out continually, the increased creativity of more educators will be increased. Training has a positive and significant impact on the increased creativity of more educators through increased competence with high-technology based steam in Ciamis residents of 2021-2022 district training. It means that if the training is carried out with increased competence, then the creativity of the educator will be increased.

Abstract

Starting from the existence of several problems faced, namely there is a decrease in the quality of work as evidenced by the overall table of the National Liquidity Index from 2020-2022. There is a decrease in the quantity of work based on the overall table of the National Achievement Index from 2020-2022. Improper timeliness in service time for participants is an indicator of the decline in the overall value of the National Index of achievements from 2020-2022. Work effectiveness has decreased due to the fact that there are still vacant positions in the organizational structure, forcing employees to handle other work. Lack of employee independence, so that performance does not develop if there is no supervisor. The culture of BPJS Kesehatan is dynamic so that during the transition period employees experience difficulties. There are vacant positions in the organizational structure, so some employees do double jobs to keep the program running. Leaders do not understand the potential of each employee and tend to always rely on employees who have done this side job. The method used is descriptive quantitative. the results of research on Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if the organizational culture increases, the employee's performance also increases. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the leadership style increases, the employee's performance also increases. Organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership style increase, employee performance also increases. Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pola pikir dosen sebagai ASN dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesioanlisme Di dalam artikel ini memuat tentang pola pikir yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh dosen selaku Aparatur Sipil Negara Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) dalam melayani kepentingan public dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa dan masyarakat. . Dosen sebagai bagian dari ASN yang diatur di dalam undang-undang no.5 tahun 2014 yang menjadi bagian penting dan strategis dalam menciptakan pelayanan prima terhadap mahasiswa dan masyarakat , karena ASN bukan lagi sekedar menjadi alat kekuasaan tetapi bagaimana menjadi pelayan public yang baik dalam upaya mewujudkan kecerdasan , kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bangsa . Dosen selaku ASN mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar dengan posisinya sebagai ASN baik sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil ataupun sebagai Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja, tentu harus dapat melaksanakan pelayanan yang maksimal sesuia dengan fungsi dan tugasnya . Dengan demikian Pola pikir ASN diharapkan dapat memberika perubahan yang signifikan terhadap kelulusan mahasiswa dapat melahirkan mahasiswa yang unggul dan kompeten.

Abstract

This study hides the influence of market and store environment on purchasing decisions on skin care products MS Glow Samarinda. The study used a quantitative approach, with data obtained using a structured questionnaire from 90 correspond-ents in an online survey conducted in Samarinda City, Indonesia. The results of this study will show that how the market and store environment have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The processing of this research data uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 29 program and shows the results that consumer perceptions of the marketplace and store environment can influence consumer behavior, with positive perceptions that lead to increased purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menurunkan tingkat capaian penguatan karakter peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen sekolah piloting di SMP Negeri 1 Cilacap diterapkan dalam memperkuat karakter peserta didik pasca pandemi Covid-19, mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang muncul selama proses implementasinya, serta solusi yang ditempuh oleh pihak manajemen sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metodologi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus (case study) dengan model input, proses, output, dan outcome. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara serta data sekunder dari berbagai literatur. Pemilihan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen human instrument melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini mencakup berbagai stakeholder, seperti kepala sekolah, guru, satgas Covid-19, peserta didik, komite sekolah, dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Cilacap. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Sebelum pandemi Covid-19, penerapan manajemen sekolah piloting di SMP Negeri 1 Cilacap terbukti berhasil meningkatkan penguatan karakter peserta didik hingga mencapai angka 98,9%. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi adalah pembelajaran daring dan sulitnya melakukan pendampingan karakter peserta didik yang terdampak PPDB sistem zonasi, sehingga tingkat capaian menurun menjadi 70%. Solusi yang ditempuh adalah optimalisasi fungsi manajemen POAC, peningkatan kapasitas guru, dan pengintensifan pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan pendampingan karakter peserta didik melalui aktivitas di sekolah. Melalui upaya ini tingkat capaian meningkat menjadi 75% pada tahun 2021 dan 85% pada tahun 2022. Pasca pandemi Covid-19, integrasi antara penerapan PPK dengan Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) terbukti berhasil meningkatkan output dan outcome yang dicapai sekolah dan prestasi yang diraih oleh peserta didik
