<![CDATA[This research described in depth about the essence, background and the process of the co-operation between teachers and parents related with the management of the child's religious duties at TK Al-Muthmainnah Jambi. This research was done through three stages, those are: pre-survey, observation and the interview, and analysis of the data, the documentation, and conclusion. Using total sampling technique, there were 102 participants (students) in this research. They were observed while doing learning activity through playing. By interview, practice, story telling, singing, demonstrating, and experience in children life. The application of cooperation between teachers and parents at TK Al-Muthmainnah in order to train the children in doing religion duties is still not formal, still very simple, and there are not yet applied the cooperation forum in form of parenting forum.Keyword : cooperation, teachers, parents]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discuss about whether the ratification of the ASEAN Charter in accordance with Indonesian sovereignty. Results of this study indicate that a treaty is apply before it was officially implemented in Indonesia. This is because UU (the Act) of Ratification is interpreted as approval's DPR (House of Representative) that given to President to ratify a treaty or a charter. That's why, ASEAN Charter applies first before it was enacted in Indonesia. Result of this construction is illogical, how can be possible, Indonesia is bound to a treaty or a charter which hasn't applied yet. Although Indonesia has been engaged in a treaty, but as a sovereign country, Indonesia still has the right to independently (unilateral) to withdraw from the treaty if it is detrimental to the sovereignty of the Indonesia state. Therefore, as the State supremacy of the constitution, a new foundation need to be formalized in UUD 1945 (the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945) by amending Article 11 of the UUD 1945.Keywords: Ratification, Treaty, ASEAN Charter, Article 11 UUD 1945]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is (1) To find out the influence of motivation in the development of budget to the performance of Batang Hari Regency Government, 2. To find out the influence of job satisfaction in the development of budget to the performance Batang Hari Regency Government . Data collection method used this survey method is used to get information from respondents by using techniques of interview and spread a list of questions and using the measurement likert scale. Population in this research is includes the whole head SKPD has the data, the number of 104 random sampling stratifikasi allocation with 2 respondents every strata, in this case SKPD has as strata. The appliance data analysis is used multiple regression method using this computer assistance program through SPSS 20.0 for windows.The results of the analysis shows the motivation,influential positive and significant impact to the performance local government forces, and job satisfaction has positive effect and singnifikan to the performance of the employees of local government.Key Words : motivation, job satisfaction, performance and Local Government of Batang Hari.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of betel leaf extract (P. betle) as an anti-fungal against carp hatchery (O. gouramy) were maintained in a controlled manner inside the aquarium. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the University of Edinburgh Batang.Eggs test used in this study is gurami roe (O. gouramy) obtained from BBAT River Glam of 1200 eggs with a dense spreading 100 rounds / platform. Containers used in immersion using toples volume of 1 liter of water for 20 minutes, then transferred into an aquarium measuring 30x30x60 cm by 12, filled with water of 20 liters / container and each is equipped with aeration and water heater.Program used was Randomized Lengakap (CRD) with 4 treatments with the provision of betel leaf extract with a concentration of 0 ml, 1.25 ml, 1.50 ml, and 1.75 ml each with three replications. Parameters analyzed are hatching eggs and larvae survival. Results were analyzed with the fingerprint modes, then proceed with further test of Duncan (DNMRT) at the 5% level.From the analysis of variance showed that the difference soaking with betel leaf extract showed a significant influence on the success of hatching eggs and live kelansungan carp larvae (O. gouramy). From the results of research conducted showed that showed that treatment with a concentration of 1.50 ml / l gives results very optimal for egg hatching success was 84.33%, while the survival of larvae was 83.67%.Keyword : effectiveness, betel leaf extract, fish hatchery]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze and demonstrate empirically on Effect of Budget and Budgetary Control Quality Organizational Effectiveness Against Government within the City of Edinburgh both partial as well . Techniques or methods used in collecting the data in the study with the technique or method of purposive random sampling ( purposive sampling / Judgement ) conducted by survey method by distributing research instruments / questionnaires to respondents from 39 on education in the workplace Jambi City Government 195 total questionnaires respondents . Distribution of 195 questionnaires , 163 were returned , which can not be processed 32 , and the data that can be processed is 158 questionnaire . Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the description of the results is that the partial hypothesis testing ( t-test ) showed that the partial hypothesis 1.1 which states that the quality of the budget significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations and the provincial city hypothesis stating 1.2 budgetary control to significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations Jambi city is evidenced by the t-test value at α 0.05 is above 1,725 t count on the quality of the budget and budget control 6.195 6.670 . Simultaneous testing ( Test - F ) , i hypothesis 2 which states that the quality of budget and budgetary control to significantly affect the effectiveness of government organizations Jambi city was evident with the calculated value of F - test results on the α - F 3.14 0.05 above that 163.627 . The role of the quality of budget and budgetary control that influence organizational effectiveness in the provincial city administration has been shown by the evidence that the factors contained in the variable quality of budget and budgetary control is able to significantly positively encourage the creation of organizational effectiveness .Keyword : Quality Budget, Budgetary Control and Organizational Effectiveness.]]>

In Restorative Justice approach to crime is not only matamasalah law violations that harm society, but also detrimental to itself. Restorative Justice is a paradigm that puts the child case management efforts outside the formal judicial process. <![CDATA[Tulisan ini membahas mengenai salah satu kata ganti yang ada dalam dialek Sebrang pada bahasa Melayu Jambi. Kata ganti tersebut adalah kata ‘awaq’. Kata ganti ‘awaq’ bisa berarti saya dan engkau. Meskipun memiliki interpretasi ganda, dalam sebuah percakapan umumnya para pembicara tetap bisa memahami untuk siapa kata ‘awaq’ tersebut ditujukan. Dalam tulisan ini akan dipaparkan situasi-situasi yang bisa menyebabkan orang tetap bisa memahami untuk siapa kata ‘awaq’ ditujukan. <![CDATA[The purpose of research is to investigate and analyze the influence of Asset , Capital Lending and significant effect on the profit on Banking in Indonesia In Simultaneous or partially. Further research method diganakan role in research with quantitative research method approach that inferential statistics are supported by empirical data obtained from financial statements published by Bank Indonesia through the website www.bi.go.id. and analyzed by multiple regression analysis approach is a portrait of the relationship between the independent variable ( in this case Assets , Loans and Capital ) of the dependent variable ( in the case in is profit ) , with a model of multiple regression equation Y = a + BX1 + CX2 + DX3 , where the variable Y = income , assets X1 = X2 = X3 = credit and Capital , a = intercept or constant and bcd = regression coefficient of each independent variable . By testing the hypothesis that the results obtained are simultaneous F-test result that the calculated F value 1766.834 with a significance of 0.000 . were higher than the value of F table ( one side or α = 0.05 ) is 3.14 ( or 1766.834 > 3.14 ) , so the hypothesis in this study stated that the Assets , Capital Lending and Banking significant effect on earnings simultaneously in Indonesia is proven . And testing hypotheses obtained partial results : no significant effect on the Assets of Banking Income . Non-productive assets significantly influence the Banking Profit is proven , or H0 is rejected . RWA significant effect on Banking Profit is proven , or H0 is rejected . But its influence is negative , where the increasing amount of RWA actually reduce bank profitability and vice versa . Loans disbursed significant effect on Banking Profit is not proven , or H0 is accepted . <![CDATA[Legislation has been trying to set up restrictions on the matter either formal or substantial, yet virtually all banged on human rights justice seekers. Cassation is the remedy granted to the accused and the public prosecutor when a court verdict against the object to drop him. In its application of LAW MA No.5 2004 Article 45A Clause 2 it turns out having problems because there are still many cases of Cassation who ended up in MA.The reason of Cassation Petition submitted refers to the CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE and the jurisprudence. So it is important not to appeal Restrictions or not useful. That is an important issue is the improvement of the quality and morale of the judges so that the judge can be a fair verdict spawned the present bottom.
