Abstract

Family Planning on Post partum women are very supportive of health development goals and this is also supported by a number of prospective new planning participants (pregnant women and maternity) that have been in contact with health professionals . One health center care with delivery that is high enough Pakuan Baru health center but the achievement of the post- partum family planning participants still showed a low number, from 689 deliveries as the participants of family planning post partum women is 382 mothers (55.44%)This study is a descriptive cross-sectional design that aims to see the picture and the relationship of knowledge , attitude , family support , the role of the family planning officials in the family planning on post- partum Pakuan Baru primary health care Year 2013. The study was conducted in August of 2013 , The research is in the BPM ( midwife Independent Practice ) and in pakuan baru primary health care. The study population was all women giving birth in health centers and in Pakuan Baru totaled 689 mother , the sample in this study, the entire maternity August - September 2013 (followed by 42 days ) by 67 mothers .The results of the study most of the respondents are less well using post- partum family planning was 53 ( 60.9 %) , most of the poor knowledge of 64 ( 73.6 % ) , poor attitude was 68 ( 78.2 % ) , lack of family support either 62 ( 71.3 % ) , role of officers good health 54 (62.1 %) . There is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes, role of officers , family support with post partum family planning in pakuan baru primary health care year 2013Advice to the Department of Health to make policy for health centers including Midwives Independent Practice (BPM) in an effort to increase the post-partum family planning provides leaflets , brochures , as a medium of information to the public, especially improving maternal knowledge . In order to provide the BPPKB , through field officers PLKB do counseling , motivating maternal post partum immediately after use family planning . Health center mini workshop meeting, committed midwife in order to introduce family planning post partum and conduct training midwives practice independently` . Abstract

Uterine involution is the process of the return of the uterus after the baby is born until it reaches the pre- pregnant state . Uterine involution can be observed from the outside by checking the fundus uteri after delivery of the placenta . Within 2-4 hours after delivery , uterine fundus decreased 1 cm ( 1 finger ) every day . Early mobilization has proven successful in reducing thromboembolic events and uterine involusio accelerate the process , then after the first rest period and ended around 2 hours , the mother is expected to perform early mobilization .This study is a descriptive study with cross- sectional design which aims to determine the factors associated with maternal postpartum uterine involusio at the maternity hospital in Puskesmas Rawasari . The population is all postpartum women on the first day up to three with a sample of 44 respondents , sampling techniques accidental sampling . Collecting data using questionnaires tersruktur . Data processed by univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test .The results showed that 34 (77.3 %) of respondents did early mobilization immediately after 2-6 hours postpartum, on the third day involusio occur with decreased uterine fundus height 2 cm below the center of the largest occurred in 16    (36.4%) respondents. Statistical test results showed no significant relationship between early mobilization with uterine involusio with the p-value of 0.000 , there was a significant association between breast-feeding early to involusio uteri with    p-value 0.041 and no significant relationship between parity against uterine involusio (p-value 0.355)Based on the above results it can be concluded that on the third day postpartum uterine involusio occur with decreased uterine height of about 2 cm below the center of the next there is a significant association between early mobilization and early breast feeding against uterine involusio, it is expected that the results of this study can be used as a reference in an effort improve the quality of obstetric care services especially early mobilization activities at 2 hours postpartum mothers.Keywords : Early mobilization , and uterine Involusio

Abstract

In the household, tensions and conflicts are a common thing. Disagreement, debate, arguments, teasing or even yelling at each other is a common thing to happen. But all that may be part of a form of domestic violence which specifically refers to the definition of violence against women.Justice will come true when using a process that is the law of justice, through a board that is justice, the judicial process by the law of reciprocity is an integral, the law requires judicial process to establish fairness and justice but also would require law because justice without law will not adhered to by the community.However, the domestic violence case not closed the possibility of settlement of a dispute or a case of domestic violence outside the formal court process, or better known as restorative justice. Restorative justice itself aims wherever possible to reduce the consequences caused by criminal behavior, attention and handling of this concept involves all affected parties, including the actors themselves.Keyword : Crime, Law, justice

Abstract

More than 50% of infant deaths occur in the neonatal period is the first month of life. Inadequate infant care can cause a variety of infectious diseases through the umbilical cord, eyes and ears both at the time of bathing the baby and the day to day maintenance. To care for a newborn who needed adequate enough knowledge about newborn care, such as how to bathe the baby, taking care of the umbilical cord, eyes, ears and exclusive breastfeeding. Data from one of the existing private midwives in villages Pete Chart 3 of 5 people found puerperal women who gave birth, did not know how to care for the baby after returning home later. This is due to lack of knowledge of the mother.This is a descriptive study using a cross sectional design conducted to describe the behavior of new mothers about infant care daily in the Village Bagan Pete City of Jambi in 2011. The population in this study were all postpartum women in September of 2011, with a total sample of 48 postpartum women. Sampling technique with a total sampling conducted on 20 to 30 September 2011. Univariate analysis of the data.The results of this study showed that of the 48 respondents, 30 (60.2%) of respondents were well behaved, 18 (37.5%) are less well behaved especially peilaku mother clean the umbilical cord, 22 (45.8%) had good knowledge, 26 (54.2%) of respondents have less knowledge of good preparation, especially before breastfeeding mothers and 47 (97.7%) of respondents have a high motivation, and 10 (20.8%) of respondents have low motivation in terms of smearing the mammary areola with breast milk before feeding.From the results of these studies are expected to midwives in order to provide information about daily baby care to mothers who have completed maternity clinic before returning home.Keyword :  maternal behavior, postpartum, baby care

Abstract

Predictable there are 22 million cases with 200.000 death every year in the whole world. The typhoid prognosis depends on age factor and the body protection (immune status) suffers. The mortality number of typhoid disease increases as the growing age of the sufferers beginning at the age of 30 (thirty). According to Hernawati, from 2005 till 2007, there is an increasing numbers of 32,5 % or 39.562 abdorminalis typhoid cases, and more than 10 % of death caused by the late of diagnosis,  treatment and the cure. Typhoid  or famous with “tipus” is an infection caused by Salmonella typhi bacterium  and Salmonella paratyphi. The typhoid sufferers will have high fever, dizzy, lackness of eating desire, until diarea.The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of environment sanitation, (the waste water line, the clean pure water and the have of water closed) and the culture factors (the use of drinking water, the habit of defecation , the habit of washing hands using soap with the typhoid at Lambur Village Muara Sabak District East Tanjung Jabung area 2013. The design that used is cross sectional the datas analysis consist of univariat analisys, which is bivariat uses chi-square.The result of the research It shows a useful relationship, the having of SPAL with the typhoid cases shows OR as 0,550, p-value 0,033, the have of latrine OR as 0,153 and p value 0,000, the habit of using drinking raw water OR 0,447 p value 0,020, the habit of washing hands with soaps OR 0,381 p value 0,000, the habit of washing hands after defecation  OR 0,493 and p value 0,013 with the Typhoid cases at the working area of Lambur (Citizen health center).The suggestions to the Health Service and the cross sector involved, as to increase the health promotion about the ordered typhoid cases continually and including the whole in society. Besides, it is suggested to do efforts socializing PHBS and sanitation accommodation                          especially latrine, the use of clean water, the habit of washing hands using soaps before eating and after defecation.Key words : SPAL, clean water sources, latrine, the use of drinking water, the habit of washing hands with soap and typhoid cases.

Abstract

In 2006 minister of agriculture policy, the Jambi province activities focused on the development commodity (palm oil),  through expansion, renovation and rehabilitation of tree crops. Palm oil is one of the estate commodities is quite important for the Jambi economy, particularly as a provider of employment, sources of income and foreign exchange. Jambi Province is one of the largest palm oil producer in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the area, production, productivity, commodity prices and export in the Jambi province, and to analyze the impact of expansion areal palm oil on the economy of Jambi province. This study uses secondary data is structured as pooled annual data on nine districts in Jambi province, starting 2000 until 2009. The result of this study shows the expansion of palm oil can improve the economy of Jambi.Keywords: Econometric Model, Palm Oil, Jambi Province
