Abstract

Because of the soil is very important for the implementation of the business or to establish a residence and / or place of business sometimes citizens who have a desire to land the highly bazaar forget to acreage or deliberately exaggerate the land boundary to other people's land area. On the other hand sometimes citizens who have a very extensive land boundary lies the forgotten land and not care about it or do not manage the land in full. At some point after the interest on a land boundary issues arise where landowners feel aggrieved that some land has been managed and owned by others with evidence terpancangnya new land boundary markers that previously did not exist or did not know or people who have marked out a new one considers pebuatannya is true with documentary evidence of legal land ownership available to it.In because of land certificates issued by the National Land Agency of Jambi to the case of a dispute shall be held responsible in the early stages of dispute resolution is the National Land Agency of the city of Jambi.In the settlement of the land boundary by the National Land Agency Jambi is not easy because many constraints faced.Keyword :  cases, land disputes

Abstract

Government of the District of Tanjabbar East region has conducted a program of the Coastal Community Economic Empowerment (PEMP) implemented in fiscal year 2011 and 2012, namely through the provision of fishing vessels and their gear. This study aims to: 1) analyze the impact of PEMP program through the provision of fishing gear and its fishing boats against the income of fishermen in the coastal area of Tanjung Jabung district. 2) Assess the benefits PEMP program through the provision of fishing vessels and their gear in the Eastern District of Tanjabbar. This study was designed as a descriptive research with case studies, with daaerah coastal locations in East Tanjung Jabung precisely in the district and sub-district Nipah Long Sadu. In this case the fishermen as the primary data source, the data collection techniques of observation, interviews and questionnaires, the need for data that refers to the topic and title research, and related agencies, literature-literature as a source of secondary data. Respondents were randomly assigned, namely the fishermen and their fishing boats receiver tangka tool of implementation PEMP program, as many as 127 people or ± 26% of the total population of 422 people. The results showed that the implementation of the Coastal Community Economic Empowerment Program (PEMP) through the provision of fishing vessels and their fishing gear, in the utilization of water potential and economic development of coastal communities (fishermen) are able to give good results in line with expectations and objectives of the program. The average income of fishermen to fishing before PEMP program is Rp 5.881739, - / month and after the program PEMP of 9,779,905, - / month. This revenue rose about Rp 2,721,205, - / month or by 66.28% from the previous. Changes in the income of fishermen, of statistical tests performed with a confidence level of 95%, there are significant PEMP program through the provision of fishing vessels and their fishing gear to catch fishermen's income changes before and after the program in the District of Tanjabbar PEMP East. Factors that affect the fishermen's income is the number of family members, the amount of venture capital, and natural conditions are not favorable. Some things must be considered in the implementation of programs PEMP for the purpose of implementation of the program can be a maximum terujud accordance with the results obtained in the field, which are: 1) Keep monitoring and evaluation of program implementation as a whole, and the emphasis on outputs and impact of the program. 2) It should be formulated priorities that programs can be implemented as a refinement of PEMP programs that have been adapted to the problems faced by the community. 3) Keep the adjustment program given to the conditions in the field, so that appropriate and targeted.Keyword :  evaluation, economic empowerment, fishing boats

Abstract

This study aims to reveal, investigate and analyze about: 1) the influence of Multi Level Marketing understanding of the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMK 1 Jambi, 2) the influence of student achievement in the subjects of entrepreneurship to the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMK 1 Jambi, 3) the influence of understanding multi Level Marketing and learning achievement in the subjects of entrepreneurship to the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMK 1 Jambi.Type of research is quantitative research with this type of correlational research. The population in this study were students at SMK 1 class sales totaled 116 Jambi city. A sample using a sample size according to Krejcie-Morgan so that the sample in this study amounted to 88 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 16:00Results of the study were: 1) There is a significant difference between the perception of Multi Level Marketing 23.8% interest in entrepreneurship or could be seen through the sig is 0,040 <Sig. 0.05, 2) there is an effect on academic achievement entrepreneurship subjects of interest in entrepreneurship by 15.5%, or could be seen through the sig of 0.038 <Sig. 0.05, and 3) there is an effect of understanding Multi Level Marketing and achievement of business subject to interest of 7.6% or entrepreneurship can be seen through the sig 0.036 <0.05There are some suggestions in this study as follows expected at the school in order to facilitate activities associated with entrepreneurship subjects in schools so that students can practice entrepreneurship, and is expected to subject teachers to pay more attention to entrepreneurship, to guide and direct interest in entrepreneurship students.Keywords: Understanding MLM, Achievement and Interest in Entrepreneurship
