Following the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2015, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world was 33.6 per 1000 live births (WHO, 2016). Exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center is still low. Number of 0-6 months infants in the data were 46 babies, with they’re who given exclusive breastfeeding as many as 25 (50.7%). This research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach using total sampling method with 46 respondents using primary data in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017. Majority of respondents who had knowledge were 28 respondents (60.9%) and who had wrong feeding method as many as 27 respondents (58.7%). And P value = 0.000 (P value <0.05) means there is a relationship between knowledge by the right way of breastfeeding in the working area of Muara Bungo I Health Center in 2017.Keywords : Knowledge, Right Way of Breast Feeding

Children with thalassemia must undergo blood transfusions to sustain life and routinely done in periods of continuous lama.Pengobatan will have an impact on psychosocial problems in the family, especially in the elderly. Parents will face a backlash in any care and treatment such as guilt, anxiety, fear, sadness, economic problems and worry about not getting the proper care and treatment.This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the level of anxiety of parents of children with thalassemia in Poly Children's Hospital. H. Abdul Manap Jambi City in 2015. The population in this study were all parents whose children suffer from thalassemia as many as 56 people with a total sample of 33 people. This research was conducted on the 26th of June to July 26, 2015 with interview techniques and questionnaires. Results showed that of the 33 respondents, it is as much as 26 respondents (78.8%) had moderate anxiety level, as many as six respondents (18.2%) had mild anxiety level and 1 respondent (3%) had severe anxiety level. It is expected that nurses need to pay attention to and involve parents in performing nursing care in children with thalassemia, and improve the provision of information about the treatment of children to parents, so as to reduce anxiety.Keywords: Anxiety, Parents, Thalassemia

From the research results can be known the factors that affect the performance of the building. ICU Room Facilities, Jambi Provincial Hospital, the biggest is done by A21 on the first day that is equal to 91.771%. LUR level on the 2nd day, produced by A22 that is equal to 91,979%. While the level of LUR on the 3rd day generated by A9 of 91.146%. The predetermined variables are Education, Worker's Wage, Workers Health, Inter-Worker Relations, Managerial or Management, and Conformity of Use Simultaneous tools have no significant effect on the productivity of roof structure work. Partially or individually variables that have a significant influence on the energy level of work is the variable Work Experience and the variable of Conformity. Age / Age Comparison Variables have dominant influence on labor productivity level in the Improvement of Space Facility ICU RSUD Raden Mataher Jambi Province. Results of SPSS: 1) Test Validity, Based on the results of the study, can be concluded in 18 valid questions if r arithmetic> r table. And Variable Variable P12 is a variable that is not vailid, because this variable is not vailid because of the clarity of important question intentions, so the respondents have a big difference of perception and in the end cause the question becomes vailid; 2) Test Reliability, got all variables Cronbach's Alpha for test Reliability questionnaire can meet Cronbach Alpha value between 0.7-0.9, indicating the research questionnaire has a high Reliability value;3) Normality test, In the normality test, the researcher uses Shapiro-Wilk because the tested data is smaller than 50, whereas if more than 50, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova part. In the long journey perekononomian people in Jambi province is inseparable from the role of the agricultural sector especially at sub-sector plantations. Until this time the sub plantation sector remains a mainstay in the economy of communities in the province with plant oil palm and rubber Prima Donna. However, in this research we restrict research on commodity production of rubber with the location of the research in the District of Muara Jambi. The main objective of this research was to look at the condition of the rubber commodity in the Regency and the scale of production that occurred in those commodities, with the subject areas of the rubber plantation commodities in the Muaro Jambi Regency . The results showed that the existence of significant influence between the land area with the production of the rubber produced. While the scale of commodity production in the rubber plants look shows the condition of increasing (increasing return to scale), it means an increase in output with greater proportions than in proportion to the addition of the input.Keyword: production scale, increasing return to scale, rubber plantations.

Anxiety is a confused worries and expanding, which is related beetween uncertainly and unpowerless. Anxiety will uppear as responce by stressor, for both phisical stressor and psycological stressor which can make un city till depression level of children. An also the effect of it is denial from the children to get any hospital treatment. Communication can reduce children anxiety hospitalized. The aim of this study was to know and influence of relationship beetween therapeutic communication implementation with anxiety level of school-age children while hospitalization.This study used correlation study, the sample is taking by quota sampling technique with 40 respondens. Anxiety level quesioner of children while hospitalized by Hamilton Rate Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A). Data analysis are using chi square (x2) formula. The result showed that therapeutic communication is influence to decrease a level of anxiety school-age children hospitalized (p=0,006 <α=0.05). Nurse will be increasing therapeutic communication in every nursing treatment with children while hospitalized and also included their parents into their nursing treatments. The prevalence of low birth weight babies have estimated 15% of the entire world with the presence of limitations 3.3%-38%. BBLR has experiences great potential to health problems as a result of incomplete maturation and function of organs and body, RSUD H. Abdul Manap have two hundred thirty babies. There are fifty five (55) babies have born with low birth weight. 3 million infant deaths with lower weight (LBW) can be prevented with the use of appropriate interventions to the treatment to wards kangaroos. This research is quantitative research to determine the relationship of family support and attitude to the implementation of kangoroo method for low birth weight babies in perinatology at a public hospital of H. Abdul Manap Jambi 2016. The samples were 55 people by using a total of sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was distributed door to door univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results of research, there are women who had a baby of low birth weight. There are 39 people (70,0%) don’t care kangaroo method. Some people didn’t get the support of family, it’s about 33 person (60%) and she think negative about that 31 people (56,4%). It’s hoped, the health workers in order to improve the health promotion of the implementation of the treatment of kangaroos in particular the impact of not making profit performance treatment method kangaroo.Keywords: Implementation of kangaroo care method, support of family, attitude

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of the products, promotions, brand trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions (case study of user Honda Vario Muara Bulian district). The number of samples in the study was 80 respondents and convience method using sampling. This research method using multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, promotions, brand and trust our satisfaction of influential consumers significantly to purchasing decisions. Test the quality of the data used in this study using the test validity and reliability as for testing the validity, reliability, while for hypothesis testing in this study using a coefficient determination test, test and test F T. multiple linear regression test results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the variable quality of products, promotions, brand, trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions.Keyword: product quality, promotion, brand Trust, satisfaction of consumers and purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence related to significant differences in ethical behavior between PPK and Treasurer SKPD based on individual factors in the preparation of financial statements SKPD as measured by disclosure, cost and benefit, responsibility, misstate, and timeliness of the preparation of financial statements SKPD. This study will examine whether there are significant differences in ethical behavior between PPK and SKPD Treasurer based on individual factors in the preparation of SKPD financial statements that can be measured by disclosure, cost and benefit, responsibility, misstatement, and timeliness of SKPD financial report preparation. In this study, the disclosure, cost and benefit, responsibility, misstate, and timeliness variable of SKPD financial statements as variables will be measured and compared between two sample groups (PPK and SKPD Treasurer) which have different individual factors (locus of control, long time, gender, equity sensitivity, educational background and self efficacy. The results of data testing related to the analysis of individual factors of PPK and SKPD Treasurer at the Local Government of Sarolangun Regency in the ethics of preparation of financial statements SKPD There is no difference between PPK and SKPD Treasurer with internal locus of control to PPK and Treasurer SKPD with external locus of control in ethics of preparation SKPD's financial statements to the Sarolangun Regency Government are expressed by the variable cost and benefit and timeliness. Differences in the culture of patriarchal or matriarchal society can influence the way people view the couple with infertility problems and the importance of the existence of children in a family. This study aims to determine the relationship between the culture of the community with anxiety levels in infertile couples at RSIA Annisa Jambi. The type of this study was cross sectional, with a sample of 76 female infertile couples who experienced anxiety with total sampling technique. Data analysis with chi square test. The result of this research shows that there is a cultural relation (p = 0,000) with anxiety level on infertile couple. It is expected that hospitals providing infertility treatment services to provide therapy through psychiatric nursing psychoeducation therapy and / or supportive therapy to infertile couples so as to assist in minimizing the anxiety experienced and support the treatment program undergone infertile couples.Keyword : Community culture, Anxiety, Infertile couples

Jambi Province is one of the areas in Indonesia with a relatively high population growth is inseparable from the problem of employment. Problems encountered include increased workforce higher than labor absorption. Efforts to increase labor absorption can not be separated from influencing factors such as GRDP, provincial minimum wage, government expenditure. This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP, Province Minimum Wage, Government Expenditure on Employment Absorption in Jambi Province during the period of 1997-2015. This research is expected to be used as one of the benchmarks for government and private sector to better pay attention to the level of employment in Jambi Province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with used secondary data and analysis by time series data, from 1997 to 2015 and used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis with the help of EVIEWS 9.0 software. The result of this research shows that partially PDRB variable in PDRB has significant effect to the absorption of manpower in Jambi Province. While the variables of UMP and Government expenditure did not affect the absorption of manpower in Jambi Province period 1997 - 2015. The coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the independent variables studied were able to explain 91 percent of labor absorption and the remaining 9 percent was explained by other variables not studied.Keywords: Employment Absorption, GRDP, UMP and Government expenditure
