<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the dominant factors, both direct and indirect, to the success rate of the IB program in West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research was carried out from 12 December 2020 to 6 January 2021. The objects observed in this study were all inseminators and a sample of breeders from each inseminator. The data obtained from this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were analyzed using Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis and processed using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the success of Artificial Insemination in West Tanjung Jabung Regency has been good, this can be seen from the S/C value per inseminator of 1.54 ± 0.46. The dominant factors directly and indirectly influence the success of AI in West Tanjung Jabung Regency such as the length of time of raising livestock, the skill factor of the inseminator, the work area factor, the age factor of the acceptor. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the success of the Insemination program (Artificial AI) in West Tanjung Jabung Regency is quite good. This can be seen from the Service Perception (S/C) value in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, which is 1.54 ± 0.63, which shows the fertility level of acceptor cattle is quite good, the dominant factors that influence the success of AI in West Tanjung Jabung Regency are length of breeding, inseminator factors, area factors and acceptor age factors, while the farmer's knowledge factor and BCS factor do not significantly affect the success of AI in Tanjung Regency. West Jabung, the BCS factor does not have a significant effect because livestock from the study in the West Tanjung Jabung Regency area have a homogeneous BCS score.]]>

<![CDATA[PAMSIMAS (Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation) is one of the PNPM (National Community Empowerment Program) to create clean and healthy living communities through the provision of community-based clean water and drinking water and community-based sanitation. The aims of this research are 1) describe the description of the characteristics in the implementation of the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency in 2022; 2) evaluate success in sustaining the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency, and 3) find out the relationship between age, gender, education, employment status and income in the sustainability of the PAMSIMAS program in Mersam Subdistrict, Batanghari Regency. This type of research is quantitative and qualitative research with a total sample of 358 respondents spread over 4 PAMSIMAS program beneficiary villages. The research was conducted in Mersam District, Batanghari Regency. The data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The research results show 1) there are differences in the frequency of the results of interviews with respondents in the four villages in Mersam District; 2) the success of the program was only successful in Sungai Puar Village with an assessment percentage of 51.19%; and 3) There is a relationship between income and program sustainability in Sengkati Mudo Village, there is a relationship between employment status and program sustainability in Seangkati Baru Village, there is a relationship between age and employment status and program success in Seangkati Kecil Village, and there is a relationship between education and program success in Sungai Puar Village. Therefore, to maximize the sustainability of the program, the government must pay attention to the sustainability aspects of the program and how to build the community to become managers of these facilities. The concern that arises from the community must also be fully focused on increasing the sustainability of the program.]]>

<![CDATA[People Smuggling and Trafficking in Persons is a transnational crime that involves many countries trying to work together to eradicate, fight and prevent these crimes. Indonesian Immigration as a government agency that has the function of supervising the movement of traffic in and out of the territory of a country, has a major role in eradicating crimes of people smuggling and trafficking in persons. The strategic geographical condition of Indonesia's territory allows people to be smuggled. There are many factors that influence the occurrence of this incident, one of which is geographical conditions and a high level of poverty and the lack of knowledge of Indonesian citizens related to crimes of trafficking in persons and people smuggling are factors that trigger the occurrence of crimes of human smuggling and trafficking in persons. The high number of perpetrators and victims of People Smuggling and Trafficking in Persons whose victims are Indonesian citizens is a spur and an urgency for Indonesian Immigration to take preventive and repressive measures in eradicating the crime of People Smuggling and Trafficking in Persons. The role of immigration is needed in dealing with this. Law number 6 of 2011 concerning immigration is the legal basis for carrying out the duties and functions of Immigration. One of the functions of immigration, namely supervision, is a major concern in eradicating crimes of People Smuggling and Trafficking in Persons. Supervision is carried out when Indonesian citizens apply for travel documents and supervision at Immigration Checkpoints either at seaports, airports, cross-border posts, or other places as places of entry and exit from the Indonesian Territory which are places where inspections of peop\\tory are carried out. Indonesia, as well as supervision at the borders of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Supervision is carried out to ensure that migrants enter and leave Indonesian territory legally through Immigration Checkpoints in accordance with Immigration Law Number. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.]]>

<![CDATA[Public companies have the main goal of increasing the wealth of the company's shareholders by increasing the value of the company. The company's value is represented by the stock market price and is one of the factors considered by investors and the company's value is evidence of public confidence in the company's performance. The independent variables of this study are managerial ownership, capital structure and profitability and corporate social responsibility as moderating variables. The research population is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2021. The number of research samples is 23 companies with 113 observational data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the analysis technique using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study are that managerial ownership, capital structure (DER), and profitability (ROA) simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, managerial ownership has no significant effect on firm value. partially capital structure and profitability have a positive and significant impact on firm value. <![CDATA[The tiktok application has been downloaded more than 100 million. Along with the number of tiktok users, this application can help increase engagement, one of which is the trend of shopee poison or shopee haul that has been created by content creators and some are viral and have the highest number of viewers. Shopee is a buying and selling application that offers a variety of products ranging from fashion products to daily necessities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media tiktok on consumer purchasing decisions at shopee. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate the influence of the use of social media tiktok on purchasing decisions at shopee (Study in Mayang Mangurai Village, Alam Barajo District, Jambi). With the results of the influence of the use of social media tiktok on purchasing decisions at shopee by 45.0%, while the remaining 55.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of this research is the analysis of the level of trust and satisfaction of parents in the decision to send their children to school and the condition of student achievement at SDN 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of trust and satisfaction of parents in the decision to send their children to school and the condition of student achievement at SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative using a Likert Scale measuring instrument. The object of the research is the parents of students of SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency, the number of samples taken is 30 parents of students of SD N 165/I Batang Hari Regency. The analysis tool uses validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the variables used were the level of trust, level of satisfaction, parental decisions and learning achievement. From the results of the respondents' responses, the confidence level of 3.79 was declared good, the satisfaction level of 3.86 was declared satisfied, the parents' decision was 3.96 was declared good, and learning achievement was 4.17 was declared good.]]>

<![CDATA[According to the World Health Organization (WHO) reproductive health is a complete physical, mental and social state, not only free from disease or disability in all aspects related to the reproductive system, its function and process Vaginal discharge or flour albus / leukorea is a white liquid that comes out of the intercourse excessively. In Indonesia, 75% of women have experienced vaginal discharge at least once in their lives and half of them have experienced vaginal discharge twice or more. The purpose of this study was to determine the facto-factors related to the incidence of vaginal discharge in regular Midwifery S1 students of the Palembang National Cadre University. This research uses a cross-sectional approach This research was carried out in January-February 2022 at the University of Kader Bangsa Palembang. The population in this study was regular Midwifery S1 students totaling 50 female students. The sample was taken using the total sampling technique of 50 respondents. Based on the chi-square statistical test, it was found that there was a relationship between the physical activity variable and the incidence of vaginal discharge with a p value of 0.000 (OR 28,333), there was a relationship between sleep patterns and the incidence of vaginal discharge with a p value of 0.000 (OR: 17,857), there was a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge with a p value of 0.000 (OR: 20,700). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between physical activity, sleep patterns and personal hygiene with the incidence of vaginal discharge. <![CDATA[the objective of this study is to examine the impact of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on net income in islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The research methodology utilizes the panel regression analysis method with a fixed effect model. The findings of this study indicate that mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing collectively have a significant effect on net income. Additionally, mudharabah and murabahah financing individually demonstrate a significant influence on net income, while musyarakah financing does not have a significant effect on net income.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work passion, work-life balance, and work stress on the turnover intention of employees at PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. Data in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul, totaling 116 with a five-point Likert scale. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the census method, while the data analysis used included multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and test of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study partially show that the work passion variable does not affect employee turnover intention. Meanwhile, the variable work-life balance and work stress affect employee turnover intention. In addition, the results of this study show that simultaneously work passion, work-life balance, and work stress affect employee turnover intention.]]>

<![CDATA[Diabetic ulcer is a disease that greatly affects the patient's quality of life, where the end of the course of the disease is that the patient must undergo an amputation. In Indonesia, diabetes shows an increasing incidence. Diabetic wounds that don't heal are a risk factor for infection and a major cause of amputations and death. One way of treatment is by treating wounds using the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy technique for healing diabetic ulcers. The research method used is a systematic review by identifying journal articles published online consisting of English in 2018-2021. Articles were retrieved using search engine tools PubMed, ScienceDirect, and JSTOR. There are 5 journals based on inclusion criteria. The results showed that there was an effect of wound care using the Negative Pressure Wound Therapy technique on the healing of diabetic ulcers.]]>
