Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang revitalisasi Kampung Kayutangan di Kota Malang menjadi kawasan cagar budaya yang disebut Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage, karena berangsur-angsur menurun menjadi kawasan kumuh. Namun, pengembangan kawasan cagar budaya menghadapi tantangan seperti manajemen alur kerja yang tidak merata antara pemangku kepentingan dan warga. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan wisata urban dan heritage serta mengungkap arah pengembangan Kampoeng Kajoetangan Heritage. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pembangunan fisik kawasan cagar budaya saat ini hanya berfokus pada fasilitas dasar, dan terdapat pemangku kepentingan aktif lainnya seperti Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, TACB, dan pemangku kepentingan yang mendukung seperti perusahaan swasta tetangga dan (MMBI) Musisi Malang Bersatu Indonesia. Inklusivitas dan komunikasi diidentifikasi sebagai masalah utama antara pemangku kepentingan dan warga. Artikel tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa meningkatkan inklusivitas dan komunikasi antara pemangku kepentingan dan penduduk sangat penting untuk mendapatkan partisipasi publik yang signifikan. Selain itu, pemangku kepentingan aktif harus fokus pada pengembangan tidak hanya fasilitas fisik dasar tetapi juga kegiatan wisata yang berkaitan dengan warisan, seperti merayakan Mbah Honggo dan sejarahnya sebagai leluhur dari warga Kajoetangan Kampoeng Heritage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employee performance at PT Hajma Aruna Java is influenced by organizational culture, commitment and work ethic. Questionnaires were a data collection technique in this research with 200 participants as samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially the variables of work culture, commitment and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

Some final year students experience difficulties in writing scientific papers which lie in the preparation of research backgrounds. The purpose of this research is to describe the steps and strategies in writing the research background. The research methodology used was descriptive qualitative by interviewing senior researchers from the Jambi University Postgraduate Program. The results of the study show that to start conducting research, the first step is to find and determine the problem to be studied. Second, supported by supporting theory. And third, determine the purpose and usefulness of the research . The problems encountered by the authors are the beginning of a series of scientific paper writing. The problem is a phenomenon that occurs in the environment to be studied and is a reality in the field that looks different from what is expected. The background is supported by supporting theories and the aims and benefits of the research. In writing scientific papers contained in the research background.

Abstract

The Maternal and Child Health Book (KIA) is a notebook owned by parents and health service providers that is used to monitor maternal health during pregnancy, assess the growth and development of children. The use of the MCH handbook can be optimal if health workers and cadres ensure that the mother and family understand the contents of the MCH handbook, increasing knowledge of the MCH handbook can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing counseling according to the needs of pregnant women.The research design used was a one group pretest-posttest design. It was carried out at the East Muara Sabak Inpatient Health Center in December 2022. The total population was as many as 30 respondents with a sample. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test.The results showed that the mother's knowledge was quite good (40.0%) became good (76.7%) after attending counseling and the role of health workers was not good (66.7%) increased to good (100%) after attending counseling about the use of MCH book. There is an effect of mother's knowledge on the utilization of the MCH handbook. <0.05).The conclusion obtained in this study is the influence of mother's knowledge and the role of health workers on the use of the MCH handbook at the East Muara Sabak Inpatient Health Center, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. And it is suggested that socialization and ongoing counseling be carried out so that it is hoped that this research can be used as a reference for planning maternal and child health programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of morale and work quality on work performance of PT Bumi Pasir Putih. Qualitative and quantitative data are the types of data used by researchers. The data in this study was collected using questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. White Sand Earth. In this study also used three variables, namely morale and work quality as independent variables, while work performance as a dependent variable. This research is expected to be a good evaluation and consideration for companies in improving employee performance. The results of the research obtained are morale and work quality has a significant influence on work quality. The results of this study are input for the company to find out how much influence morale and work quality have on work performance so that the company can further improve employee performance in the future.

Abstract

From 2016 – 2018 in Jambi province there were 3,543 traffic accidents, with 1,085 deaths. What causes traffic accidents is caused by three factors, human factors themselves, vehicle factors and road infrastructure factors. To reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, you can eliminate or reduce the causes of traffic accidents, such as improving the safe condition of road infrastructure. The aim of this research is to calculate recommendations for budget plans from the results of road safety audits at the detailed engineering design (DED) stage, totaling six detailed engineering design (DED) documents on Jambi province national roads. This research uses road safety audit guidelines Pd 03 – 2019 – B. From the results of the analysis, the percentage between the safety cost recommendation results compared to the construction cost design (owner estimate) at DED 1 = 6.17%, DED 2 = 0.93%, DED 3 = 16.13%, DED 4 = 7.33%, DED 5 = 0.75% and DED 6 = 8.83% and the combined percentage obtained is 7.05%. Thus, a detailed engineering design (DED) still requires attention in producing a detailed engineering design (DED) that is oriented towards road safety and the costs of physical implementation of the results of road safety recommendations.

Abstract

Agro-tourism is an alternative to sustainable tourism that utilizes agricultural business (agro) as a tourist object, in an effort to develop agro-tourism, the right strategy is needed. This study aims to analyze visitor perceptions and provide development strategies for agro-tourism. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the criteria and consideration that the party knows the process of developing agro-tourism, as well as other supporting information, the respondents in this study were 96 people. Data analysis was carried out by collecting and compiling data in the form of tabulations. The results of the analysis are then interpreted in a descriptive qualitative manner. The development of agro-tourism is carried out using the SWOT analysis method. Alternative strategies given are increasing HR capabilities, adding facilities and infrastructure that can support the concept of edutourism and involving the government in promoting agro-orchid tourism.

Abstract

The background in this research is to find out how the interests, talents, and character of students through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities at SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan. Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities aim to form students with Islamic character as well as efforts to motivate the practice of worship in schools. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are the interests, talents, and character of the students of SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Research instruments using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. And data analysis using reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities carried out at SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan were good enough to develop students' abilities in terms of interests, talents and student character. It can be seen from the process of implementing Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities itself where there are several programs from daily programs (Dhuha and Dzuhur Prayers in congregation and reading the Qur'an), weekly programs (Islamic Studies, Muhadhoroh, Qiro'ah, Friday Prayers in congregation, and cleaning the prayer room), monthly program (dhikr in congregation), and annual program (celebration of Islamic holidays). These programs make students more interested in developing the abilities they have.

Abstract

Adolescents are included in one of the vulnerable groups experiencing nutritional problems. One of the nutritional problems that is often experienced by adolescents is over nutrition. Over nutrition can be caused by many factors, including excessive consumption of sugar sweetened beverages. The study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages in overweight female adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Nganjuk. This research is an observational study using a cross-sectional study design. The research was conducted from January to April 2023 at Nganjuk 2 Public High School. The population in this study were all female adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Nganjuk aged 15-17 years who were overweight or obese. The sample in the study were 56 female students. Sampling was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique. The statistical test between variables uses the Chi-Square test on the IBM SPSS application. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the level of knowledge has a statistical relationship (p-value 0.000 <0.05) with the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages in overweight female adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Nganjuk. The level of knowledge plays an important role in the pattern of consumption of sugar sweetened beverages in adolescents, therefore education about nutrition is needed as a preventive measure. Future research is expected to examine more factors that can influence the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages in adolescents and can expand the population.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze employee performance as influenced by work motivation, climate, and work ethic. Then the technique implemented in sampling is a saturated sample and research data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the researcher applied multiple linear regression testing methods to analyze the data. Based on the test results, the dependent variable, namely work performance is significantly positively influenced by the independent variable, namely, work motivation, work climate, and work ethic.
