Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of a region's original income, balancing funds and health expenditure on the human development index (HDI) in Jombang Regency during the period 2007 - 2021. Using the multiple linear regression method by carrying out the Best Linear Unbiased Estimation (BLUE) test, and analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this research concluded that simultaneously the human development index (HDI) in Jombang Regency during the 2007-2021 period was influenced by local original income (PAD), balancing funds and expenditure in the health sector. However, only partial balancing funds can influence the human development index in Jombang Regency during the 2007-2021 period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of tax compliance, tax service quality and tax compliance sanction costs on motor vehicle tax revenues with tax amnesty as a moderating variable at the Kupang Regency Regional Revenue Agency UPT. This research involved conducting a quantitative survey. The sample used as the main data source was 100 Kupang Regency taxpayers. Inferential statistical analysis is a type of data analysis method used in this research. The results of this research statistically found that taxpayer compliance does not have a significant influence on motor vehicle tax revenue. However, the quality of tax services and sanction fees have a positive and significant influence on motor vehicle tax revenues in the UPT activities of the Kupang Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Meanwhile, the tax amnesty variable as a moderating variable has an influence on motor vehicle tax revenues, but the tax amnesty variable is unable to moderate the influence of taxpayer compliance and compliance sanctions costs on motor vehicle tax revenues. The tax amnesty variable is only able to moderate the influence of service quality on motor vehicle tax revenues in the UPT activities of the Kupang Regency Regional Revenue Agency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at used goods auctions. The method in this research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach as the research design. The research population was all auction participants in Bekasi City, totaling 40 auction participants. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling method so that all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection in this research was carried out through the use of a questionnaire. For data analysis, various tests were carried out, including data quality tests (which include validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests, and the application of multiple linear regression techniques, including the coefficient of determination test. The research results show that simultaneously and partially there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of firm size, audit fees, audit tenure, auditor competency and independence on audit quality in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research population used a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 150 data from 30 companies, but data transformation and outliers were applied so that the sample size became 120 data. The data analysis applied in this research is classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that simultaneously there is an influence of the variables firm size, audit fee, audit tenure, competence and independence of the auditor on audit quality, but partially the variables of competence and independence of the auditor do not have a significant effect on the quality of audits in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of brain exercises on cognitive function in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Home, Jambi Province. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design approach, pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted at the Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Social Home, Jambi Province.The sampling method was purposive sampling of 22 people. 11 respondents in the control group and 11 respondents in the intervention group. Data measurement uses MMSE. Bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon Rank Test and the Man Whitney test. The research results showed that the age frequency distribution of respondents was mostly elderly, female, and had elementary school education. The cognitive function of the pretest intervention group was mostly mild and severe cognitive function. The pretest and posttest results showed a significant increase, so that there was an influence of brain exercise on cognitive function in the elderly, with a p value = 0.002 (< 0.05). There was a significant effect of increasing cognitive function before and after being given brain exercises at PSTW. It is hoped that PSTW can develop brain exercises to improve the cognitive function of the elderly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, HR competency, and HR information systems on the performance of BPJS Health Ambassadors, Kupang Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population and sample in this study, totaling 36 people, were all BPJS Health Ambassadors, Kupang Branch. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between work readiness, HR information systems, career development, and HR competency on worker output. Work readiness is also significantly influenced by HR competency characteristics and career development, but not significantly by HR information systems. BPJS Health Kupang Branch management is expected to be able to inspire employees and ensure they adapt to changes in the workplace, provide training opportunities or technical assistance to improve skills, recognize each task completion, and update them accurately. personnel records.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk uses the concept of economic value added (EVA). The type of descriptive research and quantitative approach used in this research and PT's annual financial reports. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk as a secondary data source. The results of this research found that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk during the observation period had quite strong financial performance, this is indicated by the EVA value > 0; meaning PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is able to generate added economic value during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Somethingnc in Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods, sampling using purposive sampling. Respondents numbered 100 participants and used a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using SPSS. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between social media variables, product quality and price on the decision to purchase Somethingnc in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in 2024 with maternal age and KEK. This research is quantitative retrospective. The population in this study were all pregnant women who had their pregnancies checked at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center in 2022 with a total of 65 respondents. Investigate information using the chi-square test. The results of the research show that there is no relationship between maternal age and the frequency of pallor in pregnant women and there is a relationship between KEK and the occurrence of frailty in pregnant women at the Putri Ayu Community Health Center, Jambi City in 2024.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation and govemment expenditure on poverty in Jambi Province during the period of 2016-2018. Using panel data and regression analysis, the study finds that simultaneously, inflation and govemment expenditure significantly affect poverty levels. However, individually, neither inflation nor govemment expenditure significantly impactpoverty ata 5% significance level. The model used has a coefficient of determination of 99.48%, indicating that the independent variables in this study can explain most of the variation in poverty levels. These results indicate that while the overall modelis is good, the individual effects of inflation and expenditure on poverty are not significant.
