Based on historical records, the demand to change the rules of marriagein Indonesia from pre-independence till now was initiated by the women’smovement and feminist. These cases had have at the beginning of the 20thcentury that women’s movement has influenced the world women in the3rd world. Abstract

Islamic education is a effort to change behavior of the students in their life,  living society, and toward nature around them with the way of education and teaching and along with the good mother of moral which bases on the values of Islam. As a aim of education in Islam which is for making moslem human be healthy and strong body along with having excellent skills, making a good morality, developing the perspicacity, making personality be the whole of soul, body, and mind.The relevance in the contex of now about the purpose of Islamic education, comes from developing potention of innate taught which based on good morality, that afterwards makes related to the cultural and societal values agree with the environment. Abstract

Multimedia learning is a component that can be used to support theinstructional process. It is based on the perception that learning will takeplace with a good, effective, and enjoyable if it is supported by a mediathat can attract the interest and attention of the students. Multimedia inteaching and learning can be used in three functions . First, multimediacan serve as an instructional tool. Second, it can serve as a multimediainteractive tutorial, for example in the simulation . Third, it can serve as asource of multimedia instructions to learn, for example, multimedia is usedto store a series of microscope slides or radiographs.Through multimedia learning, the subject matter could be more concretebecause the information submitted be made in the form of text, sound, andimages. The use of computer -based multimedia learning is expected tobecome more attractive, effective, and efficient in achieving the learningcompetencies, and be able to encourage students to be more active, generateinterest and motivation to study so it will have a positive impact on studentlearning outcomes.Keywords: Multimedia learning, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

Disposesi is a genuine treasure of philosophy in Islam was introduced by aMuslim philosopher Baqir as-Sadr. With his pithy thoughts, Baqir bridgingpolar empiricism and rationalism are dichotomous. In the context of theissue of polygamy, with the construction of Disposesi’s think, polygamy isa proposition that is believed to be true in the Qur’an and it is a primaryconception. Furthermore, the conception of the secondary will be representedby both empirical blocks on one side and on the other side of the rationalblock in the interpretation of the text.Keywords: polygamy, disposesi theory, epistemology of philosofy
