Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan perilaku bullying yang ditinjau dari lima tipe kepribadian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung sebanyak 86 orang. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan Multiple Regression Analysis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua dari lima tipe kepribadian big five memiliki hubungan yang signifikan degan kecenderungan perilaku bullying yaitu emotional stability dan intellect. Tipe kepribadian emotional stability dengan koofisien regresi -0,882 (p = 0,007) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara negatif dengan kecendrungan perilaku bullying. Tipe keribadian intellect dengan koofisien regresi 1,159 (p = 0,003) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan secara positif dengan perilaku bullying. proporsi varians dari kepribadian big five yang dijelaskan oleh variabel independen adalah sebesar 27,5 %, sedangkan 72,5% sisanya dipengatuhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to obtain the effect of goal setting training in improving students motivation to learn. The hypothesis of this study that there were a difference between the level of student learning motivation experiment group with control group were given before and after goal setting training. Students are given goal setting training (experiment group) will increase the learning motivation after treated by goal setting training than students who did not receive goal setting training (control group). Subjects in this study amounted to eighteen for the experimental group and also for the control group. Measuring instruments used to measure the level of learning motivation was learning motivation scale. Experimental design used in this study was Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design and the process of determining the subject done randomly. The analysis used was a parametric statistical test models of the Independent Sample T - Test to see differences in learning motivation scores between the experimental group with the control group. The results of the pretest data analysis using Independent Sample T-Test known sig = 0.798 ( p > 0.05), and posttest data analysis known sig = 0.000 ( p < 0.005 ). Meanwhile, to see the difference in pretest scores, posttest, and follow-up used paired sample T-test in the experimental group and the control group. The results of data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test on the pretest-posttest scores showed t = -23.884 with a significance level = 0.000 (p< 0.005), the results of the analysis on the posttest-follow-up scores showed t = 4,481 with a significance level = 0.000 (p< 0.005), and the results of the analysis on the pretest score-followup showed t = -20 821 with a significance level = 0.000 (p<0.005). The results of this analysis showed that the experimental group treated with increased motivation to learn after being given the training goal setting than before given the goal setting training. Keywords: goal setting training, learning motivation

Abstract

Menjalin persahabatan merupakan kemampuan level tinggi dalam relasi sosial. Dalam persahabatan, individu lebih mendekat, membuka diri, berbagi, memahami adanya perbedaan dan saling menerima.   Kemampuan menjalin persahabatan terbentuk dari hubungan antara orang tua – anak. Attachment atau kelekatan antara orang tua-anak menjadi dasar dari pembentukan kepribadian seseorang, termasuk menjalin persahabatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antara persahabatan dengan attachment ayah dan attachment ibu. Sebagai variabel bergantung adalah persahabatan, sedangkan variabel bebas yaitu attachment ayah dan attachment ibu. Pengukuran ketiga variabel dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Sebanyak 60 mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian.  Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji deskriptif dan uji inferensial yaitu regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi UM Lampung memiliki kemampuan menjalin persahabatan yang baik,  attachment dengan ibu dan ayah yang nyaman. Attachment dengan ibu lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ayah. Ibu sebagai figur kelekatan yang utama, memilki hubungan yang lebih erat dan nyaman bersama subyek dibandingkan hubungan ayah dengan subyek.Pengujian ketiga hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara persahabatan dengan attachment ibu, persahabatan dengan attachment ayah serta persahabatan dengan attachment ayah dan ibu secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

Achieving long-term goals is the main focus of every company as a manifestationof a firm sustainability. Employees as the backbone of the company need positive behavior and a strong desire to achieve this long-term goal. This positive character with long-term assurance is called grit. The current problem is the high level of turnover of company employees which is one indicator of the lack of attachment of employees in achieving the company's long-term goals. Grit is predicted to be able to support the achievement of the company's long-term goals and empirically able to reduce turnover rates. The purpose of this study is to test empirically whether there are significant differences in grit behavior based on employee demographics in one of FMCG company in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a mixed method with a scale for quantitative data and open questions for qualitative data. The total subjects involved in this study were 115 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. The results showed that there were no significant differences in employee grit behavior in terms of age, sex, work period and education. The results of qualitative data analysis through data transformation found several possible main factors in working, such as good teamwork, assurance of occupational safety and health, adequate work facilities, a fair recognition system, a work environment that facilitates self-development, communication and good relations subordinate supervisors and consistent application of company regulations.

Abstract

ABSTRACTReading is the basic capabilities that must be mastered in order to understand the knowledge. In reality, not all children have a good reading skills. To overcome this problem researcher choosed VAKT method. Researcher believed toward VAKT method effective to improve literacy ability on early elementary school students. This study aimed to determine how the influence of  VAKT methods to improve reading ability at the beginning of first grade elementary school students. The subject on this study was the first grade elementary school students. The subject on this study consist of 5 students. Experimental design used in this study is quasi experiment. The data analysed by nonparametric (Wilcoxon). The results showed that VAKT method effective to improve reading skills at the beginning of the first grade students of elementary school. The result showed that (z = -2.023, p= 0,043 (p <0.050). This study concluded that there was a significant difference between the ability to read at the beginning of the first grade students of elementary school before and after treatment. The reading ability at the beginning of the first grade students after the treatment is better than before the treatment. Key words: Implementation VAKT Method, Early Reading Ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self control dengan perilaku berhutang pada Mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung. Hipotesis penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara self control dengan perilaku berhutang pada mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung. Variabel yang digunakan adalah perilaku berhutang dan self control. Sampel adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku berhutang dan self control dengan metode analisis data  teknik Analysis korelasi Pearson.Hasil penelitian ada hubungan yang signifikan negatif antara self control dengan perilaku berhutang Mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung (dimana nilai rxy= -0,441 dan α = 0,001 dimana α<0,05 ).hubungan kedua variabel bersifat tidak searah dan bernilai negatif yang berarti bahwa semakin rendah prilaku self control maka semakin tinggi prilaku berhutang mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung, sebaliknya semakin tinggi prilaku self control maka semakin rendah prilaku berhutang mahasiswa Fakultas X Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung.

Abstract

Abstract The arson expulsion experienced by a former Gafatar member in Mempawah, West Kalimantan led the government to take steps by returning former Gafatar members to their respective areas of origin. On the other hand, the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) officially declared that Gafatar was a cult. Both of these can create resistance from the surrounding community when former Gafatar members return to their respective regions of origin. This is a challenge for former Gafatar members to be able to adjust to their environment. This study aims to determine the pattern of adjustment of former Gafatar members after repatriation to the area of origin. Using a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data retrieval method using observation and interviews in-depth research subjects and other individuals around them. The research subjects were 3 people. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by giving a review or interpretation of the data obtained so that it becomes more clear and meaningful. From the data analysis it was found that in adjusting, former Gafatar members tended to be more selective in choosing the topic of conversation with the surrounding community, trying to think from the perspective of others, trying to provide an alternative perspective on their environment, following what their environment wants, be more careful in interacting, tend to ignore negative responses from the environment, and stay in touch with other former Gafatar members.Keyword: Pattern of Self-Adjustment, Former Gafatar Member

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji perbedaan tekanan psikologis dan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga di wilayah perdesaan dan perkotaan. Penelitian ini merupakan subsampling dari penelitian utama mengenai “Keragaan Ketahanan Keluarga Indonesia”. Penelitian ini mengambil dua lokasi dari penelitian utama yakni Kelurahan Empang dan Mulyaharja dengan melibatkan 60 orang contoh. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh (60,2%) keluarga di kedua wilayah mengalami tekanan psikologis berupa hal-hal yang mengkhawatirkan. Hampir separuh (46,7%) keluarga di wilayah perdesaan dan hampir seperempat (23,3%) keluarga di wilayah perkotaan memiliki kesejahteraan subjektif yang rendah. Hasil uji beda independent sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa tekanan psikologis dan kesejahteraan subjektif lebih tinggi pada keluarga di wilayah perkotaan.Kata kunci: tekanan psikologis, kesejahteraan subjektif, keluarga, perdesaan, perkotaan
