Abstract

The ideal relationship between education and theology should be functional-mutualism so that education has a strong spirit and foundation. As well, theology can have practical and contributory meaning in social life. So education is not just an effort to producing "mechanical" humans who are dry on the values ​​of spirituality and morality, and theology is not merely at the level of the discourse of thinkers. This study is an attempt to construct theological-philosophical thought into a conceptual formula at the educational level. The focus in this study is the construction of the theological-philosophical thought of the Sunni-Madurese community as a unique community entity and religious conception with unique local characteristics as well. Through a philosophical and phenomenological approach it can be concluded that the Sunni-Madurese community is a fiqh-oriented society, more specifically Shafi'iyah fiqh, although it does not completely ignore the esoteric aspects of Sufism. In the context of Islamic transmission, philosophy of Sunni-Madura tend to avoid the art of preaching. Islamic da'wah in Madura prefers pesantren education pathways so that art becomes an area that is not touched by Islamization. As a society that has a tendency towards fiqh, the philosophy of Sunni-Madura Islamic education emphasizes more on efforts to bring students into human beings who believe, obey worship and obey the shari'ah. So the material taught in pesantren both formal, non-formal, and informal places more emphasis on conceptual mastery and amaliyah (mahdlah) and physical.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the practice of buying and selling durian in slashes in the village mantenan Giyanti Candimulyo District of Magelang and to know the views of jurisprudence against such practice in the study of the book of Fatḥu al-Qarīb. This type of research is in the form of descriptive qualitative way through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation directly to the people in the village Mantenan Giyanti, namely 5 penebas durian, durian tree 4 owners and other related parties. Results from this study showed that the practice of buying and selling durian in the blow has become a habit people and do when durian has not seen goodness. But there are also penebas who bought durian durian currently been aged about 5 months and nearly ripe. According to the jurisprudence perspective in the study of the book of Fatḥu al-Qarīb an when it has not seen goodness is not valid because it contains gharar legal (vagueness) and could be detrimental to either party. Although buying and selling is prohibited in Islam, but people still carry out this practice on the grounds if the contract slashes replaced by a lease agreement or purchase contract then becomes valid law. However, this in the context of the book Fatḥu al-Qarīb was still judged invalid because the durian tree can not be taken usefulness, but could only take the fruit. Abstract

Abstract: This research is a qualitative study using a library research approach, which is an approach that studies and uses literature as a reference and reference in managing data. This qualitative research as an assessment procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken from someone who can be observed. In this case the object is the relevance of the philosophy of progressivism and its implications for Islamic education. The data collection method in this research uses literature study. In this stage, the researcher tries to select data (books) that are relevant to the philosophy of progressivism and its implications for Islamic education. In this writing, the analysis used with hermeneutics, the writer explains that behind the text there is context meaning or behind the explicit meaning there is an explicit meaning if interpreted literally can be interpreted as an interpretation or interpretation. This method step is intended to capture the meaning, value and purpose of the relevance of the philosophy of progressivism and its implications for Islamic education. Then the authors also use synthesis analysis means the stages of an object of scientific study that connects an articulation of meaning with one another meaning which is then discovered by a new articulation of knowledge in the form of philosophy of progressivism and its implications for Islamic education. The author also uses content analysis, namely research conducted on information documented in recordings, both images, sounds, writing and others. With this method scientific data analysis and processing will be carried out on the content of the philosophy of progressivism and its implications for Islamic education. The results showed that the flow of philosophy of progressivism was the flow of modern educational philosophy which required changes in the implementation of education to be more advanced. This flow of progressivism prioritizes the implementation of education in children-centered schools (student oriented) and makes educators limited to being facilitators, mentors, and directors for students. The purpose of the flow of progressivism in education is to want to change the practice of education that has been impressed authoritarian to be democratic and more respectful of the potential and abilities of children, and encourage the implementation of learning that involves more students. By implementing the flow of progressivism in education, the hope is that it can bring change and progress in education in Indonesia to become more qualified, so that it can realize the goals of Indonesia's national education. Keyword: Philosophy of Progressivism, Islamic Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan pustaka (library research), yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mengkaji serta mengggunakan literatur sebagai bahan acuan dan rujukan dalam mengelola data. Penelitian kualitatif ini sebagai prosedur penilaian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari seseorang yang dapat diamati. Dalam hal ini objeknya adalah relevansi filsafat progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Dalam tahapan ini, peneliti berusaha menyeleksi data-data (buku) yang ada relevansi filsafat progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Dalam penulisan ini analisis yang digunakan dengan hermeneutika, yakni penulis memaparkan dibalik teks ada makna konteks atau dibalik makna tersurat ada arti tersurat jika diartikan secara harfiah dapat diartikan sebagai penafsiran atau interpretasi. Langkah metode ini dimaksud untuk menangkap arti, nilai dan maksud relevansi filsafat progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Kemudian penulis juga mengunakan analisis sintesis berarti tahapan terhadap suatu objek kajian ilmiah yang mengaitkan sebiah artikulasi makna satu dengan makna lain yang kemudian ditemukan sebuah pengetahuan dengan artikulasi baru berupa filsafat progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Penulis juga menggunakan content analysis yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap informasi yang didokumentasikan dalam rekaman, baik gambar, suara, tulisan dan lain-lain. Dengan metode ini akan dilakukan analisis data dan pengolahan secara ilmiah tentang isi tulisan filsafat progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aliran filsafat progresivisme merupakan aliran filsafat pendidikan modern yang menghendaki adanya perubahan pelaksanaan pendidikan menjadi lebih maju. Aliran progresivisme ini mengutamakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah berpusat pada anak (student oriented) dan menjadikan pendidik hanya sebatas sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan pengarah bagi peserta didik. Adapun tujuan dari aliran progresivisme dalam pendidikan ialah ingin merubah praktik pendidikan yang selama ini terkesan otoriter menjadi demokratis dan lebih menghargai potensi dan kemampuan anak, serta mendorong untuk dilaksanakannya pembelajaran yang lebih banyak melibatkan peserta didik. Dengan menerapkan aliran progresivisme dalam pendidikan, harapannya dapat membawa perubahan dan kemajuan pendidikan di Indonesia menjadi lebih berkualitas, sehingga mampu mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional Indonesia. Abstract

Reading the Qur'an is something that must be mastered by the students in the Islamic Boarding School. The role of a teacher and the methods used become important in the learning cycle in an educational institution especially Islamic boarding school. Qiraati is one of the methods used in learning to read the Qur'an. One indicator that is the key to the success of students is able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, namely the existence of a professional qori. This type of research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 89 students. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 application. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the qori 'professionalism variable on the ability of students to read the Qur'an has a significance value level of less than 0.05 (p <0 , 05). This shows that the qori professionalism variable 'affects the ability of students to read the Qur'an in the ASRI Islamic Boarding School Tegalrejo Magelang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makro (sertifikat bank Indonesia syariah, tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, jumlah uang yang beredar, dan indeks harga saham gabungan) terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB) reksadana saham syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima produk reksadana saham syariah dengan total NAB terlengkap yaitu Trim Syariah Saham, CIMB-Principal Islamic Equity Growth Syariah, Mandiri Investa Atraktif Syariah, Cipta Syariah Equity, dan Manulife Syariah Sektoral Amanah selama periode 2013 hingga 2016. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data panel model Fixed Effect (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, IHSG, dan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NAB reksadana saham syariah. Variabel yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NAB reksadana saham syariah adalah SBIS.

Abstract

Along with the development of financial institutions today, the number of Islamic financial institutions is increasing, Indonesia which is one of the countries with the largest majority of Muslim population in the world has the opportunity to further advance Sharia-based financial institutions. In the face of the times and technological developments, Islamic financial institutions must always innovate so that they are no less competitive with conventional financial institutions. If Islamic Financial Institutions do not innovate and make a better difference, Islamic financial institutions will be eroded by time. This study will examine the competitive strategy undertaken by Islamic Financial Institutions in facing competition in the financial industry in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting a SWOT analysis so that the strengths, weaknesses of opportunities and threats that exist in Islamic Financial Institutions will be known. This research was conducted by taking data at Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang, BPRS Saka Dana Mulia Kudus and Kospin Jasa Syariah Jepara.
