Abstract

Employee performance appraisal in an institution is an absolute thing that needs to be done, where employees compete fiercely to get the best category in order to achieve a brilliant career in that agency. Every agency needs qualified, honest, educated, and disciplined employees to ensure good quality. Each agency has a different and selective way of determining good employees, this can also be a consideration for agency leaders to choose the best employee criteria so that they are worthy of being placed in strategic positions. From some of the descriptions above, this research needs to be carried out which aims to assist a leader in an institution in determining the best employees. This study applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for decision making to rank the best employee performance. The steps taken are determining the criteria and attributes that will be the reference in the decision matrix assessment so that the final result obtained is the ranking of the best criteria and attribute values ​​that can help the leadership of an agency to make informed decisions in determining the best employees to be placed in strategic positions in these agencies.

Abstract

Since Covid 19 attacked Indonesia, almost all sectors have been affected. In the education sector, which requires students to study from home (online), in the economic sector the poverty rate is getting higher, many workers have been laid off and some are sent home. The face of the Indonesian economy has become a mess. One of the ways for the government to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is to provide social assistance to the community. However, in distributing aid, the distributors are often constrained in prioritizing the recipient community. The mechanisms for distributing aid are complicated and often not well targeted due to inappropriate criteria for beneficiaries and inaccurate / inaccurate data. So that not a few people protested because they did not receive assistance even though they were also affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The decision support system using the weighted product method was considered capable of finding the highest priority for beneficiaries based on predetermined criteria, namely employment status, home status, domicile, dependents. and income per month. The final result is a rating of vactor V where the alternative which has the highest value has the highest priority to receive assistance.

Abstract

Herbal medicine is a medicine from natural ingredients whose properties have not been scientifically proven, in other words, it has not been subjected to clinical or clinical trials, but its properties are trusted by people based on experience. And at this time many herbal products are marketed in general, and not a few people are confused to choose the right herbal medicine according to their circumstances, so people have to consult or ask before choosing, and make the store experience a long queue on customers. Therefore an expert system is needed for herbal medicine so that people can choose the right herbal medicine according to their circumstances or conditions, and this system can reduce the queue at the herbal medicine shop customers. Expert system built in this study uses the forward chaining method. Case study for the system that is "Pasuruan herbal shop fan" which contained 70 types of herbal medicine, the results of tests conducted by this system are in accordance with the diagnosis.

Abstract

Companies need several types of communication technology that can predict customer purchase interest, the goal is that the company can properly consider product sales and determine the company's paint product supply. So far, the decision of the Home Smart sales manager has been made by looking at the closeness of the supplier relationship and how many sponsors are funding the company. So that sometimes the product cannot compete with other companies. The Naive Bayes classifier algorithm is one of the algorithms included in the classification technology. The application of the Naive Bayes method is expected to predict paint purchases from suppliers. From 60 paint purchase data tested with the Naive Bayes method, the results reached 80% of the accuracy of the predictions. Of the 60 tested paint purchase data, 48 paint purchase data were successfully classified correctly.

Abstract

A motorbike is a type of transportation that runs on an engine and has two wheels. Used is something that has been called not new. Human need for transportation means the most in the use of motorbikes. Economic limitations of some people choose to buy used motorbikes. In the selection, it is difficult to help consumers determine the choice of vehicle to be purchased. This is because there are so many types of motorbikes in one brand. This study aims to recommend a reference solution as a basis for consideration in selecting a used motorbike. This decision support system in solving this problem uses AHP and TOPSIS. The AHP method was chosen because it produces weighted criteria. Meanwhile, TOPSIS was chosen because for ranking determination, it is expected to provide the best used motorbike recommendation solutions to buyers

Abstract

The development of information technology has created convenience and accuracy in decision making within government agencies and companies. The problem that often arises in a company is about the payroll system, this is a lot we see in electronic and print media there are employees who do demos to demand an increase in salary and no transparency in payroll. The use of computers in any company is very common and ordinary, because there are already many and even all companies use computers as a medium for storing data and controlling data. But the data storage system is still manual for example with Ms. Excell is still lacking in data storage systems. Where so far the recording of the salary of employees is still using the manual system. Given the payroll in a company is an important thing and requires proper handling so that there are no errors in the calculation of employee work hours or extra hours / overtime hours, so we need a system that can overcome these problems. Using VB.Net 2008 Programming can help in making reports that are fast, accurate, timely and also eliminate the constraints that exist in making salary data reports.

Abstract

As Lembaga Penjamin Mutu (LPM) or Quality Assurance Institution of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW), it has many responsibilities to improve quality of UKSW such as the quality of curriculum, lecturers, facilities, etc. LPM works with big data on daily basis, therefore it needs to improve efficiency at work and of course to make it easier. In this case LPM often have to deal with Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDikti) to give report to the government about student data of UKSW. Therefore, it is needed a web-based system to filter active student from excel file so that it will make LPM works easier and more efficient.

Abstract

Pizzahut Setiabudi Semarang is a middle class restaurant in Indonesia that serves pizza, pasta and also various kinds of food. The process of recording stock inventories at Pizzahut Setiabudi currently still uses manual recording on books, both incoming and outgoing materials. In addition, the procurement process for raw material stock only uses estimates, this can lead to excess stock in the warehouse or actually experience a stock shortage which can later hamper the operational process of the business. In this research, we build a raw material inventory control system to help restaurants manage material stock data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. EOQ is a method used to optimize the purchase of raw materials that can reduce inventory costs so that the efficiency of material inventory in the company can run well.

Abstract

Stock is the most important thing in running a shop business. The right amount of stock of raw materials will be very helpful in the operation of the shop business. The shop will be able to minimize losses such as reducing the cost of maintaining the stock of raw materials, minimizing the damage to the stock of raw materials due to being stored for too long, and ensuring the quality of the stock of raw materials. The purpose of this study is to assist the shop in minimizing its losses by building a stock control website and order prediction using the EOQ method. With this website, it produces the optimal amount of stock with EOQ calculations that can be used by shops to place stock orders. The amount of stock produced is obtained from sales data from September 2019 to September 2020. The results of this study are expected to help the shop in managing the optimal amount of stock.

Abstract

Stunting describes a state of chronic malnutrition during growth and development since early life. This situation is represented by the height z-score for age (TB/U), which is less than minus 2 standard deviations (SD), based on WHO growth standards.Data from the Semarang City Health Office stated that the results of monitoring nutritional status based on indicators of body length for age (PB/U) or height for age (TB/U) the incidence of stunting in the city of Semarang was 20.37%. This research will make it easier to determine information regarding the classification of stunting nutritional status in toddlers. Stunting data will be processed and used as information regarding normal or not stunting nutritional status in toddlers. With this information, it can make it easier to collect data on toddlers who experience stunting nutritional status, besides that it can also be used to hold counseling to increase stunting nutritional levels and prevent stunting in toddlers by using the Naive Bayes Classifier. The accuracy result of the Naive Bayes Classifier method in classifying stunting nutritional status is 88%
