Abstract

This research was motivated by low student learning outcomes in time measurement material and students' level of understanding had not yet reached the level of reflective thinking. This research aims to describe the influence of using contextual media with the PBL model on reflective thinking skills in class II at SDN Sedati Gede 2 Sidoarjo. Contextual media is concrete media that contains cuts, stick-ons and folds, an image that is displayed in front of it and attached to a whiteboard. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with the "Explanatory sequential design" method. This design involves measuring students' reflective thinking abilities before (pre-test) and after (post-test) treatment in the form of using contextual media to measure mathematics time. This research is included in the Posttest – Preetest type of test which uses 2 classes. The data obtained in this research has an average score of 75.95 from Class 2 - A with 30 students, and from Class 2 - B with 32 students. So it can be said that the use of contextual media that has been developed is also effective on student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of contextual media on students using the PBL learning model on reflective thinking skills in class II at SDN Sedati Gede 2 Sidoarjo. The results of the research showed that there was a significant increase in students' reflective thinking abilities, thus contextual media was proven to make a positive contribution to the reflective thinking abilities of class II students at SDN Sedati Gede 2 Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Education is an important process for passing on cultural values ​​and developing students' potential holistically, including spiritual, intellectual and skills aspects. In the learning context, the use of appropriate learning models can increase student interest and learning outcomes. The Learning Cycle 5E learning model (Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, Evaluation) emphasizes active student involvement, so it is effective in facilitating understanding of concepts and improving learning achievement. From the percentage obtained, it shows that 65% of the total number of students, 32 students, still shows low interest in learning. This means that only 11 students have shown interest in studying the eye math. Another cause is that the learning model applied is less attractive. Therefore, students become passive and tend to remain silent because they do not understand the material, which has an impact on students' low interest in learning. (Juniarti & Affandi, 2020). From the results of interviews with class V teachers, students' learning outcomes in mathematics were still below the specified minimum standard scores, of the 32 class V students at SDN 3 Kertasura who had achieved 34% completion of the KKM, 11 students, while 65% had not completed the KKM as many as 21 students. The application of the 5E Learning Cycle model is proposed to overcome this problem. This model not only improves understanding of the material, but also encourages students' active participation in the learning process. By providing a fun and relevant learning experience, this model is expected to significantly increase student interest and learning outcomes, especially in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

This study developed the interactive multimedia "BAN" based on Articulate Storyline for teaching Ilmu Pengetahuan alalam dan Sosial (IPAS) on the topic of natural landscapes in elementary school students, specifically grade IV. The study aimed to test the feasibility of the product considering its effectiveness, practicality and validity. The research used a development model called ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects consisted of 25 Grade IV students from SDN Kertajaya IV/210 Surabaya. Validation results showed the material validity at 91.11% and media validity at 91.42%. Practicality was measured through teacher surveys (92%) and student surveys (93.20%). The analysis of student learning completeness obtained a percentage of 88% with a very good category. The paired t-test results obtained a Sig. value of 0.00, indicating that the Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.05, which shows that the students' learning outcomes differ significantly from the pretest and posttest data. Multimedia "BAN" can attract students' attention and make them focus on the lesson. Multimedia can also enhance the quality of learning, as evidenced by the improvement in students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research explores the application of the snakes and ladders game method as a tool to increase student concentration at MI Az Zainiyah II KarangAnyar. The snakes and ladders game has been modified by adding educational elements to integrate learning aspects with play activities. The main aim of this research is to observe the impact of using the snakes and ladders game on student engagement and concentration during the learning process. The results showed that students demonstrated significant improvements in concentration and engagement when engaged in games that combined elements of learning with entertainment. Evaluations were carried out through direct observation and discussions with students, revealing that students were more focused and motivated in completing the learning tasks encountered during the game. Although some challenges, such as maintaining motivation and adjusting the level of difficulty, were encountered during implementation, the benefits of this method show that a creative approach to learning can create a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment. This research concludes that an optimized snakes and ladders game can be an effective educational tool, offering the potential to improve the quality of learning and student concentration in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the representation of Anne's character confronts women'sstereotypical roles during the 19th Century by being a feminist in the center of a patriarchalsociety, fighting for equality, body autonomy, and the fundamental rights of women. The research data is from Netflix original series Anne with an E premiered seven years ago. This series based on a classic children novel set in the late 19th Century that recounts Anne Shirley's adventures. This paper focus on the third one since it is the onemore relevant to the topic and theory that will be discussed. The researcher used qualitative research method with a semiotic analysis to analayze the research object. The data analysis technique is based from “The Codes of Television” semiotics theory by John Fiske. The approach used to investigate are; the level of reality, the level of representation, and the level of ideology. Based on the data, the researcher has found in this Century and Canada, women didn’t have a voice, but Anne become that voice that many tried to silence. She fought grateefully for women’s rights, and she applied it to her life. A patriarchal society was confronted not just by Anne but by a complete change of thought. Anne’s character is a true feminist icon who fought for women’s rights and works as an example for the women of nowadays.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Digital, Inovasi Produk, dan Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa pada era ekonomi digital. Transformasi digital yang pesat menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif agar tetap kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), melibatkan 100 responden pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Digital, Inovasi Produk, dan Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Literasi Digital meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperluas pasar, sementara Inovasi Produk mendorong terciptanya nilai tambah dan diferensiasi produk. Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial secara signifikan memperkuat interaksi dengan konsumen serta efektivitas promosi. Nilai R-square sebesar 0.690 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 69,0% variasi dalam kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Sumbawa. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya upaya peningkatan kapasitas digital, inovasi berkelanjutan, dan optimalisasi media sosial bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Marketplace, Sistem Pembayaran Digital, dan Strategi Promosi terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa pada era ekonomi berbasis platform. Perkembangan ekosistem digital menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan adopsi marketplace, pemanfaatan sistem pembayaran elektronik, dan inovasi strategi pemasaran demi mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis di tengah persaingan yang semakin dinamis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 100 pelaku UMKM yang secara aktif menggunakan setidaknya salah satu dari marketplace, sistem pembayaran digital, atau strategi promosi digital di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Marketplace, Sistem Pembayaran Digital, dan Strategi Promosi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan UMKM, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,643 menandakan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebesar 64,3% variasi dalam pertumbuhan penjualan UMKM di Sumbawa. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi akselerasi digital yang terintegrasi melalui optimalisasi platform marketplace, peningkatan penggunaan sistem pembayaran digital, dan pengembangan strategi promosi berbasis teknologi demi memperkuat kinerja penjualan dan daya saing UMKM di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia berkembang melalui interaksi dengan pusat-pusat keilmuan dunia, dari pesantren tradisional hingga madrasah dan perguruan tinggi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan analisis isi dan historis untuk menelusuri genealogi pendidikan Islam, perkembangannya, serta kontribusinya dalam dinamika global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam di Indonesia mengalami tiga fase utama: pertama, fase pembentukan pesantren yang dipengaruhi oleh tradisi keilmuan Islam dari Timur Tengah dan Asia Selatan; kedua, fase modernisasi madrasah yang mengadaptasi sistem pendidikan formal sebagai respons terhadap kolonialisme dan tuntutan zaman; dan ketiga, fase globalisasi pendidikan Islam yang ditandai dengan kerja sama akademik, pertukaran pelajar, serta pengaruh pemikiran Islam dari berbagai belahan dunia. Jejaring pendidikan Islam Indonesia dengan dunia terus berkembang melalui peningkatan mobilitas intelektual, penguatan kurikulum berbasis integrasi ilmu agama dan sains, serta adaptasi terhadap tantangan global. Dengan memahami pola hubungan historis dan dinamika global yang terjadi, lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dapat terus berkontribusi dalam memperkuat peradaban Islam secara lebih luas. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Genealogi, Pesantren, Madrasah, Globalisasi.
