Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where content will be optimized so that learners have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. This study aims to ascertain and collect data related to the implementation of the independent curriculum in driving schools. This study is a systematic literature review, which aims to comprehensively review research related to the implementation of the independent curriculum in driving schools. The articles used were from 2022-2023. Principals and driving teachers have a major role in the implementation of the independent curriculum in driving schools. In its implementation, of course, obstacles are found. In addition, this study also describes activities in learning the independent curriculum. Abstract

Character education is one of the main priorities in the education system in Indonesia. Currently, character education in Indonesia faces significant challenges. Character education creates a school environment that supports the ethical and responsible development of learners, through concrete examples and teaching of good universal values. The Pancasila Learner Profile is a concept developed by the Indonesian government to strengthen character education in schools. The research method used in this study is SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Data collection is done by identifying or reviewing articles that have the same research topic. The article used is the latest publication period 2022-2024. This article contains the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Project through three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The implementation stage also goes through several steps, namely: (1) Opening, (2) Delivery of P5 material, (3) Preparation of the P5 program. (4) P5 practice. (5) Evaluation of the level of teacher understanding of P5. In addition, there were several supports and obstacles that occurred during the implementation of P5. Supports include: 1) consistency and commitment from the school to implement P5; 2) collaboration of students and teachers; 3) the ability of teachers to implement P5; 4) active participation from parents; 5) support from the community and the environment, and; 6) complete facilities and infrastructure. While the obstacles found were: (1) differences in perceptions between facilitators due to the lack of preparedness of facilitators' mindset in implementing P5; (2) inadequate resources; (3) resistance from some students or parents to changes in learning approaches; (4) budget limitations; and (5) difficulties in character assessment. Abstract

This study result to find out the perspectives of parents of elementary school students on the use of social media. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology by collecting data through interviews with parents of elementary school students. The results of the study show that from various perspectives of parents of elementary school students at SDN Rejosari 03 there are positive, negative or neutral results. The use of social media has both positive and negative impacts. Children at SDN Rejosari 03 use social media not only for chatting and watching videos on YouTube or TikTok but also for searching for sources of information from Google. The positive impact of using social media provides convenience for children and parents, especially for school or learning purposes, and children can be digitally literate from an early age. However, the negative impact of using social media is a concern and anxiety for parents of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of School Literacy Movement (SLM) in SD Hadi Sakti and SDN 39 Cakranegara. The study uses the qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Techniques of collecting data uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, namely, data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validity technique for data uses the the triangulation of source and triangulation of technique. The results showed that: (1) the planning of SLM consist of human resources planning, provision of facilities and infrastructure, funding sources, program planning, and setting the success indicator; (2) the implementation of SLM consist of the activities form of SLM implementation, which are 15 minutes reading program, and provision of reading corners, and the advantages and disadvantages of SLM implementation, includes the advantages which are successfully implemented the 15 minutes reading program, rises the student motivation and reading interest, while the disadvantages is theres no librarian or library officer; (3) the evaluation of SLM implementation, where the implementation of SLM in SD Hadi Sakti and SDN 39 Cakranegara is going well and is in accordance with the plan. This is supported by the supporting factors. Yet in its implementation, there are also found the inhibiting factors. The solution is in the evaluation form as an effort to reduce the inhibiting factors which are done by the evaluation in the class by the teacher directly, monthly evaluation, and evaluation at the end of the semester

Abstract

At this time education must be able to follow the development of technology and times, it’s run quickly. Education can prepare graduates with skills that the needs of the business world and the times. Education must be able to prepare graduates with high competitiveness. That’s why the educational institutions must use technology digital in lesson activities. The aims of the research is to know the transformation of digital learning in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The sample of this research is the teachers in Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. Data collection was done through interviews and observations. The research results indicate the impact of digital learning transformation in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi.

Abstract

This research was motivated by low student learning motivation and less than optimal teacher skills in implementing the learning model at SDN Cinunuk 01 Bandung. This research aims to measure the level of student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially the historical material Getting to Know Khulafaurrasyidin, by applying the Talking Stick cooperative learning model. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the differences in learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample involved class V-B as the experimental class and one other class as the control class. The results showed that students' learning motivation in the control class did not experience a significant increase and remained at a moderate level. Before the treatment, the average score for learning motivation was 120.77, while after the treatment it increased to 141.63. The learning motivation of students in the experimental class increased significantly to reach a high level. Before treatment, the average score for learning motivation was 121.20, and after being given the Talking Stick cooperative learning model, it increased to 157.80 and the effectiveness of increasing learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class was proven through t test analysis. The analysis results show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (15.492 > 2.002), so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This indicates that there is a difference in the average post-test learning motivation between the experimental class and the control class. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Talking Stick cooperative learning model is effective in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in the Getting to Know Khulafaurrasyidin material.

Abstract

The Speed ​​Reading method is considered an effective approach to improve students' reading comprehension. This method uses special techniques to increase students' reading speed without reducing their understanding of the text. In today's digital era, The use of technology is increasingly widespread in various fields of life, including education. This study was conducted with the aim of determining whether the digital-based speed reading method has an effect on the reading ability of Indonesian language students of grade 2 SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru. This study is a quantitative study. The design used is nonequivalent control group design, which is a type of quasi-experimental design with a post-test control group design that is only carried out at SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru. This study used two groups, namely class II-A as the experimental group consisting of 26 students and class II-B as the control class consisting of 26 students. Information was collected through a student reading ability test. Based on the results of the analysis carried out through the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test, the results showed that the advanced speed reading method had a significant effect between the learning achievement scores of students in the experimental and control classes. Thus, it can be concluded that the speed reading method has an effect on the reading ability of Indonesian language students of grade II SDN Kepuh Kiriman 1 Waru.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the leadership strategies implemented by KH Salahuddin Wahid in transforming the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research analyzes various data sources such as documents, interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that KH Salahuddin Wahid applied innovative transformational leadership strategies in modernizing the Tebuireng boarding school without abandoning its traditional values. Several key strategies implemented include: (1) Human resource empowerment through improving the quality of education and training for students and educators. (2) Curriculum innovation by integrating modern science into religious learning. (3) Strengthening organizational governance with greater transparency and accountability. (4) Building networks of cooperation with various educational institutions and communities. These strategies have successfully brought about significant changes in the Tebuireng boarding school, including improved education quality, development of the boarding school's economy, and strengthening the role of the boarding school in society. This research makes a significant contribution to understanding the dynamics of transformational leadership in the context of Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other boarding school leaders in their efforts to modernize boarding schools without neglecting religious values.

(Dibimbing oleh: Rohana dan Latang).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Implementasi Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Untuk Mengetahui Apakah Terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Pendekatan TaRL Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPAS di UPT SPF SDI Hartaco Indah Kecamatan Tamalate. Berdasarkan analisis data, kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan pendekatan TaRL memperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar sebesar 84,96, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang hanya mencapai rata-rata 70,96. Perbedaan ini juga didukung oleh hasil uji statistik, di mana nilai signifikansi pada Independent Sample T-Test adalah 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. thitung 4,313 dan nilai ttabel 2,059, Hal ini berarti bahwa t hitung>t tabel (4,313 >2,059) berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa di Kelas V UPT SPF SDI Hartaco.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information and an overview regarding the implementation of principal supervision in improving teacher performance at SDN Rancaekek 03 and SDN Rancaekek 06. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data on the grounds that qualitative methods allow researchers to understand in depth the nuances and context of supervision management principals in a particular school. The research informants consisted of teachers, students and school principals who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies of participants. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the research showed that the implementation of supervision was based on the needs and goals of the school and was carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementing supervision and follow-up. This research concludes that the role and influence provided by the principal's supervision is very important on teacher performance. Apart from being the job of the principal, academic supervision also has an influence on the quality of teacher performance, which can be obtained from improving and fostering learning aspects needed by teachers as well as providing encouragement in the form of morals so that teachers always remember their main task, namely improving the quality of teaching. It is hoped that these findings can make a contribution. for development in the field of education, especially those related to the supervision of school principals in an effort to improve teacher performance through supervision.
