Abstract

Learning cultural heritage in elementary schools is crucial for shaping national identity and fostering local wisdom appreciation. However, studies on culture-based digital media needs remain limited. Prior research emphasized developing media like interactive videos or e-comics without initial needs analysis, often misaligning with students' traits and local contexts, especially in Madura. At SDN Demangan I Bangkalan, instruction relies on conventional methods such as lectures and textbooks, causing low student motivation and passivity, despite digital demands for interactive, visual approaches. This highlights an urgent need for contextual media to boost understanding and affection for local culture. This study analyzes digital learning media needs for cultural heritage among fifth-grade students at SDN Demangan I, identifying student-teacher preferences and relevant media types. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, involving fifth-grade students and the homeroom teacher as subjects. Data from questionnaires, interviews, and observations were analyzed via Miles and Huberman's interactive model, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, with validity via source triangulation. Findings show 85.71% of students agree/strongly agree digital media (via handphones/laptops) enhances learning enthusiasm, 71.43% find it aids material comprehension, and 80% prefer visuals (images, videos, animations). Teachers view media as effective for engagement but note needs for direct guidance and large-class management (±40 students). Observations confirm conventional methods are unengaging. In conclusion, developing Bangkalan local wisdom-based digital media is essential for motivation, cognitive grasp, and cultural preservation, recommending classroom strategy integration and teacher training.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior is an act that causes others to suffer, thus causing physical and psychological distress. In addition, the explanation above is also reinforced by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) which describes that the trend of socializing with children in education this year has increased quite a lot due to aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior is caused by a lack of parental attention and low peer conformity. The role of parents can also provide related matters in responding to aggressive behavior as a whole so that individuals have the deployment or concentration of energy or mental strength of parents towards their children's social activities with full awareness for the formation of good behavior. This study aims to reveal (1) aggressive behavior in Senior High Schools (SMA), parental attention and peer conformity, (2) the contribution of parental attention and peer conformity individually or together to aggression in Senior High Schools (SMA). The study uses a quantitative method of the descriptive correlation type. The study population is Senior High Schools (SMA) registered in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research sample was Senior High School (SMA), which was selected using the Purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The findings from the results of this study explain that (1) the description of parental attention is in the medium category, (2) peer conformity is in the medium category, (3) aggressive behavior is in the high category, (4) there is a significant contribution between parental attention and aggressive behavior of 0.18%, (5) there is a significant contribution between peer conformity and aggressive behavior of 39.3%, (6) there is a significant relationship between parental attention and peer conformity together with aggressive behavior of 42.1%. This means that parental attention and peer conformity are factors that contribute to reducing and decreasing aggressive behavior in Senior High Schools (SMA). The data of this study means that the higher the parental attention and peer conformity, the lower the aggressive behavior in Senior High Schools (SMA). In relation to the results of this study, researchers can make suggestions: 1) Senior High Schools (SMA) can utilize Guidance and Counseling services to shape positive behavior, 2) Guidance and Counseling teachers should collaborate with school personnel, parents and Senior High Schools (SMA) in preventing and reducing aggressive behavior, and 3) the principal as a leader should be able to assist Guidance and Counseling teachers in establishing good cooperation with parents and other school parties, so as to prevent and reduce aggressive behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meaning of true love (al-mahabbah al-ṣādiqah) in Imam Syafi'i's poem al-ḥubb al-ṣādiq through Bouman's hermeneutic approach. In the modern context marked by a crisis of values and emotional alienation, classical Islamic literature offers spiritual reflections that are relevant to the formation of ethical and humanitarian awareness. This study uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques, focusing on semantic and hermeneutic analysis of classical Arabic texts and their translations. The analysis was conducted by tracing the relationship between the author, the text, and the reader to find dynamic contextual meanings. The results of the study show that sya'ir al-ḥubb al-ṣādiq describes true love as a unity between words, actions, and moral consciousness. Imam Shafi'i emphasizes that sincere love requires obedience, gratitude, and responsibility towards the beloved. Through Bouman's framework, this text is understood not merely as a religious expression, but as a universal reflection on integrity and honesty in love. This finding enriches the study of Islamic literature and hermeneutics by offering a contextual perspective on the transcendental and humanistic value of love.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of coding and Acehnese culture-based Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) in elementary school mathematics learning, analyze the learning process that supports the development of students' mathematical creativity, and identify local cultural values that can be adapted in technology-based and realistic learning designs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an exploratory study design. The research subjects included teachers and students in grades IV–V at an elementary school in Bireuen Regency, Aceh. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of coding and Acehnese culture-based RME can create meaningful, creative, and contextual mathematics learning. The application of local cultural contexts such as Acehnese rumoh motifs and Acehnese cultural values helps students understand mathematical concepts concretely and closely related to their lives. Meanwhile, the application of coding through platforms such as Scratch and Blockly fosters logical and systematic thinking skills and increases creativity in problem-solving. Collaborative and reflective learning reinforces the values of meuseuraya (cooperation) and tameh (politeness), so that students develop not only cognitively but also socially and emotionally. This study concludes that the synergy between local culture, digital technology, and a realistic approach is an effective strategy for realizing meaningful 21st-century mathematics learning rooted in cultural identity. This model can be used as a reference for teachers, schools, and researchers to develop learning innovations based on local wisdom in the digital era.
