Abstract

Thematic learning is an integrated learning method that combines various disciplines into one learning theme to provide students with a beneficial learning experience. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of thematic learning at MIS Muhammadiyah 3 Al-Furqan Banjarmasin. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires with teachers using qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research results show that teachers face problems in terms of limited time, resources, and ability to use technology. However, thematic learning is considered effective for improving students understanding and critical thinking skills. It is highly recommended to provide ongoing training to educators and provide more complete resources to help implement thematic learning.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of students' low understanding of concepts in social studies subjects. The challenges of the digital era underlie updates in the technical teaching of concepts that utilize technology. The need for product development innovation to bridge the problem of low understanding of concepts and the demands of the digital era encourages development research to produce products through concept-based learning methods through digital games. This research aims to create a product in the form of a concept-based learning method designed through digital games in social studies subjects suitable for use. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation) model. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This research involves expert judgment for learning method experts and learning design. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the concept-based learning method through digital games is declared feasibility. Based on validation, learning method experts obtained a percentage of 82.5%, while learning design experts obtained 80%. The results of the limited trial obtained a percentage of 92% stating that the product was worthy of being tested at the next level and the results obtained were 93% of respondents stating that the product was considered feasible. Based on this, it can be concluded that the concept-based learning method through digital games in this research is declared to meet the feasibility. The research results show the novelty of product development in a syntax designed to be oriented towards concept development in digital game design with schemes of team sharing. The researcher recommends that future researchers develop more diverse concept learning in digital games.

Abstract

This study was motivated by public skepticism regarding the implementation of deep learning in education, particularly at the elementary level. The research aimed to examine the pedagogical benefits and ethical considerations of implementing deep learning through an axiological lens. A systematic literature review was conducted. The axiological analysis revealed that deep learning empowered students to develop a sense of belonging in their learning through critical thinking and reflection, fostering joyful, mindful, and meaningful learning experiences. The study highlights the importance of active, authentic, and collaborative learning, while also emphasizing the ethical considerations such as adaptability to digital learning environments and the quality of learning materials aligned with students' needs, interests, and life contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pop-up Book is a three-dimensional media designed to stimulate children's creativity while expanding their knowledge, making it easier to understand the representation of the shape of an object. The purpose of this study is to assess the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the Food Chain Pop-up Book media that combines texts, songs, quizzes, and interactive visuals in the learning of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade V of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. The ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model is used as a development approach in this study. The research sample consisted of 24 students in grade V and had validation sheets, questionnaires, and final tests. The results of the study prove that the percentage of validation of material experts is 90%, and the percentage of validation of media experts is 98% with a total of 94% of the total validation is included in the very valid criteria. The student response sheet showed a percentage of 91%, included in the very valid criteria, while the teacher response sheet reached a percentage of 100% in the very valid category. The percentage of field trial results through posttest is 89%, which is also very valid. The results of the instrument prove that the Food Chain Pop-Up Book media used in IPAS learning is very valid and suitable for use in grade V elementary school learning. Keywords: Pop-up Book, Food Chain, Learning Media ABSTRAK Pop-up Book merupakan media tiga dimensi yang dirancang guna merangsang kreativitas anak sekaligus memperluas ilmu mereka, sehingga memudahkan dalam memahami representasi bentuk suatu objek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai validitas, efektivitas, dan kepraktisan media Pop-up Book Rantai Makanan yang menggabungkan teks, lagu, kuis, dan visual interaktif dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) digunakan sebagai pendekatan pengembangan dalam penelitian ini. Sample penelitian terdiri dari 24 siswa kelas V dan memiliki lembar validasi, angket, dan tes akhir. Hasil penelitian membuktikan persentase validasi ahli materi sebesar 90%, dan persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 98% dengan total keseluruhan validasi mencapai 94% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat valid. Lembar respon siswa menunjukkan persentase sebesar 91%, masuk dalam kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan lembar respon guru mencapai persentase 100% dalam kategori sangat valid. Persentase hasil uji coba lapangan melalui postest adalah 89%, yang juga tergolong sangat valid. Hasil instrument membuktikan bahwa media Pop-Up Book Rantai Makanan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPAS sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

Children's physical and motor development is an important factor that influences the success of the learning process in elementary schools. This study aims to identify the stages of physical and motor development of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Bendosari Boyolali and analyze its implications for the learning process. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design was used to collect data through observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis. The results of the study show that most students have reached the stage of gross motor development appropriate for their age, although some students experience delays in aspects of physical strength and flexibility. These differences in motor development impact the students' ability to participate in lessons requiring physical skills, such as physical education, arts, and academic skills that involve hand-eye coordination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul dengan teknik self talk untuk mengurangi stres sedang santri tahfidz pondok pesantren baitul arqom putri. Problematika berupa stres sedang banyak dialami oleh kalangan pelajar, khususnya pelajar yang menempah pendidikan di pondok pesantren atau biasa disebut sebagai santri. Terlebih santri yang tengah menghafalkan Kalamullah atau Alquran. Oleh karena menghafalkan Alquran adalah amalan yang mulia disisi Allah, maka sangat disayangkan jika para huffadz memilih untuk menyerah karena problematika tersebut yang tidak menemukan jalan solusi. Modul ini dirancang dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, validasi ahli, hingga uji coba terbatas. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ini efektif dalam mengurangi Tingkat stress sedang santri huffadz di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Arqom Putri. Santri yang mengikuti modul ini mengalami perubahan positif mengelola stress yang semula stress pada Tingkat sedang menjadi ringan bahkan tidak lagi stres. Dengan demikian, modul ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk membantu dalam mengatasi problematika santri huffadz yang mengalami stres Tingkat sedang.

Abstract

The implementation of learning models still requires various developments and improvements. Therefore, one of the researcher's efforts to support the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers is to develop effective learning models for improving skills. This study aims to produce a centers-based learning model for the material of adding numbers 1-20 in grade 1 of elementary school to improve critical thinking and independence skills and to test the effectiveness of the learning model through the results of assessing students' skills. The development uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The subjects of this study were grade 1 students (A, B, C) consisting of 63 students from SD Kristen Charis Kota Malang. The results of the study showed that this learning model was effective in improving students' critical thinking and independence skills, as shown by the results of very suitable/suitable validation, and an increase in each category in each aspect improved except for the very low category for critical thinking skills and the not yet visible category for independence aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and then describe how the implementation of instructional leadership by the principal in realizing the quality of education at SD Negeri Kemuning. In this research, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data and information obtained in the study are the results of observation, interviews, and documentation activities. The findings of the study show that the instructional leadership by the principal in realizing the quality of education at SD Negeri Kemuning has been implemented effectively through optimal learning processes, supported by habituation activities, the P5 Silat Kaserangan program, and the mandatory extracurricular activity of Scouts, thus ensuring the quality of the school can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes in physical education sports and health learning for class VIII students of SMP Neger 2 Telukjambe Barat. This research uses quantitative with correlation research methods using questionnaires. The research sample was class VIII students totaling 85 students. This study aims to determine the relationship between student discipline using a questionnaire and learning outcomes using the last semester report card scores. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation techniques. The results obtained showed that if student discipline with learning outcomes in learning physical education sports and health as evidenced by the Significance value is 0.001 <0.05. These results can be interpreted that there is a relationship between student discipline and learning outcomes in learning physical education sports and health in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Telukjambe Barat. And has a correlation of 0.377 and obtained a coefficient of determination R Square of 0.142 which implies that the influence of the student discipline variable with the learning outcomes variable is 14.2%.

Abstract

Educational institutions have a responsibility to realize the ideals of educating the nation's life and forming a virtuous national personality, so that education can be defined as an important factor in realizing quality human resources (HR). This research is to describe the financial management of education at SD Negeri Kalongan 01. The research used is descriptive qualitative which refers to an explanation of Educational Financing Management. With this research, the author will use descriptive research methods through a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the principal, property, teachers, parents and the school committee. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Financial management and financing principles that must be applied include transparency, accountability, effectiveness, efficiency and fairness. The research results show (1) Financial planning education is made into a 1 year budget. (2) The implementation of financing is carried out in accordance with the RAPBS and is reported every three months. (3) Monitoring and evaluation of education financing is carried out periodically.
