Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of progressivism in overcoming the problems of teachers in dealing with students with special needs in inclusive schools. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method referring to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to examine documents from Google Scholar between 2010 and 2024 related to the application of the philosophy of progressivism in education and also related to the problems of teachers in dealing with children with special needs (ABK).Searching for journal articles using Publish or Perish with the keyword philosophy of progressivism in learning students with special needs. Then we also conducted a search on Publish or Perish related to the problems of teachers facing children with special needs with the keywords teacher problems facing students with special needs. From these two journal searches, it turns out that the principles of the philosophy of progressivism, which prioritize aspects of contextual and student-centered learning, can overcome teachers' problems in dealing with students with disabilities related to lesson plans, learning methods and media and infrastructure.

Abstract

Permasalahan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam penyusunan tema pembelajaran tematik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala tersebut dan menawarkan solusi yang tepat. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang dilakukan di SDN 3 Dirgahayu dengan fokus pada wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap proses penyusunan tema pembelajaran oleh guru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif selama periode satu minggu, mulai dari pengumpulan data hingga penyusunan laporan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama yang dihadapi guru meliputi kurangnya pelatihan mengenai kurikulum tematik, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta waktu yang tidak memadai untuk merancang tema pembelajaran. Selain itu, terdapat tantangan dalam kolaborasi antar guru dan pemahaman yang berbeda mengenai implementasi kurikulum. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup perlunya peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru, penyediaan sumber daya yang lebih baik, dan pengembangan platform kolaboratif untuk berbagi pengalaman dan strategi dalam penyusunan tema pembelajaran. Dengan perbaikan tersebut, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar dapat meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah yaitu kemampuan untuk menciptakan perubahanyang efektif dalam perilaku kelompok dan dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan kelompokke arah dan pencapaian tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikanManajemen Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Aliyah NurulIkhwan Maros, 2) Mendeskripsikan Mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah Nurul IkhwanMaros. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif denganmenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KepalaMadrasah sudah melakukan proses manajerial dengan baik. Pada tahapanperencanaan Kepala Madrasah memadukan antara pendekatan administratifdengan pendekatan akar rumput yang disusun berdasarkan atas kebutuhan pesertadidik, semua elemen bekerja sama dengan baik sehingga menciptakan Suasanayang baik, Pada bidang keuangan, Kepala Madrasah dibantu oleh bendahara dariTata Usaha untuk Menyusun RAPBM, SPP, pembayaran gaji, penggalian dana danpembuatan laporan keuangan. Dalam proses pengorganisasian Kepala Madrasahmelakukan dua tahapan yaitu tahapan tingkat struktural dan akademik, Madrasahtelah menerapkan fungsi strukturalisasi yaitu menempatkan personal dalam strukuryang jelas, dalam hal ini menggunakan sistem komando. Tahapan pelaksanaanadministrasi dilakukan secara tertib dan Kepala Madrasah mengetahuiperkembangannya setiap bulan. Pembuatan laporan berupa statistik Madrasahyang dilakukan setiap akhir bulan dan ditandatangani Kepala Madrasah sebagaibentuk pengawasan dan tanggungjawab. Mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah AliyahNurul Ikhwan Maros tergolong baik dan sudah sesuai dengan target visi dan misiMadrasah, peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah dipengaruhi oleh banyakfaktor seperti peran Alumni, penggunaan Sosial media, sosialisasi yang baik danManajerial Kepala Madrasah oleh pihak Madrasah dengan pihak-pihak non internalMadrasah,Standar-Standar Nasional Pendidikan telah berjalan baik.

Abstract

Identifying children's learning styles during the golden age period is very important to support optimal learning development. Every child has a different learning style, such as visual, auditory, or kinesthetic, and by recognizing these learning styles, educators or parents can adjust the most effective teaching methods as an effort to improve children's learning styles in the golden age period. In this research, the author uses a qualitative method by limiting the object of discussion through problem formulation, namely: How are children's learning styles different in the golden age period and how are efforts to improve and support children's learning styles in the golden age period. The results of the discussion show that each child has a different learning style. The different learning styles include: auditory learning style, visual learning style, kinesthetic learning style, social learning style, independent learning style, emotional learning style and mixed learning style. After identifying the differences in children's styles in the golden age period, efforts that can be made to improve and support children's learning styles in the golden age are encouraging children's learning style methods, adapting teaching materials to learning styles, designing activities that accommodate various styles, evaluating and adjust the approach and create a supportive learning environment, and wisely limit children's use of technology to support their social, emotional and cognitive development.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) enhancing student,s positive character in Area Meassurement skills (2)white enhance students' skills in measuring area through the contextual teaching and learning approach (CTL), and (3) examine whether the contextual approach to the concept of area can improve students' learning outcomes. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive and inductive analysis approach as explained by Rahmat. The results of the study show that at the initial stage, teachers did not fully understand the CTL approach with an average document analysis score of 2, observations of student learning activities averaged 1.75, and student learning outcomes reached an average of 69, which did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). After a series of interventions through the application of the CTL approach, the results of teacher document analysis increased to 3.75, observations of student learning activities reached an average of 3.73, and student learning outcomes increased significantly with an average of 87. This increase indicates that the CTL approach is effective in improving teacher understanding, student learning activity, and student learning outcomes on the concept of area measurement. With the achievement of significant improvement, this study was stopped at this stage.

Abstract

Dinasti Safawi merupakan salah satu dinasti Islam yang memegang peranan penting dalam sejarah peradaban Islam. Berawal dari sebuah gerakan keagamaan kecil di wilayah Persia, Dinasti Safawi berkembang menjadi kekaisaran besar yang mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan, mulai dari politik, ekonomi, ilmu pengetahuan, hingga seni dan budaya. Dinasti ini berhasil menjadikan Islam Syiah sebagai identitas keagamaan utama di Persia dan menciptakan basis budaya yang memengaruhi kawasan Timur Tengah hingga era modern. Selain itu, Dinasti Safawi dikenal dengan kontribusinya dalam mengembangkan seni, arsitektur, dan literatur Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas sejarah berdirinya Dinasti Safawi, raja-raja yang memerintah, serta tujuh aspek penting peradaban yang berkembang pada masa tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas mengenai peran dan warisan budaya Dinasti Safawi dalam sejarah Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT "This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership of school principals and the quality of education in senior high schools (SMA) in Cilegon City. The research employs a quantitative approach using Pearson correlation analysis. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and document studies, involving 50 teachers as respondents selected through a total sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is transformational leadership, while the dependent variable is the quality of education. The results indicate that the data is normally distributed, the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is linear, and the data variance is homogeneous. Pearson correlation analysis yielded an rrr value of 0.571 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a moderate positive correlation between transformational leadership and the quality of education. These findings affirm that transformational leadership by school principals significantly contributes to improving education quality. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening transformational leadership as part of the strategy to enhance the quality of education in senior high schools in Cilegon City. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective leadership programs to comprehensively improve educational outcomes.

Abstract

The police profession is one of the professions that faces great challenges in crisis situations. Police members are required to make the right decisions and adapt to stressful conditions quickly and effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on decision-making and self-adjustment in police members who serve in operational functions. The research method used is a correlational quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 personnel of the Riau Islands Police Directorate. Emotional intelligence is measured based on five dimensions: self-awareness, self-management, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Decision-making and self-adjustment are measured using a standardized scale that has been validated. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on decision-making and self-adjustment of police members. The dimensions of self-management and empathy contribute the most in supporting quick and rational decision-making skills, while self-awareness plays an important role in self-adjustment to crisis situations. These findings underscore the importance of developing emotional intelligence through training to improve the performance of police members, especially in dealing with stressful situations. This study concludes that emotional intelligence is a key factor that affects the effectiveness of decision-making and self-adjustment in police members. The practical implication of this study is the need to integrate emotional intelligence training in human resource development programs in police institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the feasibility and response of learning strategies Tafakur Ayat Kauniyah students grade X SMA/MA Strategy oriented tafakur verse kauniyah which means biology learning needs to rest on tafakur activities, namely brooding, thinking, and considering something seriously about the universe. This research so that students have an understanding with the kauniyah verse has the meaning of the embodiment of the majesty of Allah SWT in the form of a universe with study materials in Biology that hold wisdom for those who study it. Using borg and gall development methods. After being tested obtaining a category very worthy of use in SMA /Madrasah Aliyah modified with Kauniyah Verses and can make students more motivated to understand and apply in daily life change the habits and character of students to be better and response educators with very category.

Abstract

This research examines how well TK Darul Ulum Doyo Baru utilized BOS in Stage 1 of 2024 in Jayapura, Papua, and how efficiently they were used. The BOS program aims to provide free basic education to students, improve their education, and reduce financial pressure. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach because the data is derived from interviews and written records. The study found that the school has effectively utilized the BOS by adhering to all relevant rules and technical guidelines. Among the various uses of the BOS are curriculum development, procurement of educational playground equipment, coordination of nutrition programs, and payment of teacher honorariums. Signs of success include increased enrollment, better classroom management, and an overall increase in trust towards the school. According to this research, effective management and collaboration are crucial for schools and foundations to ensure that their funds are usedwisely.
