Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion on consumer purchase intention at Caffe Terokota 114 which opened in July 2024. Sales promotions, including discounts, bundling packages, and loyalty programs, were used to attract new customers and increase repeat visits. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, who were customers of the café. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression to measure the relationship between sales promotion and consumer purchase intention. The results showed that sales promotions had a significant positive effect on increasing consumer purchase intention, with a regression coefficient of 0.68 (p < 0.05), indicating that sales promotion contributed positively to consumer purchase intention. These findings emphasize the important role of sales promotions in attracting consumer attention, especially for new businesses still establishing brand awareness. This research is expected to provide insights for café managers and other culinary business owners in designing effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Arabic at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Taruna Teknik Al-Jabbar Medan holds a strategic role in supporting students' understanding of Islamic values and language skills. This research aims to identify and examine the role of teachers in enhancing students' interest and motivation in learning Arabic. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observations and interviews. The findings reveal that although the Arabic curriculum has been designed in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, challenges persist in the implementation of learning activities, such as low student motivation and limited time. Teachers play a crucial role in overcoming these challenges through innovative and varied teaching methods, the use of technology, and personal approaches aligned with students' interests. A supportive classroom environment and interactive teaching methods are key to boosting students' motivation and interest in learning.This study is expected to provide positive encouragement for the development of Arabic education in madrasah aliyah.

Abstract

Anggota ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 2 Purwakarta banyak yang masih kurang baik dalam melakukan dribbling. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode latihan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling sepakbola pada siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMPN 2 Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Purwkarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota/peserta didik eskul sepakbola yang berjumlah 30 orang, yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperimen dengan model one-grup pretest-posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data adalah tes dribbling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan tendangan sabit siswa, dengan nilai mean pretest 52.07 dan nilai mean posttest 79,77. Uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample T test memberikan nilai signifikasi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan kelincahan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling siswa ekstrakulikuler di SMPN 2 Purwakarta. Abstract

This research aims to determine teachers' strategies in developing fine arts learning towards student creativity at SD N 2 PANJUNAN KUDUS. Developing artistic creativity in children is an important aspect of overall education. Artistic creativity plays a vital role in children's development, helping them to express themselves, develop their imagination and strengthen their cognitive and motor skills. This research analyzes several strategies that can be used to stimulate children's artistic skills as well as the stages or syntax of PJBL learning according to The George Lucas Education Foundation, namely: 1. Determining basic questions 2. Developing a project plan 3. Developing a schedule 4. Monitoring students and project progress 5. Evaluation of results 6. Evaluation of experiences with this theory resulting in strategies used to help develop artistic creativity in students, namely by 1) play approach 2) project-based approach 3) sensory approach 4) modeling approach 5) integrated approach 6) open approach 7) reflective approach. With this approach strategy, it is hoped that it will be able to overcome problems at SD N 2 PANJUNAN regarding 1) lack of student knowledge, inappropriate curriculum. 2) limited learning time. 3) lack of support from parents to educate their children. And can develop their talents in arts and culture and crafts (SBDP).

Abstract

Problem-based learning is a learning model that focuses on students so that they are required to be able to solve learning problems independently and collaboratively. Learning that can solve problems with creativity and critical thinking so that students can gain the ability to find solutions that are relevant to the learning problems faced by students. The philosophy of progressivism is the basis of the problem-based learning model because the pressure of the learning experience given gives the impression that learning is meaningful and enjoyable. Philosophically, progressivism implies that teachers as facilitators are not the only source of learning. However, students' success in solving learning problems cannot be separated from the role of a teacher. This means that the problem-based learning model and the progressivism perspective are a relevant and integrated view of learning concepts. The aim of this research is to examine the relevance of the concept of problem-based learning to the philosophical perspective of progressivism. The research method uses literature views that are described qualitatively. Data obtained from various scientific journals, books and studies that are relevant to the same concept of point of view. The conclusion from the perspective of the concept of problem-based learning with the perspective of the progressivism school of education is that there is an interconnectedness in the existence of theoretical and practical learning.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of moral engagement psychoeducation on reducing bullying behavior among students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan. The research method used was quantitative experimentation with a student population of 35 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The scale used to measure bullying behavior is a pre-test and post-test scale compiled by researchers, while to measure moral engagement the Comprehensive School Climate Inventory (CSCI) is used. The analysis technique used is paired sample t-test using JASP software version 0.18. The research results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results after being given moral engagement psychoeducation (t(34) = -5.619; p < 0.001). These results prove that moral engagement psychoeducation can reduce bullying behavior in students and increase moral engagement in the school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the importance of fine motor stimulation to improve children's writing skills in Kindergarten (TK) B. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that there are 21.74% of children who still have difficulty holding writing instruments and have not fully mastered basic writing skills such as recognizing and following letter patterns or shapes. The research results show that fine motor stimulation, especially through the tracing method, has an important role in improving writing skills in children aged 5-6 years or at kindergarten age level. The tracing method helps children train eye and hand coordination and control hand movements, thus training the child's finger muscles and getting children used to being able to recognize patterns or letter shapes. Apart from that, this method can also increase children's concentration, patience, perseverance and creativity. So, with the tracing method, children can develop fine motor skills and improve children's writing abilities at the kindergarten age level.

Abstract

Pada masa modern ini, kurangnya apresiasi terhadap seni tradisional terutama kesenian Gendang Beleq di kalangan generasi muda terutama pelajar, mereka lebih pada budya pop dan hiburan global yang lebih mudah diakses. Ekstrakurikuler Gendang Beleq sebagai media untuk melestarikan dan memperkenalkan kesenian Gendang Beleq kepada pelajar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Gendang Beleq di SMAN 8 Mataram dalam memperkuat identitas nasional pada kalangan pelajar dan untuk mengetahui nilai dan manfaat yang terkandung dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan Jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara, mengumpulkan data, mengelompokkan dan meyederhanakan data (reduksi data), penyajian data dengan menyusun sekumpulan informasi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Gendang Beleq dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu; 1). Tahap perkenalan, 2). Tahap Paktik, 3). Tahap Kolaborasi, 4).Tahap Evaluasi. Dalam ekstrakurikuler kesenian Gendang Beleq mengandung nilai-nilai yaitu; 1) Nilai kesenian, 2) Nilai Sejarah, 3) Nilai kebersamaan atau sosial, 4). Nilai Multikultural. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut memberikan manfaat untuk memperkuat identitas nasional pada kalangan pelajar, karena melalui keterlibatan dalam kesenian pelajar memperoleh pemahaman langsung dan mendalam tentang budaya lokal (Gendang Beleq), yang merupakan bagian penting dari kekayaan budaya Indonesia, serta sebagai simbol keunikan dan keragaman budaya Indonesia yang harus dijaga dan dilestarikan.

Abstract

Tradisi Perang Topat bukan hanya sebagai symbol keberagaman anatara uamt Hindu dan Islam, tetapi juga sebagai wujud nyata dari prinsip civic toleran atau toleransi sosial yang mengedepankan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan. Tradisi ini juga mencerminkan manifestasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, terutama sila ketiga yaitu, persatuan Indoesia.Nilai persatuan diwujudkan melalui kerja sama atar kedua etnis dalam mengadakan upacara adat tersebut. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelituian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kerja sama umat Hindu dan Islam dalam mengadakan tradisi Perang Topat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Istrumen pengumpulan data berupa daftar pertanyaan, alat tulis, dan alat perekam. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan klasifikasi data, tampillan data, dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, bentuk kerjasama dari dua etnis ini dilakukan melalui empat tahapan yaitu, persiapan, pembukaan, acara inti, dan penutup. Tahap persiapan kerja samanya terlihat dengan adanya musyawarah dan gontong royong. Acara inti, Mereka bekerja sama dalam berbagai tahap, seperti miak pesaji, nyerahang tupat, mendak pesaji, ngaturang pesaji, dan melaksanakan Perang Topat. Penutupan upacara Perang Topat dilakukan dengan acara beteteh dan dlanjutkan berjalan Bersama ke Sarasutah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of game based learning methods assisted by crossword puzzles on the ability to pronounce words and mastery of Javanese vocabulary, especially in basic uploaded material. The method sed is quasi experimental. The research population included 87 students at elementary school in Surabaya. The research sample consisted of 56 students consisting of two groups, namely class VA as the control class and class VB as the experimental class, each with 28 students. Data on pronunciation ability and mastery of Javanese vocabulary were obtained through pretest and posttest. The ability to pronounce Javanese vocabulary is obtained from tests in the form of reading material that students must read correctly, while data on mastery of Javanese vocabulary is obtained through tests in the form of essay questions. Data analysis used the t-test for independent samples. Based on the research results, hypothesis testing shows a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the game based learning method assisted by crossword puzzles affects the ability to pronounce words and mastery of Javanese vocabulary for class V students Elementary school in Surabaya.
