Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of demoralization of the nation's generation which occurs due to the low level of moral understanding that has not been obtained since early childhood and the decreasing intensity of Pancasila values ​​in PAUD institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the character education model in inclusive PAUD at Alam Ramadhani School. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with a single case study. Data collection techniques using observation and structured interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of the inclusive PAUD character education model at Alam Ramadhani School is oriented towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5) including six dimensions, namely religious values, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, creativity and innovation with learning activities referring to project-based activities starting from from introduction, contextualization, planning, action and reflection aimed at capacity building for early childhood. Where in practice P5 activities use nature as a medium and learning resource by directly involving all students including ABK. Keywords: Character Education Model, P5, Inclusive PAUD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategis supervisi dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Studi pustaka atau review literatur digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku, artikel, jurnal, dan dokumen relevan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terutama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Supervisi membantu guru dalam memahami dan menerapkan kurikulum secara efektif, meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu, supervisi juga berperan dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi kurikulum, seperti kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan dukungan lingkungan. Dengan demikian, supervisi yang efektif, baik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah maupun pengawas, menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop children's writing skills by utilizing media available in their environment such as land media. This research uses quantitative, with a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre test-post test design type, in this research the researcher used 2 classes which were an experimental class with a total of 21 children and a control class with a total of 20 children. The stages in this research include pre -test, treatment (giving treatment), and post-test. The data collection technique uses observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses the Normality Test where when tested using SPPS, (2-tailed) < 0.05, namely at the posttest of the experimental class 0.000. Homogeneity test The results of the output table above show significance with a value of 0.563. Because the significance is more than 0.005, it can be concluded that the two groups have the same variance or that both data are homogeneous. Wilcoxon Test From the calculation of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test using SPSS (SPSS Data Attached) then comparing the Sig value and the alpha value resulting from the calculation, the Asymp value is obtained. Sig. (2-tailed) namely 0.000 < 0.05. (Hα) is "accepted" so that data analysis that refers to the results of the pretest and post-test can test the truth that there is an influence in land media on the writing skills of children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten Aba 04 Surabaya.

Abstract

Law number 25 of 2009 is an activity conducted by public service providers to meet the needs of the residents in each region. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon related to the organizational culture of the Kalikajar Subdistrict Office, which appears too relaxed, with no deadlines and work briefings, causing employees to neglect their tasks. the physical work environment of the room, which is not spacious and well-organized, computers and printers that need updating because they are slow, and the non-physical environment such as the room temperature, which is quite hot, as well as some employee relationships that are not harmonious due to differences in perception and work methods. Both variables affect performance through motivation at the Kalikajar Subdistrict Office, Wonosobo Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the instrument taken included all employees at the Kalikajar Sub-district Office, Wonosobo Regency, totaling 32 employees. The data for this research were analyzed quantitatively using path analysis methods with validity and reliability tests, R-square, t-test, and f-test using the SPSS application. The research results show that: 1) organizational culture affects motivation, 2) work environment does not affect motivation, 3) organizational culture affects performance, 4) work environment does not affect performance, 5) motivation affects performance, 6) organizational culture and work environment simultaneously affect motivation, 7) organizational culture and work environment simultaneously affect performance, 8) organizational culture affects performance through motivation, 9) work environment does not affect performance through motivation, 10) motivation can moderate the effect of organizational culture on performance, accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility and earnings management on company value through company financial performance. This research uses a quantitative-causal type of research. In this study, researchers collected data through the Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the company's official website. This research uses Smart PLS3 to process data and the research was carried out in September – December 2024. The tests carried out in this research were financial analysis, multicollinearity test, R square test, F square test and path analysis hypothesis test. The results of this research show that corporate social responsibility, earnings management and financial performance have an influence on company value and corporate social responsibility has an influence on financial performance but earnings management has a negative effect on financial performance and financial performance is able to mediate between corporate social responsibility and company value but unable to mediate the effect of earnings management on firm value.

Abstract

Price, testimonials and product quality influence the decision to purchase Blackdoff products on the Shopee marketplace. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze 1) the influence of price on purchasing decisions, 2) the influence of testimonials on purchasing decisions, 3) the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, 4) the influence of price, testimonials and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research location is in the city of Malang, the population in this study is consumers of Blackdoff products, with a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows 26.0 statistical analysis. The research results show that 1) price influences purchasing decisions, 2) testimonials influence purchasing decisions, 3) product quality influences purchasing decisions, 4) price, testimonials and product quality jointly influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Banking performance, especially Sharia People's Economic Banks after the Covid 19 pandemic, has not fully recovered. Although the economy is gradually improving, it has not been able to provide a stimulus for banking growth. During the last 3 years, the performance of the Islamic BPR industry both nationally and regionally in East Java, both from Assets, Financing and Third Party Funds, has decreased in percentage terms. Likewise, the quality of financing has also deteriorated, indicated by the Non Performing Finance ratio which continues to increase from year to year, one of which is caused by conditions after the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of salary, incentives and rewards on employee performance. The sample selection technique used total sampling with 40 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS for windows 26.0 statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of salary and incentives on employee performance, but there was no effect of rewards on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly competitive business world requires companies to continue to innovate and adapt to rapid changes in customer needs and expectations. This study aims to examine the effect of price, product, and promotion on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. With 81 respondents who are active consumers of PT Retail Anima Prakarsa, this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Smart PLS 3 to analyze the Outer and Inner models. The results showed that price and product quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while promotion was shown to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, price, product quality, and promotion have no significant effect directly on customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction is found to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The findings also show that price, product quality, and promotion indirectly have an insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. These results suggest that although price and product factors have no direct influence on satisfaction or loyalty, companies can increase customer satisfaction through appropriate promotional strategies, which in turn will have a positive impact on customer loyalty. This research provides a theoretical contribution in the development of marketing models in the retail sector.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the influence of promotions and service quality on customer satisfaction through transaction decisions on the Shopee Food application in the city of Malang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach. The population in this research is all users of the Shopee Food application in Malang City who have made a purchase transaction at least once during the last one month period. The technique for determining the sample size was Cooper and Emory 100, in this study the sample taken was 100 people. This research uses the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0. The research results show that: promotional variables have a significant influence on transaction decisions. The service quality variable does not have a significant effect on transaction decisions. Promotion variables do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The service quality variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Transaction decision variables have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Transaction decision variables can mediate the relationship between promotion and customer satisfaction. Transaction decision variables cannot mediate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The challenges in the current era of higher education or universities are more varied. In addition, the phenomenon of the increasing number of private universities, especially in Malang, reflects the dynamics of change in the national education landscape. As an educational institution managed by the private sector, the survival of private universities is highly dependent on the number of students. The greater the number of students accepted, the more capable the private university is of creating good quality education for its students. There are many strategies carried out by private universities to attract prospective new students. This study aims to determine the Influence of Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Service Quality on the Decision to Choose to Study at Kepanjen University. This research is a quantitative type. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 160 respondents who were 1st Year Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Kepanjen University. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient tests (R2), t tests and f tests with SPSS for windows 26.0 statistical analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Choose to Study at Kepanjen University, Malang Regency.
