Abstract

This research aims to improve the development of Moral and Religious Values ​​abilities in students at SDK Bejo through the implementation of religious values. Type of Research The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses interview techniques, observation and data collection (documents). The documents collected function as supporting data. The validity of the data can be seen when conducting interviews and observations, namely by checking all activities carried out by educators and students in instilling Catholic religious values ​​in classroom learning. In this research, the teacher invites students to tell stories, play character building roles, get children used to praying before and after studying, praying before and after eating, this increases children's understanding of the religious teachings they adhere to and the religious values ​​they adhere to. provide an example to students and instill characters who are honest, caring, polite, respectful, by providing motivating stories to students, at SDK Bejo. The results of this research show that cooperation between teachers and parents is very important in developing the ability of Religious and Moral values ​​in students at SDK Bejo. The value of religion is to grow faith and love for God. These values ​​are very necessary to become the basis for early childhood in carrying out activities at the next age stage. In general, there is a positive impact that has a big influence on children's religious development, namely children become more diligent in reading the Holy Bible, praying more diligently and knowing God better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan awal pengembangan bahan ajar sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa analisis dokumen penilaian, wawancara, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data awal diketahui bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas IV mata pelajaran IPAS di SD Negeri Kramatjegu 1 masih rendah. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan oleh materi pembelajaran IPA yang kompleks, terbatasnya jumlah kalender akademik, dan kurangnya variasi bahan ajar sehingga memicu partisipasi aktif dari siswa. Bahan ajar yang sering digunakan adalah buku teks pemerintah dan handout dari berbagai penerbit. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan metode Game Based Learning yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran IPAS sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkatkan dan menurunkan tindakan bullying.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and academic supervision on teacher performance at the Raudhatul Athfal School, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. Some of the problems faced regarding teacher performance include the teacher's inability to prepare lessons, manage the class well, and use varied learning strategies, which leads to boring learning for students. The purpose of this research is to determine and test the influence of: (1) leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction, and (5) academic supervision of teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach, and data is collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.2 and structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision does not have a positive effect on satisfaction teacher work, and (5) academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance. The implications of this research indicate that improving leadership styles and effective academic supervision can contribute to improving teacher performance, although academic supervision does not directly affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

Problems and challenges in the education system in Indonesia are unavoidable, especially at the elementary education level. Existing problems must be resolved immediately considering that they will have an impact on school operations and the quality of education in schools. Strategic planning is a very important role in creating a specific action plan in solving problems in an organization. This study is a literature review that aims to determine the challenges, processes or stages and impacts of strategic planning in elementary education units using the PRISMA flow. After searching for articles through the Google Scholar database, 7 articles were obtained that met the research criteria. The results of the review concluded that the challenges of strategic planning are: inaccuracy in decision making, limited time, funds and human resources and results that are not in accordance with objectives. This study found four strategic planning processes, namely: considering the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the organization, involving stakeholders in strategic planning, implementing program management and evaluating the internal and external environment. The impact of strategic planning is to improve school performance and managerial efforts so as to create elementary education units that can determine goals in the future.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa sejak dini. Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter yang sesuai dengan falsafah bangsa Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pendidikan Pancasila dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar melalui kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dapat dikembangkan melalui pendekatan kontekstual, pembelajaran berbasis nilai, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar antara lain kurangnya kesiapan guru, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, serta kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan sosial siswa. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berintegritas, berempati, dan bertanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.a. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berintegritas, berempati, dan bertanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah, kendala yang dihadapi, serta strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 2 Sendangmulyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin transformasional dengan fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi guru, peningkatan fasilitas, dan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya motivasi siswa, dan minimnya partisipasi orang tua. Strategi efektif yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan guru berkelanjutan, pengadaan sarana belajar yang memadai, serta pelibatan masyarakat dan orang tua dalam program sekolah. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan dukungan teknologi pendidikan dan kolaborasi yang lebih intensif antara sekolah dengan pihak eksternal untuk mendukung keberlanjutan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School and find out the impact of the implementation of the independent curriculum and constraints on the implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School. This research uses qualitative types. Primary data sources were obtained from teachers, principals, vice principals for curriculum, PAI teachers, administration and students in high school Integrated Islam Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documents. Data validity is done by extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) The implementation of the independent curriculum at Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal Integrated Islamic High School went smoothly, well and actively. (2). The Impact of the Independent Curriculum on Learning of Integrated Islamic PAI Darul Hasan Al-Husnayain Panyabungan Mandailing Natal is: a. Positive impact, namely relevant and contextual learning, development of critical and analytical thinking activities, strengthening moral values and science, developing attitudes of tolerance and openness and increasing student involvement b. Negative impacts, namely curriculum fragmentation, understanding gaps, reduced focus on spiritual aspects and limited resources, resistance from stakeholders, integration of technology and the role of parents and society.

Abstract

Class VI students in Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java Province, have less than optimal thinking skills in learning. It was proven in the results of the national exam for the 2018/2019 school year that it was ranked 9th out of 20 sub-districts. The aim of this research is to determine whether interest in learning and learning independence have a positive correlation with thinking ability. This research was conducted on class VI students in Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency, Central Java Province with a population of 415 students. The sample used was 81 students. The sample size in this study was determined using the Taro Yamane or Slovin formula at a significance level of 10%. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The independent variables studied were interest in learning and learning independence, then the dependent variable studied was thinking ability. The instrument used was a questionnaire. All questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire reliability test formula uses Cronbach's Alpha. It can be seen that the reliability value for the thinking ability questionnaire is 0.922; interest in learning 0.900; and learning independence 0.853. Collecting data on students' interest in learning, learning independence and thinking abilities by giving questionnaires to students via Google Form, considering that it is still during the pandemic. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a correlation test using the IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription 28.0.1.0 program. (142) From the research results it is known that interest in learning is positively correlated with students' thinking abilities, this is proven by the Sig. equal to 0.000 < 0.05. Learning independence has a positive correlation with students' thinking abilities, this is proven by the Sig value. equal to 0.000 < 0.05. And learning interest and learning independence together can have a positive correlation with students' thinking abilities, this is proven by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education in early childhood at Ash-Shibgoh Islamic Kindergarten, Kalijaga Village. Character education has an important role in shaping children's personalities, especially at the age of 0-6 years which is known as the "golden age" phase. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects and objects of research are the principal and teachers while the object of research is the process of practicing character education in children. Data collection techniques used in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study identifies the implementation of character education, supporting factors, and obstacles faced in its implementation. The results showed that the implementation of character education in Ash-Shibgoh Kindergarten was carried out through various strategies including habituation, role modeling, learning, and cooperation with parents. However, there are several challenges such as the lack of parental understanding of character education and limited resources. It can be concluded that character education can be carried out through three strategies, namely habituation, role modeling and learning and cooperation between parents and teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on the learning outcomes of science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Rarang in the 2023/2024 school year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with posttest only control group design which is a form of experimental research method. The population in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Rarang in the 2023/2024 academic year consisting of 2 classes, namely IV-A and IV-B classes. The sampling technique is a saturated sample or total sampling. The samples of this study were students of class IV (A) as an experimental group using a problem-based learning model and class IV (B) as a control group using a conventional learning model. Data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations. The instrument used in this study was a student learning outcomes test sheet (posttest) on energy source material. The data analysis used was t test and effect size test. Based on the results of data analysis of posttest values using the t test where the t_hitung = 4.825> t_table = 2.001 with a significant level of 5%, so that H_0 is rejected and the effect size test is obtained d = 1.268 (High Effect). So it can be concluded that learning using the problem-based learning model has a high effect on the science learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN 2 Rarang in the 2023/2024 school year.
