Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penyelenggaraan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru pada konsep dasar dan bentuk pembelajaran portofolio berbasis HOTS sesuai karakteristik mata pelajaran dan perkembangan siswa, serta keterampilannya menyusun rancangan pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, TPM menggunakan metode pelatihan secara daring dengan menggunakan berbagai platform pembelajaran (whatapps group, zoom meeting, google classroom, dan google form). Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang guru mitra (SMP) selama 10 hari dengan ekuivalen waktu selama 32 jam pelatihan. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan pre-test, post-test, dan tugas mandiri. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru mitra dengan rerata sebesar 27.8, dimana perolehan rerata pre-test sebesar 54.8 dan post-test sebesar 82.5. Seluruh guru (100%) telah mampu mengembangkan rancangan pembelajaran portofolio berbasis HOTS dengan memperhatikan karakteristik mata pelajaran dan perkembangan siswa. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, guru mitra merasakan pentingnya pelatihan ini. Sebagai tindak lanjut, melalui MGMP guru membuat surat pernyataan akan mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan pada setiap kegiatan pembelajaran.Abstract: Organizing this community service improves teachers' understanding of the basic concepts and forms of HOTS-based portfolio learning according to the characteristics of the subject and student development, as well as their skills in preparing lesson plans. To achieve this goal, TPM uses online training methods using various learning platforms (whatsapp group, zoom meeting, google classroom, and google form). There are twenty partner teachers (SMP) who attended for ten days with the equivalent of 32 hours of training. Evaluation of activities using pre-test, post-test, and independent tasks. The results show an increase in the understanding of partner teachers by an average of 27.8 (average acquisition of the pre-test is 54.8, and the post-test is 82.5. All teachers (100%) have developed a HOTS-based portfolio learning design by considering the characteristics of subjects and student development. After attending the training, partner teachers felt the importance of this training. As a follow-up, through the MGMP, the teacher states that they will implement the training results in each learning activity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok Belajar Anak Bambi Pelangi diikuti oleh 15 anak dengan rentang usia 9 sampai 13 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu pengurus Kelompok Belajar anak Bimba Pelangi ditemukan terdapat beberapa anak yang masih melakukan perundungan, baik secara verbal seperti mencemooh, mengejek nama atau fisik temannya. Dalam permasalahan ini, mitra belum menemukan metode yang tepat sebagai cara mengatasi anti perundungan, sehingga tujuan pengabdian adalah memberikan metode demonstrasi sebagai upaya optimalisasi penerapan nilai-nilau anti perundungan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah edukasi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Setelah dilakukan edukasi dan dilakukan wawancara berkenaan dengan perundungan, terdapat 13 anak dari 15 yang pernah melakukan perundungan kepada temannya tetapi tidak mengetahui dampak yang diterima oleh teman yang dirundung. Dari hasil angket, terlihat bahwa semua anak peserta kegiatan sudah memahami dampak dari perundungan, dan hasil angket kepuasan mitra terlihat bahwa demonstration method merupakan upaya yang tepat dalam solusi anti perundungan bagi anak usia 8 sampai 13 tahun di kelompok belajar anak Bimba Pelangi.Abstract: The Bambi Pelangi Children's Study Group was attended by 15 children ranging in age from 9 to 13 years. Based on the results of an interview with one of the administrators of the Bimba Pelangi Children's Study Group, it was found that there were several children who were still bullying, either verbally such as mocking, mocking the name or physically of their friends. In this case, partners have not found the right method as a way to overcome anti-bullying, so the purpose of the service is to provide a demonstration method as an effort to optimize the application of anti-bullying values. The method of implementing this service is education, implementation and evaluation. After conducting education and conducting interviews regarding bullying, There were 13 children out of 15 who had bullied their friends but did not know the impact that their bullied friends had on them. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that all the children participating in the activity have understood the impact of bullying, and the results of the partner satisfaction questionnaire show that the demonstration method is the right effort in anti-bullying solutions for children aged 8 to 13 years in the Bimba Pelangi children's study group.

Abstract

Abstrak: Melakukan inovasi produk berupa strategi branding dan packaging perlu dilakukan untuk menarik konsumen. Namun sayangnya, pelaku usaha mikro bidang kuliner di wilayah Sepakat 3 Kelurahan Alang-Alang Lebar belum memiliki merek, label dan kemasan produk yang menarik, sehingga produk yang mereka hasilkan biasanya hanya mengalami peningkatan penjualan di hari-hari besar tertentu. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan terkait pembuatan branding dan packaging produk usaha mikro untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di era digital bagi pelaku usaha mikro yang berjumlah 10 orang. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pemberian pelatihan dan tutorial mengenai pembuatan branding dan packaging, kegiatan pendampingan bagi para pelaku usaha yang hendak mengaplikasikan pembuatan branding dan packaging. Berdasarkan evaluasi kegiatan diperoleh hasil bahwa kegiatan ini mendapatkan resposn positif dari peserta dan bermanfaat bagi pengembangan usaha. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan jumlah mitra yang memiliki nama/merek dan label produk, yakni dari 30% menjadi 100%, dan sebesar 90% mitra telah melakukan repackaging produk.Abstract: Product innovation in the form of branding and packaging needs to be done to attract consumers. But unfortunately, micro-business actors in the culinary sector in the Sepakat 3 area of Alang-Alang Lebar Village do not yet have attractive brands, labels, and product packaging, so the products they produce usually only experience increased sales on certain big days. Therefore, this Community Service activity aims to provide education and assistance related to the manufacture of branding and packaging of micro business products to increase product competitiveness in the digital era for 10 micro business actors. The method of activities carried out is in the form of providing training and tutorials on the manufacture of branding and packaging, and mentoring activities for business actors who want to apply the manufacture of branding and packaging. Based on the evaluation of the activity, it was found that this activity received a positive response from the participants and was beneficial for business development. In addition, there has been an increase in the number of partners who have product names/brands and labels, from 30% to 100%, and 90% of partners have repackaged products.
