Abstract

This study aims to identify evidence on the effect of pronation position on oxygenation in conscious COVID-19 patients receiving non-invasive oxygen therapy. This research method is systematic review research. Literature searches from 2020-2021 were carried out in the online databases of Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCOhost, and PubMed. The results showed that the majority of the samples were male (69.7%) with an average age of over 50 years and a body mass index (BMI) above average (>23,9). Most of the studies (92%) showed an increase in oxygenation in patients when performed in the prone position. The duration of the pronation position varies from 35 minutes – 12 hours in 24 hours. The pronation position can improve oxygenation in most COVID-19 patients who receive non-invasive oxygen therapy. In conclusion, the pronation position is an intervention that is safe and feasible to implement in conscious COVID-19 patients but with close monitoring from trained health workers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health education using the peer education method on the knowledge and support of families of stroke patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a quantitative study with a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that most respondents in the intervention group had good knowledge and 78.0%, high family support as much as 64.0%, and most respondents in the control group had less understanding than 54.0%, low family support as much as 60.0 %. After being given Education: peer education method good knowledge as much as 76.5% with -value = 0.015, family support as much as 64.7% and -value 0.009, age is related to understanding and family support (ρ < ) while Education, source information has no relationship with family knowledge and consent (ρ value > 0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of health education: the peer education method on expertise, family support for stroke patients during the covid 19 pandemic at the Palembang City Health Center, and there are differences in knowledge and family support where the intervention group has higher knowledge and family support, the results of Chi-Square analysis are obtained. There is no characteristic relationship between education level and expertise, and there is no expected relationship between information sources and knowledge at the Merdeka Ariodillah Basuki Rahmat Health Center in 2021. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Behavioral Therapy Intervention (BBT-I) on sleep quality in CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients based on the results of the latest research (Evidence-Based Nursing Practice). This study used an experimental method with a practical design of 2 groups, pre-test, and post-test. The research results on the characteristics of respondents based on gender in the control group and the intervention of the 12 control groups were primarily women, as many as seven people (58.3%). While in the intervention group, most of them were female and male, each of which was six people (50.0%). Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBT-I) affects the sleep quality of CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients. It follows the latest research results (Evidence-Based Nursing Practice) Implementation of BBT-I therapy in CHF grade 1-II patients with stable sleep disorders. Implementing BBT-I treatment in regular CHF grade I-II patients with adequate sleep disturbances affects and improves sleep quality. The results of Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBT-I) research affect the sleep quality of CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients. They are by the latest research results (Evidence-Based Nursing Practice). In conclusion, Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBT-I) affects the sleep quality of CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing CPR training on the level of knowledge and skills of PMR members. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design approach. The results showed that the majority of respondents were 17 years old, namely 12 people (48%). Gender, it is known that the majority of respondents' gender is female, as many as 14 respondents (56%). The average value of respondents' knowledge in performing CPR before being given training was an average of 7.56 (SD 2.2) and after training the average value increased by 13.04 (SD 1.46). Data analysis used paired t test with p < 0.00 (p value < 0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of CPR action training on knowledge and skills before and after being given training. With the CPR action training, it will be able to increase the knowledge and skills of PMR members so that more bystanders can be created, especially among young people. Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between coping mechanisms and the level of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus. This research method uses a cross-sectional approach. The results showed a relationship between the testing mechanism and the level of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus with a p-value = 0.000. Multiple logistic regression analysis was also performed to determine the most influential variable on the level of depression. It was found that coping mechanisms were predictors of depression (B = (2,158). ), SE=0.587, Wald=13,500, p value= 0.000. In conclusion, coping mechanisms are related to the level of depression. People with diabetes who use good coping mechanisms are stabbed eight times experience mild depression. People with diabetes exercise when experiencing problems well, using good coping mechanisms good. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Coping Mechanism, Depression Level
