This research method uses a quantitative approach and the 2021 Family Data Collection (PK 21) results. The results showed that jobs with an odds ratio of 80.945 with a significant value of 0.000 and a positive sign for the coefficient indicated that the job had 80.945 times the chance of choosing family planning contraceptives. In conclusion, the most dominant factor influencing the choice of family planning contraceptives is work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of breathing exercises in improving asthma control and quality of life in adult asthma patients. The research method used was a systematic review with a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design. Searching for articles uses four databases, namely: CINAHL, PubMed, SAGE, and Scopus, from 1 September 2017 to 28 February 2021. The research results were 239 articles, 11 of which met the criteria. Breathing exercises given to asthma patients vary from breathing exercises carried out as a single intervention or combined intervention. Breathing exercises for asthma patients include yoga, inspiratory muscle exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, slow breathing, and controlled breath holding. This intervention is a type of breathing exercise that significantly affects asthma control and the quality of life of asthma patients. In conclusion, breathing exercises are a non-pharmacological therapy that can be used in clinical practice to help patients manage asthma control and improve their quality of life in addition to pharmacological treatment. Abstract

This study aims to see how groups of people with hypertension comorbid conditions perceive the COVID-19 vaccination service. The research design uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that all participants claimed to want to be vaccinated but were influenced by several obstacles, especially the participants' health conditions; participants considered vaccination a requirement for administrative purposes, public activities, and others. Participants assessed that there was an element of coercion to make it mandatory in the implementation of COVID -19. In conclusion, the perception of groups of people with comorbid conditions of hypertension towards COVID-19 vaccination services produces four main themes, namely Knowledge of COVID-19 vaccination, barriers to receiving COVID-19 vaccination, mandatory vaccination as a condition for carrying out public activities, government policy towards implementation COVID-19 vaccination. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of nurses in conducting auscultation in the intensive care unit. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study found three main themes found in this study, including 1) the time used for auscultation was minimal due to the large number of nurses' tasks to be completed, 2) the stethoscope used should have a clear sound when used, 3) the stethoscope should be more flexible in shape so that it is accessible to in use. In conclusion, the problem nurses face in conducting auscultation examinations on critical patients is the need for a stethoscope that has a more precise sound output and is flexible in its use. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence knowledge about BLS in the fire and rescue team in Bengkulu City. This research method uses a cross-sectional approach with the type of analytical survey research. The sample in this study amounted to 63 people, and bivariate data analysis using the regression coefficient test. The results showed that the value of the t statistic for the length of work variable was 3,330 with a p-value = 0.001 (α < 0.05), and the t statistic for the education level variable was 4,149 with a p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, research proves that length of work and level of education influence knowledge about BLS in fire and rescue teams in Bengkulu City. Keywords: BLS, Length of Work, Education, Knowledge

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-ventilation on stress and blood sugar levels in survivors of Covid-19 with diabetes mellitus. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The results showed that the average stress of respondents in the intervention group before self-ventilation was 36.44, with a standard deviation of 1,917. After self-ventilation, the moderate pressure was 29.56 with a standard deviation of 3,124 (95% CI 5,376 - 8,384). In conclusion, there was an effect on the average stress of COVID-19 survivors with diabetes mellitus in the intervention group. In contrast, in the control group, there was no effect of self-ventilation on the moderate pressure of COVID-19 survivors with diabetes mellitus. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Oemasi Health Center. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlative descriptive design using a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the mother's attitude (p-value = 0.001), family income (p-value = 0.000), history of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value = 0.001), and history of complementary feeding (p-value = 0.001) with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. In conclusion, the mother's attitude, exclusive breastfeeding, provision of timely and appropriate quality complementary feeding (MPASI), and family income are related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Oemasi Health Center in Kupang district. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of nurses for leadership development in community health service settings. The research method used in this literature review is a narrative review. The literature sources used in the article search process are databases from PubMed, EBSCO cinahl, and Google Scholar. The study's results show that nurse leadership capacity development analysis consists of leadership, commitment, resources, culture, spirituality, and technology. Capacity building is a process of developing and improving organizational resources' skills, talents, and capabilities as a necessity to grow the organization in an era of rapid change. Implementing capacity building for nurse leadership in the community has yet to run optimally. This has implications for an organizational structure that only works effectively due to weak coordination between nurses and other health workers. Commitment, communication, collaboration, and delegation of staff responsibilities are soft, and the use of health resources could be more optimal. Capacity building is an effort to improve the ability of nurses in terms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior. In conclusion, community leadership is different from specific organizations or individuals. Leadership in society must be able to quickly assess needs and trends, use all available data and information sources, then develop innovative actions, and plan and evaluate results using quality monitoring systems. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of prone and semi-fowler positions on oxygen saturation in COVID-19 pneumonia patients at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. The quantitative method uses quasi-experimental data analysis techniques with a two-group preintervention-postintervention design. The results of the bivariate analysis with the T-test showed the value of Sig. P ≥ 0.05 found that the average before and after holding the prone position was 97%, and the pre-and post-intervention standards in the semi-Fowler class were 95% oxygen saturation. The value of this difference in oxygen saturation is influenced by age, sex, BMI, and HB, so the results affect the difference in pronation position, which is more effective than semi-fowler with the criterion of increasing oxygen saturation above the standard oximeter value, where pronation intervention in COVID-19 patients is more effective from semi fowler with the measure of an increase in oxygen saturation above 95%. In conclusion, there are different changes in oxygen saturation before and after the prone, and semi-fowler positions are carried out in COVID-19 pneumonia patients at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. Keywords: COVID-19, Pronation, Oxygen Saturation, Semi Fowler
