Based on the analysis of research, known as follows: employee motivation at PT. BPRS Bekasi City Administration has an average value of 71,6, with the highest and lowest values 54 87. Employee performance PT. BPRS Bekasi City Administration has an average value of 63,6, with the highest 76 and lowest values 52. From the simple regression test the influence of motivation as a variable X to the employee's performance as a variable Y. That the correlation between the motivation of the employee's performance of R = 0.925 including the category of very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination of 0,856 which means that motivation affects employee performance by 85.6% while 14.4% influenced by other factors. And the results of the regression equation is Y = 8,874 + 0,883 X, meaning that the value 8,874 is a constant value of ? is shown that if the motivation variables remain constant, or the employee's performance of 8,874. If the variables of motivation to increase one unit, then the employee's performance increased by 0,883. So this is the conclusion of this research there is a correlation between the motivations with the employee's performance at PT. BPRS Bekasi City Government

This study aims to determine the growth factors PT. BMI Branch of Kalimalang-Bekasi model strategy in terms of the Balanced Scorecard. The method used is descriptive method with naturalistic qualitative data collection techniques, namely: interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation to be submitted to the HRD, Head. Operations and customers and several employees of PT. BMI Branch of Kalimalang-Bekasi. The study concluded that: Based on the Financial Perspective, the efficiency is demonstrated through BOPO still looks unstable because it has occurred in a higher efficiency than the year before and after the year 2009 which reached 80,94% BOPO shown performance measurements that are less effective efficiency even in the year 2010 has shown that effective and efficient measurement. Customer perspective shows that the measurement of customer growth appears to be ineffective. Measurement and control showed drastically reduced customer BMI Kalimalang Branch, among others: for customers saving as much as 20.634 (17.62%), deposits as many as 92 clients (11.68%), and the Giro as many as 1878 customers (58.63%). The condition was probably caused by internal factors in terms of services closely related to the level of customer satisfaction or can also be caused by external factors in this case is competitor other Islamic Banks. So it can be said is still low customer loyalty to the bank. Internal Business Processes perspective and learning and growth perspective is growth in a reasonable and very good. The results of this study encourage PT. BMI Branch of Kalimalang to better maintain its efficiency and maintain the loyalty of existing customers.

This research theme is the meaning mudharabah: a thematic (maudhu?i) interpretation approach. From this study it can be concluded that the cooperation between shahibul mall and mudharib to carry out the work that generates a profit and the profit sharing provision of clear and definite, while capital losses are borne entirely by shahibul mall. The interpretation of Mudhorobah commentary refers to the Surah of al-Muzammil verse 20 is reinforced by the verses of the Holy Qur?an and the hadith explains the other: (1) That the carrying out mudharabah is permissible in Islam and has a core value of quality equal to jihad (2) The Surat al-Muzammil verse 20 which discusses the absurd with the letter mudharabah in Surah al-Jum'ah verse 10 and the Surah of al-Baqarah verse 198 the suitability thematic (maudhu?i) 'the ability to earn a living and an explanation of the need to make a living without neglecting prayer and worship Hajj, (3) Surat al-Muzammil verse 20 also has relevance to the Surah al-Nisa verse 29 that prohibits making a living in a false way. Among the forms of living in a false way it was an act ghasab, usury and trading urbun. Application of the concept has been applied mudharabah in Islamic banks using the system for results between banks and customers in an effort to avoid usury element contained in the bank rate

The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the application of accounting for the expenses multiservice PT. BPRS Bekasi City and the process is done in a multiservice financing. The method used is a naturalistic qualitative method with the primary data source is performed by a live interview to the relevant parties as well as secondary data obtained from related literature. This study refers to the Guidelines for Islamic Banking and Accounting Treatment Accounting Standards issued by the Indonesian Accounting Association and has been generally applied by banks in Indonesia. The conclusion from this study showed that the technique of recording and accounting treatment in the use of multiservice financing Ijara contract in accordance with PSAK and PAPSI. However, this listing has not been adopted purely and PAPSI direct of PSAK applicable. The accounting treatment in multiservice financing refers only to SFAS 107 on ijara because there are no specific PSAK governing the financing of multiservice.

Field of this research is let?s to know about Harta Bersama In Islamic law. The method of this research is description of analysis. By This article, we are know that human being was create a marriage institution for a long long time ago. Every marriage institution need a capital. The line of Islamic family is patrilineal. By this line of family, the capital of Islamic familly only from a husband. Actually, we met a harta bersama in Islamic society. The existence of harta bersama have a judge from Islamic law. We thruth that legitimation of harta bersama by Islamic law by the rule ? al-aadah muhakkamah ? not contrary by syariah.

Growth and development of Islamic economics can be viewed through Islamic financial institutions including Islamic banking. Islamic banking can be said to grow and develop from the BUS, UUS, SDI, Assets, and Customer. Existing data in 2011, BUS numbered eleven, and the 1253 Branch. UUS totaled 23 with 280 branches. BPRS total 151 with 291 branches. Human resources (SDI) amounted to 21 368 people. Growth and positive development of Islamic banking should always be supervised to ensure that public confidence continues to increase and maintain the continuity of Islamic banks themselves. Supervision of a well-run will optimize the Good Corporate Governance (GCG). One reflection of good Corporate Governance can be seen from the transparency of financial statements in which there is Islamic Corporate Identity. This study limits the analysis only to the products and the supervision of Islamic Corporate Identity contained in the financial statements of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Object of research is on the financial statements 2011 and for ten BUS BNI Syariah in 2010. Through this research is expected the application of Islamic Corporate Identity note in the financial statements and the optimal realization. GCG getting better and people's confidence will grow if the Islamic banks can highlight and apply Islamic Corporate it Identity
