The title of this article is, "Adaptability of Islamic Law and Social Change: Study of Abu Ishaq al-Shatibi Thought!". This paper is a summary and critical analysis on the dissertation work of Muhammad Khalid Mas?ud, entitled "Islamic Legal Philosophy: A Study of Abu Ishaq al-ShatibPs Life and Thought". This dissertation submitted to the Doctor of Philosophy Program Institute ofIslamic Studies at McGill University, Montreal, in March 1973. The conclusion of this article that the concept ofmaslahah and maqasid al-shaii?ah be studied not only in theory but also the level of crmch-is precisely in line with the growing interest academic and practical needs of law that became a phenomenon in almost all Islamic countries. The doctrine maqasid al-shan'ab of al-ShatiU is an attempt to enforce ma?la}fah as an essential source for legal purposes. According to al-Shatibi, the main purpose ofIslamic law is a human tnaflabah. Obligations under the sharia are noticed maqasid ai-shan'ah in which he changed in order to protect human benefit.

Inside the national law that the person can obtain a legal rights, given when someone could and capable in law. One of the aspect is maturity (meerdejarig) and maturation (minderjarig). About maturity and maturation has be regulated in Undang- undang No. I Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan. Someone with maturity will determine rights and they liability can implemented according to the law. Allowing Hum both aspect will have broad impact in the proceedings of law. The reality, limitation of maturity age wich are contained on regulation found a diverse indicators a person to be an adult. In tact if pcrecivable things contextually, then we can comprehend someone age restrictions staten of maturity as necessary, example if somenone want to married by the permission of parents at age of twenty one years, on the relations of married dispensation at age nineteen years old of male and sixteen years old for female and in the border parent responsibility to children that was called adult is at age of eighteen years old. That was have disparity legal opinion in its interpretation. Some legal scholar have an difference opinion about limit of age inside the rule of marriage is not obvious and intersect. Therefore need to reviewed for uniformity so can dosing a fissure of law which may used to negative necessity of consequences law cavity and avoiding the impacts in the citizens.

The aim of this article is to know about correlation between student perception of the sbari?a banking and interesting to becoming customer. This study htc a quantitative research using the survey method and the correlation approach conducted on sixth semester student at UNISMA Bekasi by the number of students as many as944students. While the sample in this study as many as 90 students and taken by random sampling Results from this research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between students'perceptions of Islamic banks with interest as a customer with a 0.4S3 correlation test values 0.05 and regresiy - 11.353 + 0,36thx. 22.731 F-test with a significance level of0.000 below 0.05 And according to test results determinant coefficient 0.453, indicating that interest in becoming customers contributed 20.596 from the perception of Islamic banks. This study aims at finding out the effectiveness of promotion mix strategy to introduce a saving product with the intention of ?mudharabah muthiaqah? at BNI Syatiah of Bekasi branch. In this study, the problems are identified as: first, how effective the promotion mix strategy is to be used to introduce a saving product with the intention of ?mudharabah muthiaqab' and second: what kind of promotion mix method is the most effective to introduce a saving product with the intention of 'mudharabah muthiaqah at BNI Syatiah of Bekasi branch. The study employed mixed method or a combination between qualitative and quantitative approaches using concurrent embedded method. The study aims at describing the concept and mechanism of doing the most effective promotional strategy applied by BNI Syatiah of Bekasi branch in the year of2011-2012. For the qualitative approach, the instrument used was the writer himself, while the qualitative data was gained from questionnaires. The research result shows that the use of promotion mix strategy to to introduce a saving product with the intention of ?mudharabah muthiaqah ? at BNI Syariab of Bekasi branch was effective with the increase of account number of48.64% in 2012. However, the most effective promotion was ?word of mouth" with the indication of80% gained Jwm the questionnaires
