Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment, inflation, number of workers, export value, and number of internet users on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia. The data population used in this research is the creative industry subsector of Application and Game Developers in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The analysis method used is the multiple regression analysis method with the EViews program. The results of the research show that investment, number of workers, export value and number of internet users have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia, while inflation does not have a significant influence on the income of the creative application and game developer industry subsector in Indonesia . subsector of the creative application industry and game developers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the potential and challenges of the coffee agroindustry in Lampung Province through a literature review. As one of the largest coffee producers in Indonesia, Lampung excels in robusta coffee production, with major hubs such as West Lampung and Tanggamus. Despite its significant potential, Lampung's coffee agroindustry faces constraints, including low coffee bean quality, supply chain inefficiencies, limited market access, and suboptimal promotion. Strategic approaches, such as cultivation innovation, post-harvest quality improvement, supply chain coordination, and diversified marketing strategies, are essential to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of this industry. These findings provide valuable insights for the sustainable development of Lampung's coffee agroindustry

Abstract

This thesis discusses the impact of unsecured People's Business Credit (KUR) on the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malimbu Village, Sabbang District. The research aims to determine the impact of unsecured KUR on the growth and development of MSMEs in Malimbu Village. It also aims to assess the changes in income and welfare of the community after receiving unsecured KUR, as well as to evaluate the sustainability of MSMEs in utilizing unsecured KUR for business development in Malimbu Village. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data through observation and interviews. The research instruments or tools used to collect data in this study include mobile phones, cameras, and interview guidelines. The data analysis techniques employed are data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of this research show that: first. Providing People's Business Credit (KUR) without collateral in Malimbu Village has had a significant positive impact on the growth and development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). second. Based on research results, this program has proven effective in increasing the income of MSMEs, improving the quality of education, and facilitating access to health services. THIRD. Based on the research results, the level of sustainability of MSMEs in utilizing KUR without collateral for business development in Malimbu Village can be considered good. Abstract

This research discusses the influence of sharia microfinancing on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) among PNM Mekaar Syariah Bara Palopo City customers. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 93 customers who had received loans at PNM Mekaar Syariah Bara Unit, Palopo City. The data collection procedure uses the Questionnaire and Observation method using linear regression analysis to identify the relationship between micro financing and the development of MSMEs, which is measured through indicators such as increasing business scale, level of business difficulty, capital characteristics, type of business, increasing sales turnover, and job creation. The research results show that sharia microfinancing has a significant positive influence on the development of MSMEs. These findings indicate the important role of sharia financial institutions in supporting the growth of the MSME sector, as well as providing recommendations for developing more effective policies and programs. Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Halal Labels and BPOM on Purchase Decisions with Price as a Moderation Variable of the FEBI IAIN Palopo Student Study.This study aims to analyze the variables of halal labels and BPOM on cosmetic purchase decisions in FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze halal label variables and prices on the decision to purchase cosmetics of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. To analyze the influence of BPOM and price on cosmetic purchase decisions and to analyze halal labels, BPOM, and prices on cosmetic purchase decisions of FEBI IAIN Palopo students. The method used is a quantitative research method that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to determine information about what you want to know. The data source used is primary data through questionnaires. The population was 2,983 people using the slovin formula, the number of samples used was 97 respondents. As well as using purposive sampling. The methods used to test the hypothesis are classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression, and moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The analysis tool in this study uses the help of SPSS Version 20. The results of this study show that halal label variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. BPOM variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. So that the halal label and BPOM have a simultaneous effect that directly affects the purchase decision by 73.4% while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The results of the study using moderation variables show that the price variable cannot moderate the halal label variable on the purchase decision. The price variable also cannot moderate the BPOM variable on the purchase decision. So that the halal label, and BPOM cannot influence the purchase decision by 75.8% after the interaction of price variables as a moderation variable.
